Hey guys..just wanted to share some something I was thinking about today *** It was a tough day for me. We all have them. When you’re feeling like you have everything planned and you’re feeling good and shit hits the fan. Then it happens again, and again through the whole day. Sometimes it even extends for a couple days or longer *** For me personally I try to reflect after everyday on what happened. If it’s all mostly bad, it happens. I can learn something from it. It also sends me into a place of gratitude weirdly enough. I think about the things I have done and what has happened to even get me to this point. Those were ALL great things! Then I think about what I want to accomplish with my life and the path I want to be on. More GREAT things! *** I’m not saying that you have to try and have a good day everyday, because let’s face it, that is impossible to do. What I am saying though is that there is always something that you can learn or be positive about in your day... - Did you go to the gym even though you were having a bad day?! WIN. Did you talk to your parents today?! WIN. Did you take your dog on a walk? WIN. Did you do something that moves your success needle closer to where you want it to be?! WIN. - I’m not even close to be a guru or anything in the mental space, or life success space. I just want to share with you what works for me and maybe you can get something out of it. I’m always working on myself mentally, physically and spiritually. Now it’s tome to hit go hit the gym and work on that physical element!! •••• LOVE YOU ALL ✌🏻😊 at Portland, Oregon
