Before I started drinking warm lemon water in the morning it was a bit of myth as to why people did it. I knew it was healthy and that was about it. So of course being the type of person that has to try something before believing it I gave it a go. Principles 👍🏻 . Loved getting this early morning message from a client . Not because of the weightloss- that happens when you follow THE principle of weightloss calorie/energy deficit . What I’m pleased about is that she’s open to try different methods of achieving that deficit . We tried regular meal timings- too stressful . We tried bigger breakfast with smaller lunch and dinner- Too much rushing around . This ladies job is quite busy and stressful and she’s pushed for time . So we tried a different method- consume the majority of your calories at the end of the day especially those fun foods like chocolate 🍫 etc . And as you can see this week has been successful 👍🏻

One week in and I am feeling AMAZING!!! I measured myself after 1 week and i have lost - 3inches in both my waist and hips!!! 1 Inch around my arms 1 inch around each thigh! I wasn't even trying to loose weight in this programme but I'll take it! 😂 My goal was to feel more energetic , clearer minded and have clearer skin. After just 1 week I feel all of the above and totally lost that bloated feeling too 🙌🏻 I have more energy with my girls / more patience and I'm raring to go out to exercise. Sore shoulders and upper back from sitting all day? ---------------------------------- Banded shoulder circles are a fantastic exercise to strengthen the upper back and all the muscles that stabilise the shoulder blade. Here I am getting a couple of sets in after work. ---------------------------------- - With straight arms pull a band from chest height down to your side. - Face your palms forward and make an arc with your arms finishing overhead. - Take the arms down in front to the starting position. - Perform 5 slow reps, then reverse direction and perform 5 more reps. - Rest for 45 seconds then repeat 2-3 times. ---------------------------------- This should cause a burn in the upper back and shoulders. ---------------------------------- If you do any overhead lifting this is also important for you. ---------------------------------- Thanks to Ryan DeBell from @themovementfix for this exercise and the sweet exercise band.

So what’s the motivation? What for you posting all of this? What for workout if you can stay in bed longer?🤷‍♀️😏 if you receive this questions or asking yourself sometimes the answer is simple: because I want to be better! I want to be better looking at myself in the mirror, I want be faster and stronger (like a daft punk) I want be better for my son for my boyfriend.
