A little body appreciation post just because ❤️ I started my fitness journey about 4 years ago but never really committed up until about a year ago. I felt so unhappy and ashamed of my body, pointing out every flaw. I’m no where near my dream body, but with the right nutrition and mindset I know I’ll get there. Start the day as you mean to go on.
