It is just a different world you're living. 🤗 I had a wonderful group on Saturday in my Food for FODMAP Friends. They were happily sharing extra tips amongst themselves, it was awesome. One of them being the secrets to successfully preparing garlic oil. Grab 3 x garlic bulbs 1 litre of olive oil Peel all of the garlic cloves and add cloves to your slow cooker. Then add the olive oil. Add rosemary, lemon thyme or chilli for extra flavour if you want to. Now heat the slow cooker on low for 8 hours. Quest'oggi con il #tandemtuesdaywo vi porto il famosissimo SQUAT. Esercizio principe per quel che riguarda il lower body fondamentale per alcuni, pericoloso per altri. Ma dove sta la verità? Iniziamo a dire che ogni soggetto dovrebbe avere "il suo" squat in quanto molto dipende dalla diversa struttura anatomica di ognuno di noi. Io qui mi limiterò a fornire line guida generali per una corretta esecuzione in soggetti sani. L'esecuzione si compone di una triplice estensione di tre diverse articolazioni, anca, ginocchio e caviglia. Iniziamo posizionando i piedi alla larghezza delle spalle o poco più con le punte dei piedi rivolte all'esterno. Una volta in posizione iniziare una lenta discesa verso terra spingendo indietro il sedere e piegando le gambe. Consiglio di scendere sotto al parallelo per reclutare maggiormente glutei e ischiocrurali. Durante la discesa mantenere il bacino in antiversione e la zona lombare in posizione neutra. Mantenere le ginocchia sempre in linea con le punte dei piedi che resteranno sempre ben piantati a terra con il peso distribuito su tutta la pianta. Arrivati alla posizione indicata spingere verso l'alto e tornare alla posizione di partenza. Die zwei wichtigsten Stoffe, die ein Sportler braucht sind „Kalium und Natrium“. Heute widmen wir uns dem „Kalium“. Wozu Kalium? Der Mineralstoff Kalium kommt überwiegend im Inneren von Körperzellen vor und ist für die Regulation des Wasserhaushaltes verantwortlich. Zudem spielt Kalium eine zentrale Rolle bei der Weiterleitung von Reizen entlang eines Nervs. Dieser wichtige Mineralstoff ist ebenfalls an der Muskeltätigkeit beteiligt und reguliert den Blutdruck eines Menschen. Sportler brauchen regulär eine viel größere Mengen Kalium, da die wichtigste Rolle von Kalium die Übertragung von elektrischen Impulsen an Muskel- oder Nervenzellen. Ist der Kaliumspiegel zu hoch oder zu niedrig, kann es zu Fehlfunktionen der Muskulatur kommen. Immer wieder weist die Herzstiftung darauf hin, dass eine zu niedrige Kalium Einnahme für Rhythmusstörungen verantwortlich sein kann. Allerdings ist kann eine Überdosis Kalium auch zu Rhythmusstörungen führen. Deswegen ist eine gründliche Konsultierung mit einem Facharzt, nicht sofort notwendig, jedoch bei spürbaren Symptomen eines Kaliummangels wie, z.B. Lähmungserscheinungen der Muskulatur, Verstopfung und Reizleitungsstörungen am Herzen, unumgänglich. Besonders reich an Kalium sind folgende Lebensmittel: Vollkornprodukte, Kartoffeln, Bananen, Spinat, Salat, Avocados und Nüsse. Die tägliche Tagesdosis bei Frauen als auch Männern betragt 2000 mg. Hier sind die Lebensmittel, die diese Tagesdosis an Kalium enthalten mit Mengenangabe: 150 g Weizenkleie 150 g Bohnen 300 g Spinat 400 g Pilze 500 g Fisch 500 g Gemüse Ich hoffe es hat dir wieder Gefallen! PUDING PREBIÓTICO DE PLÁTANO MACHO Y CIRUELAS CON CRUJIENTE DE NUECES, ZANAHORIA Y BAYAS GOJI. 