Right! FOH with that "new normal" bs.. We are free. We are sovereign individual beings that reside in liberty. They can't control us. We win. They lose. We manifest everything we want in life. We stick to our own normal, our own reality before this. Not some "new normal" attempted control by the powerless entities known as the 1%. They're weak. They're losing control. That's why they're trying to silence people who speak the truth! They're on their last leg at trying to control and manipulate the people but they can't control us. They're microscopic compared to the people who know the truth. We can easily figuratively step on them. We have all the power. Don't you forget that. Remember we can manifest our own realities. Our beliefs dictate our realities. That's the #lawofattraction . If we believe we have all the power, then we have all the power! Also, it's pretty evident that we do. We are the 99%. We can easily destroy the evil 1%. And I'm seeing that we will. Just because they have money doesn't mean shit. Money is paper. Monopoly. You gotta get out of this systemic socially engineered way of thinking. Money is a social construct. Without people's idea of money being worth anything, it would be useless. The 1% own all the banks. Banks=cash. So without people's ideas of the 1% being important or worth anything, they would be worthless. Which they are. We don't need them. They only want to control, manipulate, and destroy the people. Bottom line: We are in power. The 1% should be afraid. The 1% are powerless and weak.

180519 - Natürlich nicht die Anzahl der Kalorien, sondern unser Hochzeitsdatum! 😅 Es folgt ein kleiner Rückblick zu unserem ersten standesamtlichen Hochzeitstag! ♥️🥰✨ Wir haben uns einen richtig schönen Tag gemacht, auch wenn es mir gesundheitlich leider nicht so gut ging! 🙈 In dem Restaurant, in dem wir waren, gibt es eine eigene Karte mit Gerichten, die alle samt auf irgendeine Art und Weise Schokolade beinhalten. 🍫 @aequii hatte zum Beispiel eine Spargelcremesuppe mit Schokoladencrackern als Vorspeise! Es war sooo lecker und trotz der Corona-Maßnahmen war der Besuch sehr angenehm. Ich kann gar nicht glauben, dass wir nun schon ein ganzes Jahr verheiratet sind. 😍🥰♥️ Irgendwie ist die Zeit nur so verflogen und es kam so vieles anders als wir es ursprünglich erwartet haben und doch sind wir gerade so glücklich und zufrieden wie es gerade ist. ✨🤗😘 Wie lange seid ihr schon verheiratet/verlobt oder vergeben? ♥️

I used to believe being slim would help me fit into society better, that somehow if I’d just lost a few more pounds I’d be accepted and that my appearance would make a better person. I lost weight. I still hated my body, I went to war with myself and that didn’t matter if I was a size 6 Or a size 20, a battle that left me shattered into a million pieces time and time again, A war that’s bought me right back where I needed to be. And now I find comfort knowing it was never about the number on the scales or the number on the tape wrapped around my waist, it was about finding peace, falling in love with every little imperfection so I that I can look at the 22 year old mother who’s body’s gone through surgery and childbirth, emotional and physical abuse and smile at the woman staring back at me. I’m not longer at war with myself. Instead I will fight with her, for all bodies.

The 5 Why's for tackling self-sabotaging behaviors None of us are immune to self-sabotaging behaviors. Not even me. And they usually show up as a response to a feeling or emotion...because positive or negative, feelings trigger action. Right now, you're probably subconsciously noticing how hot or cold you feel. If the temperature dropped a few degrees you probably wouldn't notice...but if the temperature dropped 10 degrees, you'd probably feel cold and grab a blanket or another layer of clothing. Feeling cold prompted you to act. Feeling demotivated might prompt you to scroll Instagram, feeling afraid to fail might prompt you to justify why now isn't a good time, feeling stressed might prompt you to overeat. Bad or good, in all these scenarios, what we're really doing is trying to change how we feel. We don't want to feel demotivated, so we scroll IG to compare ourselves to everyone else who appears to have their shit together. . We don't want to feel afraid to fail, so we try to justify it with "reasons" (timing, work, stress, kids, money, etc - all very convincing btw). . We don't want to be stressed, so we eat until the stress gets replaced with feeling sick or feeling nothing at all. Point is, these repeated behaviors aren't actually helping us at all...they're keeping us stuck in a muddy pit of quicksand. Most unpleasant! What has helped me is to confront and resolve the feelings that lead to the self-sabotaging actions first...by goin 5 "why's" deep. Example: I feel demotivated Why? Because I haven't been seeing progress lately Why? Because I haven't been consistent with my nutrition Why? Etc etc. Once you break it down to the root of the issue, you can tackle a plan to work through or correct it from there. Treat the cause, not the symptom.

WORKOUT: Warm up/ Activation: 2 rounds Fire hydrants 12 ea. side Straight Leg Kick Back 12 ea side. Notice how my torso is staying completely still here. Core engaged. No momentum or swinging.
