Worked with @its_jussie last week on some front loaded Deadlifts as she felt she’d lost her form. Następnie sprawdź ile dany produkt zawiera białka, węglowodanów i tłuszczy. Każdy gram tych makroskładników ma określoną ilość kalorii, i tak: 1 gram BIAŁKA ➖4 kalorie 1 gram WĘGLOWODANÓW ➖ 4 kalorie 1 gram TŁUSZCZY ➖ 9 kalorii Spróbuj chociaż robić to przez trzy dni... pomocne bardzo do tego są również ogólnodostępne aplikacje na telefon. Walking lunges 💪🏼 - This is yet another variation to the lunge. You have your stand still lunge, lunge with one leg on a bench, and the walking lunge which I think is the hardest one of the three. - If you have never done these before I would suggest to start off with no weight in order to learn how to balance yourself throughout the exercise. Once you get that down start to add 10 or 15lbs and work your way up. I personally like to take 8 steps in both directions but it really is up to you whether you want a shorter or much longer distance. - This is a great exercise to add to your leg day since it hits the majority of your lower body muscles including glutes,hamstrings, and quads💪🏼.
