This morning. Homemade banana bread, vanilla ice cream, apple slices and coffee. I keep sliced banana bread in my freezer. Microwave it when I need one. 🍌 bread **2 ripe bananas, 1 large egg, 1/4 cup of cooking oil, 1/4 cup of yogurt, 1/4 cup of light brown sugar, 1/2 tsp of baking soda, 1/2 tsp of baking powder, 1 cup of all purpose flour **mash the bananas with a fork. Add all the wet ingredients in. Mix them well. Sift all the dry ingredients in. Gently mix it. Calzone do nadziewania na różnorakie sposoby 😍 z przepisu wychodzą dwa duże pierogi lub 4 małe. . 💥Ciasto: 🔪200g mąki pszennej typ 650 🔪7g suszonych drożdży 🔪120ml ciepłej wody 🔪Sól do smaku 🔪Łyżeczka ziół prowansalskich (może być inna, ulubiona przyprawa, np. słodka papryka) ✔️W ciepłej wodzie rozpuszczamy dokładnie drożdże. Odstawiamy je na 10 min. ✔️Do garnka wsypujemy mąkę, mieszamy ponownie drożdże i wlewamy je do mąki. Zagniatamy porządnie całość do uzyskania jednolitej masy, doprawiamy solą. ✔️Garnek posypujemy mąką, lub wykładamy go folią aluminiową, aby ciasto nie przykleiło się. Odstawiamy garnek z ciastem w ciepłe miejsce na 1 godzinę do wyrośnięcia (nakrywamy garnek ściereczką). ✔️Po wyrośnięciu dodajemy do ciasta przyprawy, mieszamy i dzielimy je na 4 lub 2 części. Many diets focus on restricting or eliminating carbs. But why are carbs so important? Beneficial? Necessary? Current and historical diets have focused on reducing, restricting, or eliminating carbohydrates as a method for weight loss. Restricting carbs limits your calories in - this is true. But! You are then limiting one of our major energy sources. Which increases irritability, fatigue, episodes of hangry, and most importantly with restricted carbs we can begin to muscle waste. Muscle wasting can defeat the purpose of trying to replace fat tissue with muscle when we are burning protein as our fuel source. Without carbohydrates/carbs our bodies start to break down protein for fuel. Why? Carbs protect protein from being broken down and used for glucose to maintain our blood sugar levels. But without carbs it moves to protein which is easy to break down for glucose. We use protein to build and repair tissue and when used as an energy source it can't do this. Decreased muscle building and repair = weakness, fatigue, and decreased strength. Even with regular exercise, we use what resources we have for energy to complete our activities. And if the main source of energy your body is getting is protein that's what it will use. So focus on moderation and finding your ideal balance of daily/weekly carbs. What amount of carbs leave you feeling good and sustained? Maybe you start mixing in a small portion of noodles in your zoodles. Avoid restriction and instead focus on listening to your body. Our bodies are amazing things and tell us what we need. ΔΕΝ μετράμε θερμίδες όταν πίσω από κάποιο γλυκό κρύβεται η ποιότητα ... βεβαια εντάξει καλο είναι να μην παρασυρθούμε στην ποσότητα... ❗️ Γραφε : 150γρ. ταχίνι 150γρ. αλεύρι για όλες τις χρήσεις 150γρ. ζάχαρη μαύρη ή καρυδας 150γρ. χυμό πορτοκαλιού 1 σφηνάκι ρούμι ή λικέρ πορτοκαλιού (π.χ. Cointreau, Grand Marnier) 125γρ. σοκολάτα κουβερτούρα, σε κομμάτια 1 κουτ. σούπας κανέλα 1 φλιτζάνι καρύδια χοντροαλεσμένα 1 κουτ. γλυκού μπέικιν πάουντερ Διαδικασία Προθερμαίνετε το φούρνο στους 180οC. Λιώνετε τη σοκολάτα σε μπεν μαρί. Μέσα σε ένα μπολ ανακατεύετε με μια σπάτουλα το ταχίνι με τον χυμό πορτοκαλιού και το ρούμι. Προσθέτετε τη λιωμένη σοκολάτα και τη ζάχαρη και ανακατεύετε καλά. Κοσκινίζετε το αλεύρι με το μπέικιν πάουντερ και την κανέλα και τα προσθέτετε στο μίγμα. Προσθέτετε τέλος τα καρύδια. Σκεπάζετε ένα τετράγωνο ταψί με λαδόκολλα και ρίχνετε μέσα το μίγμα. Ισιώνετε την επιφάνειά του. Jedan recept za sve ljubitelje susama i slavskih kolaca🙆🏼‍♀️ . Polako se priblizava vreme slava i na onim posnim sitni kolaci su uvek tu.Ovo je jedan od tih slavskih recepata, 3 sastojka i ultra brzo spremanje. Za mene je posebno drag jer svake godine baka ga je donosila za slavu, iako smo se samo tata i ja davili u njemu. Kao i vecina kolaca nasih baka i ovaj ne vodi bas racuna o kolicini secera.😅 . Prosle godine ovih kolaca nije bilo na slavi, a ja ne bih bila ja da nisam probala da napravim zdraviju verziju istih. I dok sam kucala ovo odlucila sam se da napravim izuzetak i ipak napisem i onu autenticnu bakinu verziju. Koji kolac Vama budi secanja i emocije? 😊 -SUSAM KOLAC- (bakina verzija) 200g ratluka od vanile 100g cokolade za kuvanje 150g susama Na slaboj vatri prepreci susam da malo porumeni. Vruc susam dodati u ratluk, zatim dodati cokoladu i mesati dok se ratluk ne otopi i masa sjedini. Masu oblikovati kao salamu, ohladiti u frizideru a zatim seci na tanke snite. 😋 Za zdraviju verziju: 150ml pirincanog mleka 2 kasike gustina 10 urmi 1 kasika mlevenog chia semena 130g prepecenog susama 80g crne cokolade 4 kasike kakaa Urme natopiti u vrucoj vodi i posle 10 min procediti i izblendati. Staviti pirincano mleko da provri zatim dodati gustin razmucen u malo hladnog mleka i skuvati smesu kao za puding. U puding od mleka dodati chia seme, cokoladu i samlevene urme. Kad se smesa malo prohladi dodati kakao i prepecen susam. Green goddess grilled cheese 🧀 🌿 ~ green goddess pesto + mozzarella cheese + fresh baby greens + avocado @calorie.hq #summervibes ~ For each sandwich: 2 slices bread 2-3 tablespoons Pesto ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese 2 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled handful fresh baby spinach ¼ avocado, sliced salt and pepper grapeseed oil, or other neutral oil for cooking butter, if you’re so inclined . Directions For each sandwich: Spread about 1 tablespoon of Pesto onto each slice of bread. On one slice of bread, add ¼ cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese, baby spinach, sliced avocado, crumbled feta cheese, dashes of salt and pepper, the remaining ¼ cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese, then top it with second slice of bread. Press together gently. Heat 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil in a frying pan over medium low heat. If you want to use butter, add it to the oil and let it melt. Add the sandwich to the oil and cook until bread is golden brown, about three minutes. Press down on the sandwich lightly, then flip the sandwich over and cook until second side is golden brown, another three minutes. Remove Grilled Cheese Sandwich to plate, let cool, cut into halves, and serve.
