В каждый кармашек кладём сыр ,помидор и баклажан.Форму застелить пергаментом .Отправляем нашу грудку в разогретую до 190 гр духовку и выпекаем около 25-30 минут . “Shirataki rice & Red snapper in Japanese sauce” Ingredients: - red snapper fillet / salmon fillet - ginger fine crashed - garlic 2 cloves crashed - mirin/japanese wine - Japanese soy sauce - himalayan salt, fine sugar and seasoning - butter & vegetables oil - vegie : baby corn, carrot, cherry tomatoes and green paprika First, boiled water - add himalayan salt dan sugar a bit. Put baby corn & carrot. Cook to boil then keep aside. Second, marinate fish with mirin, garlic, himalaya salt and seasoning. Keep aside for 10 minutes Third, heat the pan with butter and cook the fish. Keep aside in clean plate. Fourth, heat vegetables oil in a pan, add crashed garlic, ginger and green paprika & cherry tomatoes. Then add japanese soy souce and a bit sugar. If its too thick - adding water. Then add baby corn and carrot. Bring to boil To serve: Spoon the rice onto plates, with a pile of vegetables, the red snapper fillet, skin-side up, and a drizzle of the sauce. I love this turkey quinoa casserole. It makes a delicious hardy healthy dinner. Quinoa is a complete protein which means it contains all 9 essential amino acids necessary for building muscle in the body. Quinoa is also a great source of fiber which helps you feel full and satiated. This meal is low in fat since it uses lean ground turkey and reduced fat cheese and has amazing flavor from the sweet potatoes, baby bella mushrooms, and zucchini and also makes a great lunch for the next day reheated. Quinoa casserole is delicious and only 440 calories per serving. Here’s how I made it: Serves 6 Ingredients: 20 oz 95/5 lean ground turkey 1/2 white onion diced 1/2 zucchini diced 2 cloves garlic minced 1 cup baby bella (cremini) mushroomed sliced 3 cups chicken stock 2 bags of Trader Joe’s vegetable quinoa medley 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon rosemary 1cup reduced fat shredded cheddar 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Chop garlic, onion, zucchini,and mushrooms. Sauté onions in a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over high heat until onions are translucent. Add zucchini and mushrooms and sauté for 2-3 more minutes or until vegetables are softened and lightly browned. 2. Add ground turkey and cook in high heat while chopping up. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until turkey is browned, completely cooked and no longer pink. 3. Microwave TJ’s quinoa bags in an oven safe bowl for 6-7 minutes each and add to skillet. Add 3 cups chicken stock and all slices. Let simmers for 3-6 minutes. 4. Transfer to a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Mix in 1/2 cup of shredded cheese. And top casserole with other 1/2 cup of cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Too hot lately, eh? Make this coffee jelly to serve as your beat-the-heat dessert. Made of jelly from instant coffee, boil it using unflavored cleared jello and a little sugar. Pop into the fridge to cool, set then sliced into cubes. Once done, mix heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk and a little instant coffee dissolved in hot water. Mix altogether then you now have a perfect go-to dessert! 👩‍🍳
