I'm not one that loves photos of myself, especially not selfies but I wanted to share this photo so that others can get inspired and know that with hard work your journey forward is possible- no matter what that journey is. As my daughter calls them 😂" I have wings" yes that fat that hangs down off my arms. I rarely wear short sleeves or let others see them but today I wanted to share. That spot is probably one of the hardest to firm up and surgery is what others usually opt for to get them taken away- but I will prevail. Brzoskwiniowy omlet 🍑 3 jajka + dwie miarki odżywki białkowej o smaku brzoskwiniowym - moja ukochana z WB 😍 Takie śniadania uwielbiam, szczególnie, że mogłam je w końcu zjeść na luzie 🙏🏻 Mało mnie ostatnio tutaj, ale wierzcie mi, czasowo kompletnie się nie wyrabiam nawet by przeglądać insta 🤷‍♀️ Pracuje więcej niż zwykle, ale to dlatego, że zmiana pracy okazała się strzałem w dychę i teraz mam dni, kiedy nie mogę się doczekać kiedy wrócę, albo po prostu nie chce mi się jej kończyć 🙈 W poradni też jest co robić, więc zdarza mi się nad niektórymi przypadkami zarywać noce, by stworzyć idealną koncepcje pomocy - wiem, wiem...co myślicie, ale to jest silniejsze ode mnie 😉 Ostatnio też nie po drodze mi z ćwiczeniami, ale szczerze mówiąc nie jest to moim priorytetem. Życie to coś więcej niż siłka i zdrowe jedzenie. Обруч(второе название – Хула-хуп: hula –гавайский танец, hoop – обруч). Это вообще полюбившаяся многими девушками вид спортивного снаряда. Давайте разберем полезность этой части. Раньше, когда я накручивала десятки минут, искренне верила, что в этот момент АКТИВНО топится жир и при уменьшении объема, например, боков – результат жжения полностью доказан. Став старше, когда начинала интересоваться той или иной сферой, я поняла, что обруч к жиру и похудению если и имеет отношение (все-таки это тренировка, это нагрузка, при которой мы тратим калории), то очень далекое, косвенное и своеобразное. Конечно, обруч не стоит сравнивать с бегом и рассчитывать на бешеный сброс веса, если вы вдруг решите заменить бег. Конечно же, видимый результат могут рисовать только интенсивные тренировки, а не создание велосипеда. Но у него есть много +, так что забрасывать преждевременно в шкаф пылиться его не стоит. Во-первых, с помощью обруча вы можете корректировать фигуру. Мы часто жалуемся, что у нас талия широкая, бока огромные, так вот обруч в отношении ВСПОМОГАТЕЛЬНОЙ корректировки – самое то. Как объяснял мне мой тренер языком кухарки, что обруч просто разбивает жировые отложения тех самых боков, просто распределяя с помощью шипов в другие места. НО ЖИР НИКУДА ОТ ВАС НЕ УПОЛЗЕТ. Во-вторых, у вас активизируется кровообращение, а как мы знаем, что это благоприятно влияет на раскрутку нашего метаболизма. В третьих, мы улучшаем нашу координацию, а она отвечает за тонус мышц.+ укрепление мышц позвоночника В четвертых, это все-таки мини-кардио тренировка, при которой учащается пульс и можно даже устать. Но заменять бег на обруч все-таки я не стала, так как бег сжигает намного больше калорий. Кстати говоря, появились множество разных занятий с хулахупом – танцевальные движения с обручем (хупинг, хуп дэнс) ⠀ Совет: 1. Покупайте тяжелые обручи, желательно с шипами, мой весит 2 кг, я очень довольна (могут появляться первое время синяки). Чтобы не было так больно, наденьте пояс или крутите в одежде. От легких металлических результат увидите через 3 года🤦🏻‍♀️😅 2. Заниматься достаточно 15-20 минут, чтобы через какое-то время увидеть результат! Проверено на себе. ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️
