After still getting DM's about how to lose weight or what I eat to do so, I thought I'd give you some insight. This is what I eat on a RESTDAY. I personally prefer to eat more on training days so I compensate by dropping my intake on restdays. These are the calories and macros my coach figured out for ME, so please don't copy. It's just for low cal, high protein meal ideas, you can implement into your own diet. - 1. Mocha protein shake + apple and pb (not pictured) 2. High protein veggie soup (see couple posts back for recipe) 3. 2 slices protein bread with @quorn_nl Ham free/chicken free slices. 4. Bonduelle Mediterraanse Ratatouille with 2 vegetarian mini sausages. - Total: 999 kcal, 97g protein, 76g carbs, 34g fat. (PSMF Day: minimum protein requirements, as little calories as possible.) - Main takaway points: • be in a caloric deficit • focus on upping protein intake and eat protein with every meal • add lots of veggies for fiber, volume and nutrients (good digestion and health is important you know). • be consisent - Next time I'll share what I eat on a restday, so you can see how I planned my nutrition. (Again please don't just copy these calories, consult with a professional first or start with a small deficit!)

Hey #fitfam 🙋‍♀️🙌! Tanni’s Experimentierküche hat den #quarkhammer von @mrfoodfoox getestet...ich sag euch...megaaaaa...!!! Sowas von lecker und #fudgy 😍😋😋😋😋🙌🙏 Ich musste zwar etwas variieren, da ich keine Mandeln zu Hause hatte, aber das tut dem ganzen null Abbruch! Hier das Rezept (findet ihr sonst auch bei dem Foox, schaut mal bei ihm rein, es lohnt sich ☺️): ✏️250g Magerquark ✏️2 Eier✏️175g Xucker light ✏️250 gem. Haselnüsse (wahlweise Mandeln)✏️5g Backpulver ✏️~1/3 Pipette Flavdrops „Schmalzkuchen“ #got7 ✏️Den Quark mit der Hälfte des Xuckers gut verrühren. Dann das Backpulver in die gemahlenen Haselnüsse sieben, vermengen. Eier dazu, Quark darüber, restl. Xucker und Flavdrops mit rein. Dann ordentlich verrühren. Die Masse in eine kleine Kastenform und bei 175 Grad Umluft ca. 40-45min (Stäbchenprobe) backen! I eat these at breakfast as a side to whatever my main dish is, as part of lunch, like my Reuben flatbread or cut up in a chef's salad, and sometimes just rolled up by themselves as a high protein snack. 2. Eggs in all forms. You'll see a @skinnytaste spinach ricotta quiche that @i_am_not_seth_rogen made as part of our meal prep this week (5sp/slice) and then my breakfast from Tuesday. We eat so many eggs. Every day, it's some preparation of eggs for breakfast and a hard boiled egg every day in my lunch salad for sure. There's also options like low point French toast because the only points are in the bread, quiche, a hard boiled egg eaten whole as a quick snack. PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN COOKIES 😋 The perfect mid-week healthy treat! - 1 cup peanut butter 2/3 coconut sugar 2 scoops VPA Premium Whey vanilla 2 eggs - Instructions: Pre-heat over to 180 degrees Line baking tray with paper. Combine all ingredients and mix until consistency resembles cookie dough. (Texture may vary depending on the peanut butter used). If it looks too dry, add more peanut butter, if its too liquidy add more protein powder). Scoop 2 tbs worth of batter and roll with hands. May need to wet hands with a few drops of water to keep the batter from sticking. Repeat with remaining dough, place them on the tray. Use fork, press down gently on each cookie to create criss-cross marks. If the fork sticks dip it in water as necessary. Quella voglia che se soppressa poi si trasforma in un abbuffata. Tanto è sistematico. Lo sapete meglio di me " + ci si priva, peggiori è!" . . 📍Quello che ho capito X ME è che non devo rinunciare a niente di tutto ciò. che la VITA È UNA e merita di esser vissuta al 100% , sia che tu conti i macros sia che no. . 📍che ogni MOMENTO della vita è fatto di OBIETTIVI e RESPONSABILITA e se prima mi stava bene contare e la mia testa me lo permetteva , ora non è così. Sento il bisogno di esser libera da ogni scherma con la consapevolezza che, senza contare, i risultati estetici saranno differenti . . 📍 che non vale la pena "farsi male "pesandosi ogni giorno, guardarsi allo specchio e non piacersi: lavorare da dentro, migliorarsi nell'IO è la vera bellezza. J U L Y 2 0 1 8 | The picture on the left was taken 27 weeks ago at the Tropic of Capricorn during our Namibia trip 🏜 It was relatively hot, but I still covered up with a winter jacket that I couldn’t button and zip up without the fabric pulling at the seams. I only wore black gym tights because nothing else fit and my legs rubbed together too much to enjoy dresses. I don’t know how many “I’ll start on Monday’s” before this trip. I would let one “slip up” or “bad day” take me back to square one. Had I still had the same mindset, my slight weight gain over the holidays would have me in a pit of despair, back in the cycle of trying, slipping up, giving up, trying again etc. etc. One factor was definitely maintaining a workout routine over the holiday - no longer than 30mins per day. Some people may disagree with workout out on holiday, but I had the BEST workouts/runs/dam swims fueled by amazing food in Mauritius and the Free State. After a delightful break from green juice and steamed veg, I am back on my eating plan and early morning workout. 2019 goals, I’m coming! 🎯
