#tbt I've always liked to workout, but the hard thing to do is to eat healthy. Even now I struggle with myself to workout and eat healthy. Not because I don't like it, but because I've been doing it for so long my body has push and pulled so much heavy weights. I have eaten so healthy, people thought I was sick because of how skinny I got at one point. Even when I felt I was at my best, people still looked at me as if something was wrong with me. They were use to seeing me over weight! Even gaining muscles and being told what steroids I use to get that big? It's been hard work and dedication. I don't teach people in my workouts how to lose weight and gain lean muscles. I teach them HARD WORK and DEDICATION to be able to get the results they want. Failed my last rep on my second set due to not keeping my chest up and basically folding in half lol- but really pleased I hit all 3 reps on my last set after that 🤩 . Mother is just having a heart attack because these did kind of ruin her pan which is now going to need to soak in hot soapy water until next August and then need some serious scrubbing action. But totally worth it. Crispy baked potato skins seasoned with fry light spray, salt and pepper and some Cajun spice. Topped with @eatlean cheese, prosciutto ham then when they were cooked I put a dollop of sour cream on to serve. 😋😋 these were amazing.
