No food until Thursday noon. Doing a little reset post holiday weekend. I will resume carnivore way of eating once my fast is over. I haven't done fasts (other than daily 24hr ones) for a while, so I'm excited to do an extended one again. I'll be only drinking water with added electrolytes + trace minetals. I've learnt in tbe past that adding electrolytes (or salt) helps me with fasting a lot. I used to drink coffee and tea (unsweetened) ,as well, but AGAIN - I learnt that water only fasts seem easier... Coffee and tea can act as diuretics, threfore making you feel more tired and dehydrated.

💭 Stop the mindless scrolling and do a 20 mins workout 🏋️‍♀️ Do you ever say to yourself “oh I don’t have time to go to the gym today” but then will spend two hours scrolling social media & doing absolutely nothing? Yah I feel you. 🙋🏻‍♀️ It’s so easily done, this morning I felt I’d be too rushed to workout, but then it came to me, well I’ll spend half an hour scrolling Instagram? Day 18/21! Pilates! After missing a few days, got back at it today! Sometimes life gets in our way of our health. And we let it. Because we were house hunting and painting all weekend, I missed my workout 2 days in a row. My Nutrition was not horrible but I did not stick to my containers. Quickest lunch I ever made : Rice Cakes with the new roasted veggies from Moishas and Goats Feta Cheese . I never really realized that feta was cows or goat cheese . I’m so happy to find many cheese alternatives with goat cheese like organic mozzarella goat cheese and goats feta cheese . Which actually became totally doable, especially now with most airports having refill stations. Last year, it was changing all my monthly statements to paperless and being a lot more conscious about what I can recycle and reuse. What are some things you like to do??

You don’t need a gym for this one :) •Sprint 30 seconds •10 push ups •10 leg lifts •10 push ups •High knees 30 seconds •10 prisoner squats •20 Russian twists (ES) Repeat 3-5x for a quick way to raise the heart rate.
