E X P R E S S Y O U R S E L F ☀️ One of my favourite things when teaching group classes or private clients is to allow time for FREEDOM. Freedom & creativity to move in ANY way, shape, or form that YOUR body wants to. Ironically we become bound by the limits outside the edges of our mats where we step into the “real world” and feel like we need to act or be a certain way be it rigid, robotic, linear (ahem 😴😴🤷🏼‍♀️). GET BACK TO YOUR BODY. Your body wants to move and find FLUIDITY — it is one of the most beautiful things to witness as a teacher watching students truly listen and express themselves 💫 Stop restricting yourself from movement. 📝 HOMEWORK TODAY: 🔸 Find a space to come into a comfortable seated position. 🔸 Take 5 deep breaths. 🔸 Move into a tabletop position. 🔸 Close your eyes, listen to your body and MOVE. FREELY. WHOLE HEARTEDLY. There is no right. No wrong. EXPRESS YOURSELF FRIENDS 💃🏼🕺 HAPPY FRIDAY! 💚 KEEP ME POSTED ON YOUR ASSIGNMENT 👇🏼
