¿Cómo preparar el Acai Bowl? ¿Te atreves a hacer tu primer acaí? Es muy sencillo, verás como con estos pasos tan sencillos tienes un bowl tan apetitoso como cualquiera de los que hayas visto Ingredientes 1 plátano congelado ½ taza de bebida vegetal 1 cucharada de Mantequilla de Almendra de HSNfoods 2 cucharaditas de acaí en polvo Fruta a rodajas: fresas, mango, plátano, kiwi, arándanos… Bayas de goji Coco rayado Semillas de chia Trocitos de chocolate negro Información Nutricional Calorías: 490,5kcal Proteinas: 9g Carbohidratos: 72,9g de los cuales azúcares: 41,2g Fibra: 11,1g Grasas: 18,1g de las cuales saturadas: 1,8g Preparación En realidad, la base del acaí recae en el plátano congelado y la leche vegetal. El plátano congelado es el que da la textura de untuosidad al acaí en sí. El resultado recuerda a un helado. Para preparar el plátano congelado, solo tienes que pelar el plátano, cortarlo en 3-4 trozos y congelarlo en una bolda o en un tupper apto para el congelador. Puedes usar una cualquier leche vegetal al gusto, almendra, anacardo, nueces... Si no la has preparado en casa, vigila que no contenga azúcares añadidos. La cucharada de mantequilla aporta grasa y cremosidad a la mezcla. El acaí es una baya con un sabor potente, es por eso que basta con una cantidad pequeña en la preparación de cada bowl. Normalmente el sabor del plátano suele ser suficiente para endulzar. Si consideras que debes potenciar el dulzor, añade un dátil. A partir de aquí puedes hacer tantas adaptaciones como prefieras. Pero esta una receta base por la que empezar, descubrir los sabores y la textura, y así poder jugar con nuevas combinaciones. Here is my second squat day back! All I did was work up to a 225lbs 3x8 and then finished with a leg raise and plank superset to train my core. I did about half and hour of rolling, dynamic stretching and working up before the squats and another 30 minutes after the workout to do some rolling and static stretches. This is pretty much what my leg days have consisted of for a while. I prioritize my mobility, flexibility and joint range of motion way over stretch training. - How do you prioritize them? You will be surprised how much easier squats become if dropping below 90 degrees isn’t a stretch any more!:) - Send this to someone who needs to re-prioritize their flexibility and mobility!:) at Winnipeg, Manitoba

When i was taking powerlifting seriously. I used to do a full body split 4x a week. I even had a trainer make me a powerlifting specific program. - Here i am doing a squat on a "normal" day. - On a normal day my exercises were like these: 85%: 5 x 5 squats, bench press & deadlifts. 80% 3 x 8 negative (4 sec down 2 sec up) squats, Incline Barbell Bench Press & deficit deadlift. - What do you guys think of this program for a normal lifting day. Does it focus on pure strength? 🤔

Finished up last nights Chest workout with some dumbbell flies. I like doing this variation because it hits more of the lower chest muscles that don’t get hit as much when doing stuff like incline bench and regular bench. If you want to try my workout I did: - Bench Press 4x20 - Incline Bench 4x20 - Flies 3x15 - Dumbbell flies 3x15 - Chest Press Machine 3x15 This workout hits all the chest muscles with 2 compound lifts and 3 isolation lifts. Do the compound (bench & incline bench) lifts first then follow up with the isolation movements.
