Few small clips of my leg day. Good progression to date made on legs. Squats have increased dramatically which is a good sign. . . Glute activation is neglected when training legs and often results in muscle domination of the quads and hamstrings to the glutes. . . If you’re aiming to grow your glutes buy some resistance bands and tie it up and create resistance around your knees. . . This not only activates your glutes but stops a common error of knees caving in under heavy load which can cause issues to your medial collateral ligament (MCL). . . Last thing you want is improper activation and form. This FULL leg workout (Glutz and Hamiez focused) coming TOMORROW!!! 🤩 So good! 🔥 - Be on the lookout for it, LIKE & SAVE 🙌🏼 - Had questions on the Dumbbell Hamstring Curl (and similar exercises where you have to grab the dumbbell with your feet). How do you grab the dumbbell? Nothing to it. Might have to wiggle and shimmy a little, but there’s no trick. Just grab the weight with your feet, make sure that it’s stable in the arches of your feet, and squeeze it in place so it doesn’t wobble or even fall on your back. Start with a light weight. - Tip: The further out from the bench you are, the harder the exercise becomes. “I don’t have time” “I’m too tired after work” “I’m too busy” These are all excuses I myself used to make! BUT We are all given 24 hours in a day! I work full time 2nd shift, I’m a full time nursing student in her last, busiest semester of the year, and I still manage to meal prep and go to the gym at least 5 days a week. If I can do it so can you! It’s only 30-60min out of your entire day! Most of us spend that on Facebook! I’m not going to lie some nights I just wanna go home and watch Netflix in bed after a long day but I drag my butt to the gym climb on the stair master or elliptical and watch my Netflix episode while getting my cardio in! Or my wonderful trainer sends me a quick 30 min KILLER workout and I go doe for 30 minutes and I’m done for the day! Make the time. - Getting Fit Is Hard - I always giggle a little bit inside when I see magazine or online ads promising "Abs in 21 days!" or "2 extra inches to your biceps in 30 days". The ads offer promise of quick results because the bottom line is, that's what people want. We want results fast with minimal effort. Now you can ask anyone around you who's in great shape how they got to where they are, and you'll probably get a variety of answers, but one thing will definitely correlate every single time. They had to work. They had to make time to go to the gym, they had to make time to cook and eat in a healthier way, they had to make some level of sacrifice to embed fitness into their lifestyle. The bottom line is it's a choice. When you drink it's a choice. When you smoke it's a choice. When you eat a family size packet of crisps for dinner watching Netflix...You guessed it! It's a choice. So if you claim to want to change things in 2019 then start looking into the real reasons why you want to make this happen, because getting fit is hard, but your big "why" will keep you going and see you come out victorious on the other side of the hill. #LeanMuscleMethod

Frustrated last week and absolutely confused the next week. Went from deadlifting just 160kg to 200kgs. I blame fatigue last week 🤷🏻‍♂️ but holy heck I deadlifted 444pounds 200kg 😁. Second video was last week, of me failing 400pounds 180kg deadlift and I was very frustrated. Resting makes me stronger....

INNER PART OF TIGHTS EXERCISES👋😄 ______________________________________________ Osobiście nie widzę potrzeby trenowania tej grupy mięśniowej osobno, gdyż pracują przy większości ćwiczeń złożonych. Niemniej jednak jeśli ktoś potrzebuje dodatkowo wzmocnić sobie przywodziciele ud wrzucam moje propozycje😉 Na filmie macie: 1. Wypad do boku na gumie z ciężarem - mój faworyt, pracują przywodziciele na obydwu nogach, 2. Unoszenie nogi w podporze bokiem - noga od podłogi w górze, pracują obydwie strony, 3. Przywodzenie nogi w podporze np. Na krześle - również obydwie nogi pracują, 4. Ściskanie piłki nogami - piłka w okolicach stawu kolanowego, 3s napięcie i rozluźnienie. Enjoy👌 __________________________________________________ 🇺🇸:Personally, I don't see the need to train this muscle group separately because they work on most complex exercises. Nevertheless, if someone needs to further strengthen the adductors of thighs, I throw my suggestions😉 On the movie you have: 1. A fall to the side with band + weight - my favorite, the adductors work on both legs, 2. Lifting the leg in the plank sideways - the leg from the floor up, working both sides, 3. Adducting the leg in a plank on a chair - both legs are also working, 4. Compression of the ball with the legs - a ball around the knee joint, 3s tension and relax.
