Cardio vs. Krafttraining ⠀ Vor oder nach dem Training? Ist Cardio- Training überhaupt ein Muss? Ganz klare Antwort: Nope ⠀ Das Wichtigste vorweg: es muss dir Spaß machen! Wenn man sich über einen längeren Zeitraum zu etwas zwingt, setzt man sich unter Stress und das kann zu Problemen führen🙄 ⠀ Viele denken immer, dass es notwendig ist sich stundenlang auf dem Laufband oder Crosstrainer abzustrampeln, um abzunehmen. Was die Wenigsten aber nicht wissen: Man verbrennt viel mehr Kalorien beim Krafttraining als beim Cardio- Training! 💪🏼 ⠀ Natürlich verbessert eine regelmäßige Cardio- Einheit das Herz- Kreislaufsystem 💙❤️Aber Achtung: Wenn man es übertreibt, verliert man u.U. nicht nur Fett- sondern auch wertvolle Muskelmasse! Und durch zu häufige intensive Cardio- Einheiten verheizt man seine Regeneration und Performance was wiederum den Erfolg im Krafttraining gefährdet☝🏼 ⠀ Ich handhabe das immer so: Je nach Ziel und um auf meine Schritte zu kommen, baue ich an Trainingstagen eine Cardio-Einheit NACH dem Krafttraining ein. Also wenn mein Ziel Muskelaufbau ist (Gewichtszunahme), dann stelle ich mich ca. 20 Minuten auf das Laufband und laufe ganz gemütlich🚶🏻‍♂️(etwas zügig aber nicht joggen, ich hasse joggen) vor mich hin.
