Sometimes dinner plans don’t work out so you work with what you have. Tonight was a sheet pan dinner. I roasted Brussel sprouts, mushrooms, garlic, shallots and some sugar free chicken sausage. Tossed with a little EVOO and roasted at 415 for 40 min. Easy, healthy and delicious. Also have left overs for our lunches.

Eventually, these little words of love and kindness will turn to feelings of kindness and love and will radiate from you to others without you even trying. Happy Tuesday! Today was my third workout at alchemy 😛 I'm doing a free week to mix up my workouts/ try something new, and it's been 🔥 Anyways, mini novel ahead about something that's been on my mind. - - As we approach the new year, it's common for people to make resolutions related to diets and fitness. As someone that has really struggled with disordered eating due to dieting mindsets, I sometimes shut down when those around me start talking about their diet plans. - - The truth is, I don't know if I'll ever be able to diet again. The moment I mentally label something "off limits" or "bad", I find myself slipping into an unhealthy mental place. HOWEVER, I am also working to realize that my experience is personal to me. What didn't work for me might work for someone else, and I'm finding ways to be more open to those conversations. - - With that in mind, please remember that your health is in your body AND mind. Be gentle with yourself this holiday season, and remember that you are so much more than what you eat ❤️✨

#FDOE (full day of eating) doing my best to follow my new meal plan. #gainingweightiscool 💫 Breakfast: Cinnamon Toast Crunch over skyr and fruit Morning snack: @chobani flip Lunch: almond butter & jam sandwich, salt and vinegar chips, carrot sticks Afternoon snack: hard boiled egg, pita chips, apple Dinner: pasta with marinara, sautéed mushrooms/spinach, @gardein chick’n patty (swipe for the cheese action) Dessert: pudding cup with whipped cream Night snack: mixed nuts/craisins, hot chocolate with @traderjoes vegan marshmallows - - Eating is hard. Gaining weight is hard. Staying stuck in the disease is harder. ❤️ - P.S. I’m not a registered dietitian. I’m not trying to tell people how to eat, what to eat, etc. this is just what my dietitian has set for me personally!

My sophomore year of college, I deprived myself from my favorite foods and what happened when I stopped dieting?! I GAINED IT ALL BACK. . Everything is OK in moderation.
