Workkkkout 🌟SUPERSET 1 ▪️SA Row 4x10-12 (keep that back nice and flat and head forward. Keep this motion controlled, do not swing and crank your elbow back like a lawnmower.) . ▪️Bicep Curl with Isometric Hold 4x10 each arm (while doing a bicep curl on one arm, the other will be help out to the side then you’ll switch and repeat.) . 🌟SUPERSET 2 ▪️Mid Cable Row 4x10-13 (I like to extend forward to really stretch through my lats, then pull elbows directly back squeezing my back.) ▪️Lying Cable Bicep Curl 4x15 (make sure to drop the weight from the cable row. Plate your feet on the platform and keep back flat on the bench. Elbows are kept in tight by your sides as you contract your biceps. . 🌟SUPERSET 3 ▪️Wide Grip Lat Pulldown 3x15 (focus on a 1-2-3 tempo. Pause at the bottom for 2 secs and allow 3 secs for the eccentric contraction.) . ▪️Close Grip Lat Pulldown 3x15 (you’ll use an underhand grip. Bring elbows directly back make sure to keep them in close to your body. Drop the weight of you start to swing and use your full upperbody.) . 🌟SUPERSET 4 ▪️Barbell Row 4x12-15 (Make sure to extend your lats fully at the bottom then pull elbows directly back. ) ▪️Alt.
