Check out this sexy little number. I hear open back is the thing. ⠀ ⠀ If you’ve followed along from the beginning (not all that long ago) then you know this part of my story. If not, then shit is about to get real. Cancer. Ok that’s out there now. Cancer touched my life at an extremely early age (it’s partly what has given me my dark sense of humor and sarcasm because hello, coping). My mother passed away from breast cancer at the age of 36, after being diagnosed only a year and a half before that. Shortly after that, her mother passed away from ovarian cancer. This stuff runs deep in my family y’all. ⠀ ⠀ Fast forward to two years ago. I had known for a long time that I would have to go in and start getting mammograms at an early age, due to my family history. I also knew that there was a blood test I could take that would tell me if I had the BRACA gene or not. The BRAC gene is genetic and I had a 50/50 chance of having it. If you’re positive for BRAC 1 (there’s a ton of detail about this gene that I can’t get into in one ig post) then you have about an 85% chance of developing cancer at some point in your life. The average person has around a 20% chance. ⠀ ⠀ I decided right away to be as proactive as possible about this, which means routine check ups and surgeries. Lots of surgeries. But it also means giving myself the best chance possible to be around for as long as I can for my son. ⠀ ⠀ Healthy mind. Healthy body. Healthy life. ⠀ ⠀ 🖤⠀ ⠀

Fantastic food haul from Sprouts! I’ve been shopping there more because their organic produce is simply the best priced. A lot of people ask me about how to reduce inflammation in the body. My simple response is 1. Get rid of the things causing inflammation, primarily processed sugars and trans fats and 2. Do you want the fast pass to a higher vibrational life?⁣ ⁣ Stop prioritizing everyone else in your life before prioritizing yourself.⁣ ⁣ I’ve made it a rule for myself that no one gets my attention until I give myself undivided attention in the morning. And I’m grateful to have a fiancé who does exactly the same. We both understand that we’re a lot more fun to be around when we’re full and our frequency is high.⁣ ⁣ ⁣Catering to everyone before yourself tells the universe, “I’m good, go ahead and just give me the scraps today.” And so day after day that’s how you feel: less than worthy and forgotten about.⁣ ⁣ The missing piece to your puzzle of health and total fulfillment may be these lack of boundaries. Filling up others before yourself and somehow justifying why you do it.⁣ ⁣ Been there, done that, and it’s exhausting.⁣ ⁣ When I look back to what I have labeled as anxiety, burnout or overall lack of self-love it was 99% of the time because I prioritized everyone else before Taylor. Running around like a chicken with its head cut off isn’t sexy, and it definitely stops you from attracting what it is you want.⁣ ⁣ You are never responsible for how other people feel. More than likely you are a compassionate woman, but don’t confuse compassion with guilt. Guilt of doing or guilt of not doing something. It’s such a useless emotion and will never serve you.⁣ ⁣ Ask yourself what you need today. Not what you usually do, but what you need in this moment. Then put your phone on airplane mode or turn it off and go do that thing. ⁣ ⁣ You are a co-creator. How you decide to feel today will always be amplified by Universe/God so use it in your favor.⁣ ⁣ Nothing oozes self-love and confidence than someone who unapologetically puts themselves first. This is how I get through my day everyday. I have to have gum, sunflower seeds, and sunglasses. This helps me treat anxiety, depression, sensory processing disorder, and is extremely helpful in a situation where I feel I can't stim. I won't even leave my house though without gum and sunglasses. Really. And the Tension Tamer by itself or with some cannabis oil if things are getting rough. ✌👽😎

PULL DOWN • • • • • Un errore comune nel pull down a braccia tese è quello di “ingobbirsi” e perdere l’assetto scapolare quando il peso è eccessivo o insorge la fatica. Gomiti stretti sui fianchi, le gambe leggermente piegate sulle ginocchia ed i piedi della stessa larghezza delle spalle. • • • • ✅Mantenere la schiena dritta per tutto il movimento • • ❌Evitare pericolose oscillazioni. • • • • ✅I gomiti devono rimanere in posizione per tutto il movimento senza portarli verso l'alto. • • • • L'hammer curl è un ottimo esercizio complementare per focalizzare lo sviluppo del bicipite sulla parte esterna e di inserzione sull'avambraccio.
