I switched up my normal @sweat program routine today & chose to do two of @stephaniesanzoโ€™s Lifting at Home workouts (can we make #SanzoSunday a thing? ๐Ÿ˜†)! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป The first was her Glute Blaster challenge, which only required a resistance band & a dumbbell, & it was an awesome burner! ๐Ÿ”ฅ(Shoutout to @the_amazing_mrs._booth for recommending this one ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป) The diagonal goblet lunges were definitely the hardest for me, but I loved the entire session.
