When I first started working out I felt extremely self conscious at the gym. I didn't go regularly because I felt stared at and judged for not being "super fit". So on the days I didn't go, I'd work out at home. I ordered a bunch of resistance bands and turned to social media for inspiration. While social media did inspire me and gave me ideas, it also made me feel discouraged. Looking at other fit women often made me compare myself to someone that had a completely different body type or had been involved in fitness for so much longer. Reality is, you have to be in it for yourself. You have no idea how long it has taken someone to get to where they are now or how much work they put into their lifestyle. Success doesn't happen over night. It's such a long road. Keep on hustlin', keep on grinding, the rest will come naturally as long as you don't give up. Credit :@sarah_ebd

This work out was killer! 🔥🍑 Superset 1 (vid 1): 10 normal deadlifts followed by 8 single leg smith machine (elevated) dead lifts. Complete 3 sets! Superset 2 (vid 2) : 15 normal hip thrusts followed by 10 body weight single leg hip thrusts. Again, repeat 3 times! The burn was real! Today I woke up, got to the gym at 10.30am and smashed a leg session. I had a good workout and felt amazing after. That had a positive impact on the rest of my day. People always complain about not having time to go gym, tbh you won't have the time for anything until you MAKE time for it. I had work at 1 today. So what I done was organised my time. That's all it really is, you don't need to stop what your doing to go gym. You just have to work around it.
