Protein Pancakes veganized💪💚 • • Previous attempts at making vegan high protein pancakes has been really dissapointing, but these surprisingly worked well!😮 Ingredients for 1serving: ~50g Chickpea Flour ~30g Vanilla Protein Powder(You can use the flavor you want, I used @myproteinca pea protein isolate) ~1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder ~125ml(1/2cup) coconut milk or any non-dairy "milk" ~1 and 1/2 tsp vinegar or apple cider vinegar(necessary for fluffiness) ~1 tsp vanilla(optionnal) ~sweetener if your protein powder isn't sweet enough(I used 2 drops of stevia) Steps: -Whisk dry ingredients in a bowl and then add liquid ingredients, mix until combined.(bater should be thick and scoopable) -On a lightly oiled pan preheated on medium heat, scoop some bater with the help of a spoon and shape into a pancake. -Cook until grilled on both sides -Enjoy with your favorites toppings! Messy bowl but I was too much in a rush to change it from the bowl I cooked it in 🤪 • • DETAILS: 2x @fuel10k wheat biscuits 18g @pulsinhq soy protein 5g cacao powder A few drops @myproteinuk peanut butter flavdrops (Mix with approx 200ml water and microwave for 1-2 minutes) • • TOPPINGS: 10g @sweetfreedomuk choc shot 35g frozen raspberries • • Macros: 267kcals - 26P - 32C - 2F

Yesterday's 6 hour shift at work was my "Insanity" workout for the day! One of my favorites.. Chocolate Chip cookies!🤤🍪 Since I’m in my cut, the original one doesn’t fit my macro’s. So I came up with a protein boosted version of it 😏💥 Think I made these cookies in 10 minutes and even the kitchen was neat afterwards 😂 Super easy, great macro’s & no hassle. Check recipe below ⬇️ . . Per cookie: 69 kcal / 2.1g carbs - 3.5 fat - 5.9 protein . . . Recipe for 12 cookies: Ingredients - 60g vanilla whey - 60g coconut flour - 35g brown granulated stevia sugar - 1/2 tsp. baking soda - 1/8 tsp. salt - 55g light butter (softened) - 1 egg - 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract - 25g dark chocolate chips or chopped extra dark chocolate . . . How to 1. Preheat oven to 175C. 2. Coat parchmentpaper lightly with cooking spray or olive oil. 3. Mix dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. 4. Stir in wet ingredients until a sticky cookie dough appears (very tasteful cookie dough 😍😂). 5. Fold in chocolate chips or chopped chocolate. 6. Place 12 rounded spoons of cookie dough on the parchmentpaper. Press slightly flat. 7. Bake for approximately 10 minutes until edges turn golden brown.

Soooo Happy Fathers Day to all the great dads out there and as well to all the father figures in everybody’s lives! Give your dad a big hug and tell him you love him with a little more love than usual!🙏🏽 ➖ Wellll not going to lie, this bowl was totally inspired by my man @counting_zacros and his killer M&M Banana oat bowls! When I first saw these m&m bars I didn’t think they were too thick but gracious I was wrong 😂😂 thick and delicious this one was filled with mini m&ms and rice crisps that gave it a nice crunch even melted! Topped with Fat Free Reddi Whip and Cinnamon Toast Crumbles, it might just be the best combo‘ing and French Toast I’ve done yet 🤤🤤 🤤 🍎Cinnamon Apple Ingredients: 15g Vanilla Whey Dash of Cinnamon 4g PbFit 85g Apple Chunks 2g Sugar Free Syrup Mix all the dry ingredients and then add water to make a cream like texture. Heat your stove top on medium low and cook the apples until they are soft, turn to low and then add the cream and let simmer for 5 minutes! French Toast Ingredients: 2 Slices Sara Lee Classic Bread 30g Egg Whites 1.5oz 1% Milk 5g Brown Sugar 2g Cinnamon Cooked on a nonstick griddle, 3 mins each side until golden brown 👌🏽👌🏽 Toppings: 50g Casey’s Cinnamon Roll or 1/3 9g Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cinnamon Drizzle Ingredients! 2g Cinnamon 15g Vanilla Whey Add Water to create a creamy more liquidy texture(chill for 3-5 mins if you get too much liquid!) The shiny chocolatey thing that you can see dripping from my protein pancakes is a real gamechanger in healthy eating! 🙏🏻 It is chocolate spread by @sweetfreedomuk made from fruit and carob and contains no sweeteners, no palm oil, it’s also vegan, made in UK and much much more! 🤩 Despite its low energetic value, the taste is still real, chocolatey and satisfying as hell! 😍 I wish I discovered this much much sooner. This is the first product I’ve tried from Sweetfreedom and I still have their chocolate shot syrup and fruit syrup and I’m already excited! 😃 Have you tried some of their products? LUNCH🤤. The most delicious TUNA SALAD, and I threw this together with whatever I could find in my fridge. I need to go grocery shopping😅 Despite having “no food” I still managed to eat like a Princess today👸🏼 Point being, you have food. Eat at home. Here’s how easy this was. All of the ingredients are in the next photo ➡️ ALLL I DID TO MAKE THIS WAS: 1️⃣Cut the veggies, mix them along with some pickle juice, olive oil, Himalayan salt and pepper together in a bowl. 2️⃣Pile it on a rice cake of your choice! I went with @Quaker Sun-dried Tomato Basil, and I’d highly recommend this combo😌👌🏼 3️⃣I put some honey mustard dressing on top because pickles and mustard are my favourite👏🏼 THAT’S IT. Simple, easy to make, low calorie high protein and delicious🤤. NEED I SAY MORE!? #Ejoyyyyyy 😌 #HealthyRecipes

Alright disclosure, the Drumstick Cereal is not a must buy, don’t get me wrong it’s good but nothing amazing. It’s like the S’Mores cereal just no mallows and vanilla wafer cereal bits instead 🤷🏼‍♂️ But besides that this is last nights chocolate and vanilla granola yogurt bowl! Here’s the recipe: 👉🏻 Dump one bag of pre-made coleslaw mix, one bag of shredded red cabbage, shredded kale, scallions, pickled jalapeños, and sesame seeds into a big bowl. • Then make this simple tangy dressing: 1/2 c. creamy natural peanut butter, 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar, juice of 2 limes, 3 tbsp coconut aminos, 2 tbsp sesame oil, 1 clove garlic, 1 chunk of fresh ginger, S/P, and some cayenne pepper for heat. Add water to thin if needed. • Top with protein of your choice and healthy fats—this is a burger made with organic beef and smashed avo!

Brie salad and GIANT paella 🥘 We ordered two salads (only one shown) and we didn’t get either salad we ordered (language barrier?) However, the salads they brought we really good. And the paella was amazing with scallops, chicken, clams, etc. We traveled from Barcelona to Valencia via train. Our apartment is cool because we can see the Mediterranean Sea from the window.

Very good seafood pasta with a ham and cheese appetizer. Topped everything off with a cheesecake. Today we got breakfast at the market and then went on a hop on hop off bus to destinations like the Sagrada Família, Güell Park and the Barcelona stadium. My brother and I also went to a CrossFit box near our hotel. We had a fun time trying to figure out what they were saying and 15kg dumbbells are 33lbs not 25lbs. Whoops 😂
