Do you know there's an easy way to use up leftover quinoa if you have some? I cooked it yesterday evening for dinner, and with the rest of it I made myself a delicious quinoa bowl for breakfast this morning. Just cooked quinoa, lots of fruits, almond butter, nuts and chocolate sprinkles. You can add a drizzle of sweetener, like maple syrup or coconut nectar, or mix in a handful of raisins for an extra sweetness. so fluffy, so light, so moist, what could it be?! BERRY BLISS LEMON CAKE BARS OFCOURSE 💁🏻‍♀️✨ easy to make and super tasty, recipe below: - 4 eggs (separated) 1/2 c maple sugar 3 tbsp lemon juice 3 tbsp melted @carringtonfarms ghee + coconut oil 3 tbsp water 1/4c maple sugar 1/3 coconut flour 3/4 almond flour  2 tbsp tapioca flour 1 lemon zest 1/2 tsp salt 1 tbsp ashwagandha (optional) handful of blackberries/bluebs - preheat oven to 180c then grease and line a 9 x 9 tin in a medium bowl whisk up the egg whites on high speed until stiff, then slowly incorporate 1/2 c maple sugar while whisking then carry on whisking for a couple of minutes (until you have glossy peaks) in a large bowl whisk up the yolks and add the lemon juice, oil and water, mix, then add the rest of the dry ingredients and give it another mix. take about a third of the egg white mix and gently fold into the flour mix until incorporated, then fold in the rest of the whites pour into the prepared tin, sprinkle the berries on top then put in the oven to bake for 20-25 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean let cool in the tin for about 10 minutes then carefully take out to cool on a drying rack. once cooled, sprinkle some coconut flour and almond flakes on top to be fancy. slice n serve! 💖

PSA: 🍍is back in season! Did you know the best way to choose a ripe pineapple is to smell it for that sweet and fresh smell? If it doesn’t smell fresh and juicy it’s probably not ripe yet. And cut it up and eat/ refrigerate that day.

I just used the base of my recipe from banana bread muffins to create these lemon blueberry muffins (might be my fav idkkk) !! Anyways I will post the recipe down belowww! Have an awesome Tuesday!!💛 LEMON BLUEBERRY PALEO MUFFINS: Makes 3 siding have enough blueberries for more but just double recipe for more! 1 egg 2 tablespoons of coconut oil 1 tablespoon of maple syrup 1/4 tsp vanilla 1.5 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice Zest from half a lemon 2 tablespoons of coconut flour 1 tablespoon of arrowroot 1/8 tsp of salt 1/8 tsp of baking soda 1/4 cup of bluebs 1. Bake at 350F combine all ingredients and bake for 25-27 min!!🔥

Se acuerdan de las recetas con garbanzo que estaba preparando hace unas semanas? Aquí les comparto la primera: Hummus de cilantro 🍃 Un must para tus picadas con amig@s. Como ven en la foto lo acompañé con chips de tortillas integrales @bimboargentina (Ya les diré cómo hacerlos). Para el hummus: Licuar -> 2 1/2 tz. de garbanzos (previamente remojados y escurridos), 1 cebolla, 2 dientes de ajo, 1/2 limón, 4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva, 1 cucharada de sal marina, 1/2 cucharada de pimienta, 1/2 cucharada de pimentón ahumado y mucho mucho cilantro (Esta parte es súper al gusto de cada uno). Para los chips: Cortar en triangulitos las tortillas y llevarlas al horno por 20-25 minutos a 180 grados (van chequeando). ☝🏼No se olviden del papel para horno para que no se peguen los chips. ☝🏼Si no tienen un procesador de alimentos licúen con mucha paciencia para que no dañen su licuadora.
