Прошло то время когда мы могли все витамины получить из пищи. Думаю это время ушло навсегда🙄. Был у меня период, когда мне промыли мозг и я где то 4 года не пила никакие витамины и добавки, типа не нужно, типа организм там сам все синтезирует и тд. Что сказать, я огребла проблем. И решать их не быстро, я вам скажу😑. Конечно смерть грозить не будет от недостатка, но качества жизни то снижается, а внешность, как бы тоже важна. Наши дети так вообще едят с детства сомнительное мясо, сомнительные яйца, сомнительный хлеб. Надо как-то выкручиваться😬😅. Даю дочке эти витамины плюс омега 3, витамин Д. Хочу еще селен и кальций начать. Но большое НО, все нужно делать осторожно. Проконсультироваться с врачом, перепроверить слова врача😅, сдать анализы, посмотреть, а какая норма лучшая (например нижняя граница нормы витамина Д в бланке это 30. Но это очень мало и если у ребенка или взрослого - 30, это минимум минимальный. Должно быть примерно 70) и так во многом. Внимательно относиться с витаминнными комплексами, в которых в составе железо, помните передозировка СМЕРТЕЛЬНА. Передозировка витамина С тоже не безобидна, будьте осторожны с высокими дозами. И конечно вкусные витаминки должны быть вне досягаемости детей. Доза витамина Д назначается в зависимости от анализов на 25 - ОН витамин D. Доза железа от анализов на ферритин, трансферрин и железо. Так же очень важны анализы по щитовидной железе, у детей сейчас часто встречаются, как и у взрослых эти проблемы. А это может влиять на развитие ребенка. Все вышесказанное относится к моему личному мнению, восприятию и опыту. Я не врач и не могу давать рекомендаций. Но хочу привлечь внимание к этой теме. 😊 Многие начинаю говорить "А вот раньше" . Today is my diabetes-versary. A year ago today, I had gone to the doctor and was told that I had type two diabetes. It was both a surprise and not. I figured it would happen eventually - but not so soon. It was a wake up call to the horrible way that I was treating my health and my body. I was ashamed but also spurred into action to make changes. ... I’m not perfect. If there’s one thing I have learned in the past year, it’s that I’m not perfect and I cannot expect perfection. But I’m still proud of myself. I’ve accomplished so much - learning to love running, doing a few 5Ks, losing weight, getting strong, liking to go to the gym. I’ve fallen off some of my routine lately but I love my new gym and I love seeing how much I’ve changed since my diagnosis and I know that I’m capable of reaching my goals. I’m capable of so much more than I ever thought before. ... I’ve learned a lot in the past year, about my diabetes and about myself. I’m determined to take what I’ve learned and push myself even more. I want to keep my blood sugar and A1C in control, I want to lose more weight, I want to get stronger, I want to run a 10K. I want to be the healthiest and strongest Sara that I can be. ... A year ago felt like a death sentence. Today it feels like it may have been the best thing to happen to me, as weird as that sounds. Without that diagnosis, I would’ve been content to let myself fall into worse and worse health. With it, I’m more conscious of my health. A big goal now? Day 4/365 - today was a classical Saturday for me. I worked 9 hours, ate super healthy all day, drank heaps of water and got my 10,000 steps - but I also enjoyed cocktails and a cheeseboard while having a games night with my group of friends = balance! I used to feel so guilt after having alcohol or fatty foods like hot chips and thing, and the next day I would work out like crazy to make up for it! Or I would be super healthy all week and then binge eat a whole bunch of junk food on the weekend and undo all my good work! But slowly and surely I’ve taken out binge eating and been working more on balancing the day. So if I know I’m going to be drinking in the evening - staying hydrated during the day so I don’t get dehydrated. And food wise, you can still make healthy choices which are delicious also! So yes, I had chips with my dinner - but the main dinner was fish and veggies and the whole thing was amazing! I find that when I enjoy small amounts of “bad/cheat” food regularly, it takes away the need to binge and cram as much in as I can. So that was the focus today and I’m proud to say that when I went to bed, and when I woke up this morning, I felt happy and relaxed and not over full or hungover.
