My legs and booty work out from yesterday that i used trying to change my flat bun genetic 😜, and look like it is working for me! ⁣ 1/ Bulgarian squats 4sets x 12 reps each side ⁣ 2/ Reverse Abductor, 4 x 20 , lightweight ⁣ 3/ Hip abductor 4x20 heavy , pulse for the last 5 reps for burn out ⁣ 4/ Lazy hip thrusts with band 4x15 , pulse for the last 5 on top ⁣ 5/ Legs press with band , 10 close feet, 10 wide feet , 4 sets total ⁣ 6/ Pull through 4x 15 ⁣ 7/ Reverse hack squats with band 4x 12-15, add weights slowly each set . ⁣ #glute #gluteworkout #hipthurst #bootybuilding #legsworkout at New York, New York

Walking into the gym after its been raining/snowing since midnight. I was told i was brave. I had to get ice off my windshield plus the driver side and passenger front windows. Even thou the weather isn’t the best i still make time to go to the gym. I always forget to charge my headphones. So i had to grab my iPhone headphones so i could finish out my workout listening to my music. I found out this week that depending on music can make or break how hard you push. Squats for booty??? Naa aaah.. I do squats like once in a 2-3 months maybe 😂 also all the lunges are just when i feel it 😁 . Hip thrust is a must for glute development! Romanian deadlift yes please! Squats yes but as you can see j dont use heavy weight and i like doing it on smith machine as i can focus on lifting the weight with ma glutes not my legs . Here you have few exercises from my last session belive me you will feel them😂 . 1.Romanian deadlift 2.Smith wide low squat (focus on glutes!) 3 Curtsy lunges (oooo myyy booty they burnt) 4.Cable kickback(look at the leg when its going down!) 5.One leg romanian deadlift eac leg 10 and 15 after( i literally cry every time i do this one cuz of my back pain😭) you wont see me doing full rep range after one set.. 6. Who knew a bulking phase could be so fun literally never had so much energy in the gym 💫 Today’s workout is obvo glute focused cause I’m a vain bitch Smith machine - ▪️hip thrusts 4x8 @ 100kg ▪️single leg hip thrusts 3x10 each leg @ 30kg ▪️ squats 3x10 @ 40kg (I want 100kg before Christmas) Then I got dumbells (8kg) and: ▪️ Bulgarian split squat 3x8 ▪️Stiff Leg Deadlift 3x10 ▪️ walking lunges for 3 mins And then burned out my glutes on the abductor machine until they felt like they were gonna fall off xx #fitness #motivation #fitfam #irishfitfam #herbertonleisure #gluteworkout #glutes #girlswholift

Cable deadlifts - an alternative to DB Romanian dead lifts (4 x 15 reps) 3. Bulgarian split squats (4 x 15 reps) 4. Leg extension (4 x 15 reps) 5. Hamstring curl (4 x 15 reps) 6. HONEST UPDATE: Sooooo after losing weight on interrail, it’s hard not to wanna stay that way. BUT it meant I also lost muscle and what was the budding start to a booty. Here is to regrowing dat ass (lol let’s be real, there is very little regrowing and more straight up growing). So here is what I look like as of today & here is the future “before pic”... Anywho here’s what I managed today: •3 sets sweaty mat workout: 🍑30 alternating lateral lunges 🍑15 runner lunges per leg 🍑15 alternating jump lunges 🍑30 alternating curtsy lunges 🍑15 plié lunges per leg 🍑15 alternating leg slowed burpees 🍑30 frog raises 🍑15 high leg donkey kick cross overs per leg 🍑15 firehydrants with roundhouse kick per leg •3 sets machine workout: 🍑20 hip adductors 🍑15 hip abductors 🍑10 single leg glute pushdowns on assisted pull up machine (per leg) (what a mouthful) 🍑10 single leg leg press per leg (high foot placement) •3 sets cable workout: 🍑10 deadlifts 🍑10 glute pull throughs 🍑10 pulsing squats 🍑10 donkey kicks per leg •3 sets 10 hip thrusts •3 sets 10 weighted single leg glut bridges •stretch & roll out

Mistakes I see with weighted hip thrusts⬇️ . Bad neck position (tilting head/neck back)❎ . Poor stability and pelvic control❎ . Lifting the weight through your toes❎ . Not completing full reps❎ . To ensure you are using the correct technique, follow this step by step quide for the barbell hip thrust⬇️ . Begin by putting padding around your barbell to prevent it from digging into your hips when you thrust✅ . Place your upper back on the bench with your barbell across your hips✅ . Keep your feet planted firmly on the ground, in line with the hips and at a 90-degree angle at the knee✅ . Engage your glutes at the beginning of each rep and drive your hips skyward, engaging your core and abs✅ . Keep the movement in the lower body as much as possible (don’t “rock” your upper body to complete the move)✅ . #Repost @opusfitness ・・・ [WANT TO STRENGTHEN YOUR 🍑 - PLANK MORE!] . A recent study used EMG technology to analyse the most effective exercises to activate the Gluteal muscles. The goal of the study was to create a ranking system for the exercises, and provide trainers and therapists with recommendations for how to strengthen these all important muscles. The result? . To work on the Gluteus Medius (the muscles on the side of your bum which aid hip stability), the top 5 were: 1️⃣Side Plank Abduction (dominant leg on the bottom) 2️⃣Side Plank Abduction (dominant leg on the top) 3️⃣Single Leg Squat 4️⃣Clam 5️⃣Front Plank with Hip Extension . To work on the Gluteus Maximus (imagine putting your hand in the back pocket of your jeans - the area your hand covers is your Glute Max), the top 5 were: . 1️⃣Front Plank with Hip Extension 2️⃣Gluteal Squeeze 3️⃣Side Plank Abduction (dominant leg on the top) 4️⃣Side Plank Abduction (dominant leg on the bottom) 5️⃣Single Leg Squat . So I am 85% sure that I was born with hardly any fast twitch fibres so I will be doing every single exercise as fast as possible to teach my body to move faster. I want to be the most powerful person I can be.... with bounce 🙂 PR on the box squat today 140kg for 10 I worked up to 200kg 2x5 reps but they was sketchy. Going to eat as much food as I can and go back later. Work on a couple explosive movements and hip exercises. Make sure you tense up your whole back,abs and all your whole upper body really when messing with heavy weight. It makes it feel a bit lighter and helps you keep stable reducing risk of injury. Also I wanted to get the box so when I sit down I’m just a bit lower than when I am when I go to jump
