Baked prosciutto: such an easy way to elevate any salad (and ya just have to bake the proscuitto at 350 for approx. 8-10 minutes until it's crispy). Pre stem cell therapy body prep. I’m so grateful my studies have given me more ability & knowledge to put together some pre-therapy supplements and dietary support before my husbands stem cell next week. He’s getting both of his hips & knees taking care of by stem cell therapy. Here’s what we are doing to enhance, fuel & empower his body. Who ever said that eating healthy had to be boring or tasteless?! 🤷🏻‍♂️ . We LOVE cauliflower pizza... like a lot!!! Today, after my ride, I just wasn’t feeling it. So instead, I whipped up something different. . I used our dependable cauliflower crust (message me for recipe) and topped it with homemade ricotta, mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes, arugula, chicken, and an herb dressing. . I NEVER take rest days on the weekends. But since we had plans for an adoption party and I don’t remember my last rest day, I was going to take the day off so my hubby could get his workout in before we had to leave ❤️ But plans can change in an instant when you have kiddos. Sadly, Rosa was throwing up this morning so we knew we could not expose her to other kiddos😢😢 While I was really looking forward to our professional family photo, luckily in this day and age, we all have pretty good cameras on our phones. So I will wear my wine shirt today and hopefully pick up my FOUR shipments that I am behind ❤️❤️ Plans change and you have to roll with the unexpected. We will cook in tonight and skip parade plans and that is ok. We are still with my parents and enjoying our visit. Fingers crossed Rosa is better soon ❤️

When Holly joined our Nutrition program, Clean and Trim, in October it was that final piece to complete that transformation. Holly has been kicking butt in multiple workouts, including weight training and cycle. She had made incredible strides toward her goals but when she took control of her diet in oct that last 30 lbs just melted right off. Nutrition is a key element for everyone!
