💥GLUTE WORKOUT💥 . Follow @roballenfitness for more fitness/nutrition info 🙂 . Tag someone who loves to train glutes butt . Here’s a little workout that’s focused almost entirely around your glutes. Ideally I would suggest to make this a “leg day” or add in other muscle groups but I know how much everyone wants to grow their glutes. You’ve gotta hit them hard and a few times a week 😎 . You should do some light cardio for 3-5 mins to get warmed up and then stretch out your hip flexors to be able to maximally extend the hips (search for couch stretch) - after that you want to get your glutes ACTIVATED so that you can “feel” them contract . Next step is to BUILD them. This is in the 10-12 rep range and you go as heavy as you can while keeping great form 👍🏼 . The FINISH portion can be put as a little Cardio finisher on any day. It’s just 3 glute focused movements that you can do quickly, without using much weight and the goal is to get your heart rate up . Kad sam za vrijeme karantene trenirala sa gumama i manjim kilažama koje sam imala kod kuće tad sam jedino mogla održavati tadašnju formu ALI čim sam se vratila u gym i odradila svoj prvi tjedan u kojem sam radila 2 treninga za gluteus sa većim kilažama - moj opseg bokova povećao se za 1 cm 👌🏽 . ⬇️ Jednostavno je,za rast mišića potrebna je težina i naravno adekvatan program treninga + pravilan omjer makronutijenata koji će mu takodjer omogućiti rast 🍑 . Yesterday I didn’t know exactly what kind of workout I wanted to do so I came up with a somewhat #fullbody lil diddy🤷🏼‍♀️ I chose to just work glute-focused lower body exercises along with pull-focused upper body exercises & it turned out to be a really good one! Soooo SAVE for your next workout sesh if you wanna try it & don’t forget to like❤️ ••• 🐶 Bloopers with Hershey🤣 ooooops 1️⃣ 4x12 Band pull aparts 2️⃣ 4x12 Deficit reverse lunge + bicep curl (can be done on any stairs!) 3️⃣ 4x10 Deadlift + row 4️⃣ 4x8 each side, 3-pulse deficit curtsy lunge + knee drive 5️⃣ 3x20 Plank hold with alt. glute kickback 6️⃣ 4x20 Banded seated row (make sure you have a sturdy spot for your band so you don’t get absolutely SMACKED by it🙃😂) 7️⃣ 3xAMRAP Tricep dips
