Hello #fitfam, wie oft geht ihr in der Woche trainieren? Viele Sportler sind sich nicht sicher, wie oft sie pro Woche trainieren gehen sollten, um möglichst schnell und effektiv Muskeln aufzubauen. Die meisten Sportler trainieren ihre Muskeln einmal in der Woche, viele wiederum raten aber zu zwei und sogar drei Einheiten pro Muskel. Ich persönlich versuche jede Muskelgruppe innerhalb von 7-9 Tagen 2 x zu trainieren. "Prinzip der Superkompensation"❗️Es kommt natürlich auch drauf an welches Trainings-Ziel ich verfolge. Wichtig ist, dass du das Trainingsvolumen stets an deine Trainingshäufigkeit anpasst. Das heißt: Wer selten trainiert, sollte etwas länger trainieren. Wer oft trainiert, sollte nur kurze Work-outs absolvieren. Es kommt dann nicht auf die Häufigkeit des Trainings an, sondern auf die Gesamtbelastung deiner Muskulatur. #Repost @orantesfitness (@get_repost) ・・・ 🔴LEG PRESS🔴 - ✅ On the left the mannequin sits on the bench and extends his back. Now you don't have to arch it like when you bench press, but you need to make sure your upper-mid body stays attached to the pad. Firmly grasp the handles. At this point pushing through your heels RATHER than your toes is very important. This because doing the opposite could cause you to round your back. Foot positioning? There's no "perfect" place. You need to experiment yourself on what feels best ROM & rep quality wise. ✅ - ❌The right dude is wrong. Pun intended. The lower back is not attached to the pad and this makes the exercise very "dangerous". Think about 2 forces pushing one against the other: one pushes from the shoulders, where they're counterpushed by the pad, and one coming from the load. Where's the middle spot where they meet? Obviously lower back. Which ends up giving you chronic pain. ❌🤷🏻‍♂️ - Want a healthy & strong body? Start working out PROPERLY. Leg Day Finally back at the gym and am feeling stronger than ever, I have been doing some single leg extensions at the moment and have been really focusing on that squeeze and that contraction at the end of the rep, I highly suggest this exercise if you are looking for a new one to put in your leg days. . . I was doing 10 reps each leg for 3 sets at a moderately low weight but still enough to feel when you are doing the movement. . .