🍂 . Empiezo por el final!!! Está de escándalo!!! Tiene totalmente la textura de un puding y es súper sano y una fuente de fibras y de comidita para nuestra flora intestinal increíble!! 🆓Cereales/gluten 🆓 azúcares 🆓 lácteos 🆓huevos 🆓frutos secos (si lo quieres, la masa no lleva, yo se los añadí todos en la cobertura). 🍂 Hacer recetas con plátano macho es tan fácil, tan rápido, tan sano y tan versátil que en casa cae una o dos a la semana. Es una opción genial para los peques para no pasarnos con los cereales y además les aporta muchísimos beneficios a nivel digestivo y toda su salud! 🍂 Ingredientes: 🔸2 plátanos macho 🔸2cucharadas de algarroba 🔸1cucharada de canela ceylan 🔸Pizca sal sin refinar, de nuez moscada y de jengibre. 🔸12ciruelas verdes sin el hueso maduritas. 🔸150ml de zumo de uva/manzana casero o agua. Se pelan y cortan los plátanos y se trituran junto con el resto de ingredientes. Se vierte en un molde previamente engrasado. Se hornea durante 40 minutos a 200 grados (mi horno es pequeñito!). Para que sea prebiótico se debe dejar enfriar! (Y si es en la nevera mejor!). Luego puedes dejarlo a temperatura ambiente. O calentarlo muy flojito! 🍂 El Topping quedó delux!!! Tosté nueces activadas, semillas de cáñamo, semillas de sésamo y una manzana rallada con manteca de cacao y unas escamas de sal maldón. Añadí las bayas goji y decoré la masa del puding. My favourite fast food is hummus with veggies! You can find hummus already made, but I prefer to make my own, it's sooooo easy and you know for certain what's in it and how many calories. Just take some canned chickpeas(aka garbanzo beans) and blend them in a food processor or in a big bowl with hand blender with garlic, teaspoon of tahini, spalsh of olive oil, lemon juice, salt and optional some spices like cumin. It takes 2 minuts max. Guten Morgen am Montag! . Das Wochenende ist leider wieder viel zu schnell vorbei und wir starten in die neue Woche! Fällt euch das Aufstehen morgens auch so schwer? Es ist noch dunkel, kalt, der Nebel hängt tief drin & ich musste heute morgen sogar schon am Auto Eis kratzen! Happy Sunday!🧡Mit Hokkaidokürbis gibt es gute Laune und Zufriedenheit, die im Herbst von nicht zu unterschätzender Bedeutung ist.😊 Noch sind die Tage lang, es scheint genügend Sonne, da bekommt jeder noch Vitamin D gratis. Vorbeugend empfehle ich die vielen positiven Inhaltsstoffe des Hokkaido: Vitamin C,E, Folsäure, Magnesium, Eisen und Phosphor. Beta Karotin steckt in der Schale und im Fruchtfleisch und ist gut für die Sehkraft. 👀Und fürs Gehirn und mentale Balance 😌ist Vitamin B1, B2 und B 6 drin. 🧡🙌Einfach ein Superfood!🧡😍 Die Hokkaidospalten habe ich geschnitten und mit Salz, Kräutern, frischem Rosmarin und Chili gewürzt und in der Pfanne beidseitig gebraten bis sie „Farbe“ bekommen. Den Rucolasalat vorher kurz waschen, trocknen und auf den Teller mit Olivenöl beträufeln und die Minitomaten halbieren und darauf geben. Den Sojaprotein-Dip habe ich auch mit 1/2 TL Öl und Basilikum und Salz vermischt. Die Sauce ist aus 1 Tomate gewürfelt und 1 EL Tomatenmark vorher geköchelt und mit Hafersahne ergänzt. Würze aus Salz, Kräutern und Öl und dann püriert.🙌🧡Diese Kombi ist so lecker, da die Geschmackskomponenten gut zusammen harmonieren.😋🧡 So kann das Wochenende in die neue Woche übergehen!
