I’m not a great breakfast kind of a person but even if I miss out, I do always have my supershake, in a morning. Recently I’ve been elaborating on my basic shake a making it into a smoothie bowl.....quick, easy, nutritious and delicious! You can use any shake but I’d highly recommend the one I drink, every day, as it’s not a protein shake, as such, it contains a gazillion micronutrients and superfoods. So once the fruits are added in this bowl, it really does set you for the morning! I never get those pesky mid morning hunger pangs! Banana Berry Smoothie Bowl Makes 1 Serving Calories 350 kcal Ingredients 🧡1 cup unsweetened almond milk or alternative 🧡1 serving of strawberry smoothie 🧡¼ large banana cut into thick slices 🧡¼ cup fresh or frozen blackberries 🧡¼ cup fresh or frozen blueberries 🧡1 cup ice 🧡2 tbsp. sliced raw almonds 🧡1 tsp. chia seeds 🧡2 tsp. raw pumpkin seeds . 💪🏻 Правила набора МЫШЕЧНОЙ массы Для девушек 💪🏻 ⠀ Мы не говорим о объемах бодибилдеров и «перекаче» - это невозможно сделать если вы тренируетесь натурально. Я говорю о гармонии тела когда вы хотите увеличить ягодицы, добиться эстетически красивых форм! ⠀ 1️⃣ Работа с весами! Ваши мышцы никогда не начнут расти если у них нет стресса. Базовые упражнения - это основа программы на набор. Основные правила - Растущий вес с подходами/ 15-8 повторений в упражнении/ постоянная прогрессия. ⠀ 2️⃣ Увеличение калорийности рациона. Тренировки становятся сложнее, значит нужно больше энергии - калорий. Важно качество питания - сложные углеводы для энергии. , достаточное кол-во белка для восстановления и жиры для смазки суставов и общего здоровья. ⠀ Как вы понимаете «сушиться» и одновременно набирать мыш. массу невозможно. Это 2 разных процесса. ⠀ 3️⃣ Уменьшайте кардио нагрузку. Если вы привыкли бегать на дорожке по часу, сведите такую активность до минимума. Нет! Кардио не стоит совсем убирать, все же это Здоровье сердца и выносливость. Но силовые должны преобладать чтобы вы не «сжигали» наработанные мышцы. ⠀ 4️⃣ Программа тренировок! Прогресс вы увидите только тогда, когда начнёте отслеживать результат и заниматься по программе. К этапу тренировок на набор массы нужно подходить плавно и много зависит от изначальной формы, силы мышц и ваших знаний по технике. ⠀ 🙌🏻Это и есть основа работы на прирост мышечных объемов. Есть много нюансов как в тренировках, так и в питании, но главное - это серьезный настрой, регулярность и готовность работать тяжело! Сочные попы и ножки, рельефные плечи и Vобразные спины не строятся за месяц к лету. Это работа на год/ы! И вы должны быть к этому готовы! ⠀ Девочки, кто тренируется в зале, какая ваша цель? Understanding when I was too exhausted to speak clearly. Always a phone call away when travelling for important work trips. Moving his schedule (and mountains) to take advantage of my days off. Taking a one day trip with me for Christmas for my only day off that week. Laughing with me and staying positive for me. Feeling my pain at the loss of a patient. Taking me to dinner in sweatpants when he knew I needed to leave the house. Knowing when to pull me out of my funk, or when to leave me be for a while. Rejoicing in my patients' successes. .
