𝔻𝕆𝕊 𝔸ℕ̃𝕆𝕊 𝔻𝔼 𝔻𝕀𝔽𝔼ℝ𝔼ℕℂ𝕀𝔸: 𝙴𝚜𝚙𝚎𝚛𝚘 𝚙𝚞𝚎𝚍𝚊𝚗 𝚕𝚎𝚎𝚛𝚕𝚘 𝚝𝚘𝚍𝚘💕 Cuando no te importa como tratas a tu cuerpo tu alma también se encuentra mal, no sólo se puede notar lo que ves claramente en las fotos, si no que sí miras bien mis ojos te darás cuenta de una mirada triste, hoy me siento mucho mejor, más feliz, más sana, más yo, he sido un ir y venir, un caer mil veces, odiarme mil y un veces, me he obsesionado con el cut, he querido consumir 1500 val cuando bailaba 4 horas y hacía gym dos horas, si comía algo fuera de la dieta me sentía mal, si no hacía ejercicio uff, era hacer triple el otro día, intenté hacer todo tipo de tratamientos para reducir mi grasa corporal carboxiterapia, masajes, mesoterapia, nada sirve chicos, nada elimina la grasa que no sea alimentación y ejercicio, o una cirugía con alguien certificado y que estés dispuesto a someterte a eso (yo no le veo nada de malo si primero te aprendes a querer a ti y buscas un empuje extra a tu esfuerzo). Yo no como 100% bien, creo que casi nadie lo hace, pero hice pequeños cambios y los fui adaptando como hábitos, aprendí cuando nutria a mi cuerpo y cuando no, cuando era algo bueno para el cuerpo y cuando era algo bueno para el alma, chicos, yo amo los chilaquiles, amo el pan dulce, las papitas, los cacahuate japoneses, la pizza, el sushi, los yamkimeshis, la cerveza y no los dejó de comer pero mido mis porciones siempre o las veces que lo como. Sé lo complicado que esto del mundo fit y que la perfección invade el Internet, pero nadie es perfecto, no crean todo lo que ven y lo que dicen, sean ustedes, amense y disfruten de esta nueva etapa si están dispuestos a hacerlo, tengan paciencia de ustedes, de su cuerpo, a veces los resultados tardan pero ya no se van. Espero les sirva este post, me nació hacerlo y simplemente me puse a escribir, si alguien tiene problemas con la comida o el ejercicio escríbanme, no soy nutriologa (estudiaré eso) pero he aprendido mucho, leo muchísimo del tema y sobre todo quiero ayudar. Let’s talk habits, I have a habit of caring for everyone else except myself .. everyone is always more important than me.. I have a habit of putting of self care to tend to a friend. For a healthy individual, your body maintains blood cholesterol by decreasing/increasing the amount of cholesterol produced by the liver based on however much/little cholesterol is coming from your diet. Yes that’s dirt on my face 😂 Fresh off 3 hours of tough yard work on an 85*+ day 😅 between that, mowing the grass for the second time in 5 days (tis the season) and walking the dog earlier, skipping out on a structured workout today.
