Yesterday’s leg day☠️☠️☠️ I tried the hamstring reverse curl from @krissycela and @bretcontreras1’s tutorial and my legs were SHAKING. - 1️⃣Hip thrust 4x8 +1 AMRAP 2️⃣Stiff leg deadlift 5x8 3️⃣Curtsey lunge to deadlift 4x10/side 4️⃣Cable squat to deadlift 4x12 5️⃣Hamstring reverse curl 4x15 - Some tips: 1️⃣Try to keep the top of your head through your sternum still through the movement! For the 5th set do 5 reps, rest for 5 seconds, 5 reps, 5 second rest, 5 reps. 2️⃣Keep your back as straight as possible and the bar close to your body. I’m probably gona switch to a normal sumo deadlift next time cuz the stiff leg didn’t feel great this week. 3️⃣Ow good luck but also keep da back straight 4️⃣Put the cables at the lowest peg and use your legs not your back 5️⃣Make your upper body dead weight so you only lift up using hamstrings and glutes. Back like I never left! Hi guys! Did you miss me? Today, was my first day back at the gym in almost two weeks. I got sick and then I got lazy but I feel great today and I came in and got it done. If you find yourself slipping, know it’s part of life, check yourself and keep going. It doesn’t really matter how long of a break you need, if you need it, take it. Remember it’s a journey and there’s going to be a lot of imperfections, that’s okay! I can’t really describe the past two weeks to you. I felt physically drained and then emotionally drained. I just needed a little rest. I took a lot of naps and talked about my feelings to my people and cried a little more than I usually do but I’m still here. To anyone struggling with finding balance, maybe even a little depression, keep pushing. Sometimes bumps feel like mountains but when you get to the other side, you’ll see the growth. Anyway, here’s today’s workout. I didn’t go in with a plan, I just wanted to hit a little bit of everything. A ladder workout simply means that you perform each exercise a certain number of reps, and decrease the amount of reps by 1 after each round. 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Squat + press Weight crunch Jumping sumo squats Hip raise ⬇️ So you would do : 10 Squat + press 10 Weight crunch 10 DB Deadlift 10 Jumping sumo squats 10 Hip raise then.... 9 Squat + press 9 Weight crunch 9 DB Deadlift 9 Jumping sumo squats 9 Hip raise then... 8... 8... 8... 8... Until you’ve only got 1 rep left of each exercise to do! It may feel really challenging at first (higher number of reps), but keep going! Recuerden ❤️así les siguen apareciendo mis videitos. 🌟 guardarlo así me ayudan a seguir creciendo. 🌟compartirlo si piensan que a alguien puede servirle. . . Hacemos 5 rondas de 20 repeticiones cada ejercicio, los que son compilados hacemos diez por lado cada uno, trabajando 50 segundos y descansando solo 10!!! . . Muy funcionales las gomitas nos permiten usarlas en todo momento (: . . Excelentes para entrar en calor previo entrenamiento !

LOWER BODY WORKOUT + MY WARMUP!🖤 • Hey guys! Thought i’d show you what I typically do as a warmup for my leg days because that is such an important factor for having a solid session, or at least for me🤷‍♀️🤩 • For my warmups, I like to focus on foam rolling first, and then some dynamic stretching (movement+stretching/ active stretching)👍🏽 • WARMUP: (I don’t have any specific reps or sets for this, just warmup for as long as you like) 1️⃣Foam rolling for quads 2️⃣Foam rolling for sides of the legs and hips 3️⃣Body weight reverse lunges 4️⃣Body weight squats (video didn’t turn out but yeah lol no vid for that) 5️⃣Single leg side and forwards “swings” • Here was my lower body workout‼️ • 1️⃣Heel elevated squats 10x4 2️⃣Overhead plate reverse lunges 12 totalx3 3️⃣Single leg deadlift both sides 12-15x3 4️⃣Cable squats 12x3 5️⃣Rope pull throughs 15-20x2 -i’m still struggling with these and actually feeling the glutes working but i’m going to keep trying! • Hope everyone is having a great Tuesday!🥰
