Alright ladies (& gents) I just tried our new program with weights and high intensity! Some of my friends have been ‘bragging’ about their results and just loving how they feel! Holy 💩!! I literally used 6 # weights and was shaking halfway through! It felt great to be pushed harder than you think you can! Though this first picture might make it look like I was doing a fun little dance, I can guarantee you that the workout today was far from fun. I felt so proud of this dinner as I was cooking it....it doesn’t look as impressive when I plates it up....feeling rather down today as after 5 days away sticking strictly to plan and doing a LOT of exercise I seem to have managed to put on 6lb. ☹️. Week 5 @joelfreemanfitness @liift4 back/bicep felt really tough today. I had to lower my @bowflex weights to keep my form. I was able to go to 40lb for the pullover, my motivation was not dropping that much weight on my face 😂 One question, how can you keep your chest off the floor on back extension when you have boobs 🤨🤣 First videos are Rocking plank, straight leg bicycle, pull over, back extension. This time last year you wouldn’t have caught me running mid morning in August ,I spent most of my summers down in cornwall surfing the beaches 🏄🏼‍♀️. What a difference a year makes 😊. Just shows what hard work can do if you put enough into it. Today’s track session was cancelled so it was intervals in the park, a very busy park and spent most of the time dodging and jumping over dogs and kids. NEAT: So ein Mist, ich nehme trotz Defizit/ Überschuss nicht ab oder nicht zu! Woran kann es liegen, dass du eben brav alles trackst aber nicht vorwärts kommst? Eben, weil du nicht im Defizit bzw. Überschuss bist und diese eine Variable übersehen hast: ⚠ 📈🍽📉 ⚠ Den NEAT! (non excercise activity thermogenesis) Er ist der durch unbewusste Körperbewegungen zusätzlich generierte Kalorienverbrauch, der weder Sport noch bewusste Alltagshandlungen umfasst, sondern Dinge, wie z.B. Fußwippen, Gestikulieren, Rumzappeln etc. Zu meiner Schulzeit wurde den Überwinterungsstrategien des Siebenschläfers mehr Bedeutung beigemessen, als dem NEAT, also wusste ich bis vor einem Jahr darüber noch null Komma garnichts. Dieser zusätzliche Verbrauch kann sich von der einen zur anderen Person um mehrere 100te Kalorien unterscheiden und macht das tracken zu Beginn recht ungenau. Onlinekalorienrechner geben auch nur einen sehr groben Schuss ab, wo dein Bedarf liegen könnte. Bei mir haben diverse Rechner meinen Verbrauch allesamt überschätzt. Wenn man dennoch eine Woche trackt und merkt, dass das Gewicht in die falsche Richtung geht, kann man die Zielkalorien einfach etwas nach oben oder unten korrigieren. Klar das dauert evtl. ein paar Wochen und es ist Arbeit, aber es ist die Mühe wert, denn es ist rein physikalisch unmöglich bei einem, über einen längeren Zeitraum, aufrechterhaltenen, energetischen Defizits bzw. Überschuss keinen Erfolg zu haben. ⚠ 📉🍽📈 ⚠ Momentan tracke ich auf Erhalt, da ich mich immer noch von einer Krankheit erhole. Diät bitte nur dann, wenn man sowohl mental als auch körperlich absolut fit und gesund ist. Wir haben alle nur einen Körper und die Gesundheit sollte immer an erster Stelle stehen. #dkny #adidas #myprotein at Göttingen

It makes sense to me that Biofilms may be significant for those of us with autoimmune disease. After all, we have leaky guts, so we likely have overgrowths of yeast, bacteria, SIBO, fungus and/or parasites, and these may coat themselves in a biofilm to protect themselves against our immune systems. . I've been using most of what's recommended above to help eradicate biofilm for the last couple weeks, and I definitely feel like it's helped me. A couple of the changes I've noticed: I used to need 900 mg of Magnesium citrate per day + an epsom salt bath to stay regular...now that's dropped to 600 mg of Mg. I've also noticed better digestion & appetite, more energy & better sleep (some of that might be due to the infrared light I've been using, but I feel the Mg reduction is definitely due to reduced biofilm). Also, I notice that my body is reacting more normally to temperature - I used to keep my thermostat at 64 degrees and I was still hot. I've been gradually raising it a degree every couple days, and I still feel cool. . What this protocol looks like for me is that I mince a clove of garlic on my veggies for at least one meal a day, take a couple activated charcoal a couple hours after I eat and before I eat again, take turmeric/curcumin with meals, drink some apple cider vinegar with Topo Chico with meals to help with digestion, and just once I've put a drop of Oil of Oregano essential oil in my glass of water (it's crazy strong so I'm only going to do that about once a week). I take the proteolytic enzymes when I have a couple hours between the activated charcoal and a meal. As for berberine, I've taken it for years & any benefit it was going to give me I've gotten, so I'm not doing that for now. . If you'd like to read more about biofilm, check out the link in my profile. The article is by Dr. Jockers...he has a formula for biofilm, but I don't think you need that.

Here’s a little glimpse of today’s chest and triceps workout. I challenged myself to do 50 push-ups and 50 tricep dips. I think I’ll go for 100 next time😁 When I first started going to the gym 8 months ago, I could hardly do 4 push-ups at one time and 8 tricep dips at one time.
