LOWER BODY SUPERSETS🍑 Recommended Resistance Bands @sculptlifestyle💚 . . Weights and resistance bands. Supersets (2 exercises back to back with no rest) are my GO TO when I really want to push myself and guarantee myself a good session and trust me after the amount of cake I’ve eaten this weekend, I really needed a good session lol! For the weighted exercises try to go as heavy as you can for 6-8 reps (each side) keeping the movement controlled and muscles contracted and straight after superset with resistance bands for high reps, aim for 15-20 (each side. Supersetting low reps/high reps helps you target both your fast twitch and slow twitch fibre muscles and since your glutes are nearly split 50/50 between both types of fibres, it seems logical to insure you get some of both low/heavy reps and light/high reps exercises in each time you train. -Repeat each superset 4 times -Single leg deadlifts SUPERSET WITH Wall squat abductors (I’ve found pointing my toe up like a donkey licks helps me feel it more in my glutes) -Knee squats SUPERSET WITH Side lunges (Keep the movement controlled so your bands don’t roll up) -Double pulse sumo squat SUPERSET WITH Standing fire hydrants . . . Una dieta saludable aumenta la supervivencia del cáncer entre las personas con cáncer colorrectal, según un estudio publicado en la revista oncología clínica. Los investigadores compararon la calidad de la dieta para varios enfoques dietéticos, incluidas las directrices de la American Cancer Society y la dieta DASH, con la mortalidad por cáncer para 2.801 participantes antes y después de los diagnósticos de cáncer. Easy weekend smoothie bowls ✨ Eating well is not just about WHAT you eat but HOW you eat it. Experimenting with flavours, combinations and styles is all part of eating healthy. You may not like spinach raw but putting it in a smoothie may be your thing, you may not like tofu fried but oven baked in a nourish bowl is delicious 🙌🏻 There are so many ways to eat different foods, it’s just about finding what works for you! This is one of my favourite smoothie bowls: butternut squash, mango and coconut 🌴. I still get people concerned with putting butternut squash in a sweet dish but you’re just going to have to trust me on this! (Butternut squash is my FAVOURITE and I will put it in anything and everything 🤩) Ingredients: 1/2 medium butternut squash - roasted with cinnamon and left to cool 1 tsp salted caramel extract 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein 1/2 mango 1/3 cup almond milk Handful of ice Method: Blend all together and top with coconut, mango and goji berries 🌱 #smoothiebowls #smoothiesofinstagram at Chelmsford, Essex
