Let me tell you about this mama here. I look at this photo and actually feel great about it. I was in junior high when I realized my thighs were thick and not attractive. I never got over that at 16, 18, 21, 24 ... I even had a consultation with a plastic surgeon. I was always active ... played tennis, ran, best shape out of the USMC. Still. Not. Happy. Then the squats and fitness lifestyle made others realize that strong thighs are sexy. This past year my body has changed and turning the big 3-0 has changed my mind. I'm healthier and much more in shape than 20 year old me AND I have a child! This photo is my "I'm 30, fabulous and finally happy in the skin I'm in" ❤️

I got this pic from @vegainstrength . Going vegan for many people seems absurd because of the lower caloric intake. Generally vegan foods are lower in calories then animal products, however they are much higher in vitamins, nutrients and minerals. Obviously more food is required to be eaten to survive, but overall a more balanced diet comes from going vegan in terms of getting all the required nutrients to be healthy. This pic is a great representation of the varieties of vegan meals possible. There are tons of vegetables, seeds, and grains that people look past and only focus on what is being eliminated. Living with intention is something I strive for everyday. This weekend I was really convicted about it. My daughter and I spent Saturday night having a “pajama party”. It was such a special time-she picked exactly what she wanted to do together. It was priceless!I feel like with kids so many people come up and say “it’s going so fast”-and it does-but if you take it moment by moment, it DOES SLOW DOWN-and we have the power to do that-and to make plans and be intentional about doing so. Очень порадовал творожный сыр, раньше данный производитель использовал растительное(пальмовое) масло в составе, сейчас его нет. Видимо производители как-то смотрят за тенденцией нарастающего здорового питания, либо его просто не указали (скрыли)😃 В стакане цикорий с молоком.☕️ Ужин обошёлся мне примерно в 105 рублей 💰, при этом тут присутствует качественный белок, омега 3-6-9 и клетчатка🍤🥚🥗🤗 Можно ли хлеб после 18.00? Alright everyone. It's been two months since I decided to finally change my life for the better. In the past two months, I finally realized and accepted that the only person I need in my life to make a positive change is MYSELF. I decided to start holding myself accountable and to stop making excuses for myself. . Before I started this journey, I was physically & emotionally weak, dependent, insecure, anxious, scared, etc (basically full of self-loathing). You can make a simple tahini dressing to go with this. 1/2 grapefruit, juiced 3 tbsp tahini 1/4 tsp garlic 1/4 tsp sea salt 1/4 tsp pepper Add grapefruit juice, tahini, garlic, sea salt and pepper to a small bowl. Mix thoroughly. This dressing makes 2-3 servings.
