Yes i did eat the whole stack and i dont care what you think because the second you guys make these pancakes you will too! These are my fluffy maca pancakes that i posted a few posts back only this time i added a chopped up peach-probably the ripest one on earth. I also sauteed the leftover slices. I know i say this about all of my pancakes but i honestly couldnt believe i was eating something so nutritious and good for me! I’ll repost the recipe hear for u guys too: Recipe serves 1: 2 eggs 2 tbsp almond flour 2 tbsp coconut flour (this can’t be substituted) 1 tbsp maca powder 1/4 tsp baking powder 3 tbsp almond milk 1 tsp of maple syrup or any sweetener (add more if you have a sweet tooth) Dash of cinnamon Pinch of salt 1 peach -half chopped, the rest sliced Whisk the eggs. add in the almond flour first, then the coconut flour and maca. Mix in the baking powder, salt and cinnamon. The mixture should be pretty thick at this point. Stir in the almond milk a tbsp at a time. Finally fold in the chopped up peach. Paleo Banana Cream Pie! Banana cream pie is one of my ABSOLUTE favorites. When I was younger, my dad would bring me home a banana cream pie every Wednesday after his work meeting. He truly knew the way to my heart. And still to this day, if I am flying home to visit he will make sure a banana cream pie is in the fridge waiting for me. I just love it so much! You see, our body was not designed to continue "breast feeding" from another mammal into our adult hood. This causes constipation, messes with our hormones, links to diabetes and heart disease and the list goes on. I cured my ovarian cysts once I got off dairy. See, we just don't need dairy! Cheesy Casserole 👇🏻 & guess what, it’s not Cauliflower! Makes 4 servings Per serving ¾ Lean 2 ½ Green 3 Condiments Ingredients: 5 Cups radish ¼ Cup onion, diced 1 tbsp low sodium bouillon 7 Tablespoons light cream cheese 1 Cup plain low fat greek yogurt 2 1/3 Cup reduced fat cheese Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 375. 2. Place peeled and dished radishes in a medium pot, and fill with enough salted water to cover the radishes. 3. Boil for 25 - 30 minutes, or until radishes are easily pierced with a fork. 4. Drain well, and rinse with cold water. 5. Place drained radishes in a bowl, add remaining ingredients and mix well. 6. Place into an 8x8 baking dish and bake for 30 minutes. 7. Ingredients for 1 bowl: 4oz chicken, 50g broccoli, 200g spaghetti squash, 60g Classico light Asiago Romano Alfredo sauce, fresh garlic, reduced fat Italian cheese. . 1. Slice the spaghetti squash in half, drizzle EVOO, and bake at 400F/200C face down for 40 minutes. 2. Dice chicken & fry in a pan with garlic, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper. 3. Let’s talk BEET LEMONADE, shaaaalll we. I know I’ve already lost some of you at BEET, but stay with me!!!! One of the local restaurants in town introduced me to this amazing creation, and I decided to try making a healthier version at home. One without refined sugar. Turns out, not only is it DELICIOUS, it’s packed with vitamins and minerals too! Try it out, and let me know what you think! Recipe: Ingredients: 1 15oz canned beets (sliced) Juice of 5 lemons 1/2 cup Organic Agave Nectar 6 cups of water, divided. Directions: Dump entire can of sliced beets in a medium size pot, and set over medium heat. Once beets start boiling, mash them up with a potato masher until all the slices are chopped into small bits. Next, add 2 cups of water, bring again to a soft boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minuets. While beet mixture is simmering, juice 5 lemons. Pour juice into a pitcher, followed by 1/2 cup of Agave Nectar. Give it a quick stir. Once beet mixture is done steeping, strain, add to your pitcher, and top with 4 cups water. (I usually add a tbsp or so of mashed beets to the pitcher 😋) (You can add a bit more water if that’s your fancy...) Give it a quick stir and chill! Makes approx. 1/2 gallon, or about 8 servings. ENJOY!!!

Firecracker Grilled Salmon Ingredients 🙌 Ingredients: · 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar · 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce... · 1/2 cup green onion, thinly sliced · 5-10 sprays olive oil spray · 1 tablespoon walden farms maple syrup · 1 garlic clove, minced · 1 teaspoon ground ginger · 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes · 1/4 teaspoon salt · 4 8oz raw salmon fillets Directions: 1. In a small bowl, combine the first 9 ingredients. Pour 1/4 cup marinade into a large resealable plastic bag. Add the salmon; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for as long as you want because I don't believe in hard and fast rules. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade. 2. Drain salmon, discarding used marinade. Using long-handled tongs, moisten a paper towel with pam and lightly coat the grill rack. Place salmon skin side down on grill rack. Grill, covered, over high heat or broil 3-4 in. from the heat for 5-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, basting occasionally with remaining marinade. Paletas de piña con chilito 🍍 ⭐️ Esta receta es para 4 paletas ¿Qué necesitas? - 1 taza 1/2 de piña 🍍 - 3 sobres de stevia 🍃 - 1 taza de agua 💦 - 3 cditas de chilito en polvo (sin sal) 🌶 - Un poco de salsa botanera - Moldes para paletas ¿Cómo las preparas? En la licuadora pon todos los ingredientes, excepto la salsa botanera y licualos, pero no completamente para que aun queden trozos pequeñitos de piña y puedas encontrarlos en la paleta al morderla 👅 En los moldes agrega un poquito de salsa botanera (aprox 1 cdita para cada una) y chilito en polvo (aprox 1/4 de cdita de chilito). Vierte en los moldes la mezcla y con un tenedor revuelve ligeramente. Congela y disfrutalas. 🤤🤤 ✨ Es un postrecito súper fácil, muy rico y bajo en calorías y saludable,😌 también puedes hacer de alguna otra fruta que te guste.

Gotta to clear out the leftover tomato salsa & 2 frozen Japanese chicken thighs today. ✨ 2 chicken thigh (skin intact), 1/2 cup tomato salsa, 1/2 cup fresh sweet corn, 1/4 cup diced tomatoes, juice of 1/2 lemon, 2 tbsp chopped fresh italian parsley, 1/2 tsp italian seasoning, salt, pepper & sugar to taste, sesame (optional). ✨ Place thawed chicken thighs in a large ziplock bag & dump tomato salsa in the bag. Make sure the chicken are covered in salsa & leave it in the fridge overnight or an hour. ✨ Preheat oven at 200C. ✨ Heat frying pan with some oil. Carefully remove all marinate from the chicken thigh (keep the marinate), pan fry skin side down. Sprinkle salt & pepper. When the skin is golden brown, flip over & cook for 1 more minute. ✨ Place chicken on baking tray & bake for 10-15 min till the internal temperature reads 74C. Side aside to rest the chicken for 10min after it’s cooked. ✨ In the same frying pan, pour the salsa used to marinate the chicken, add juice of 1/2 a lemon & pan juice from the chicken. ✨ Add italian seasoning, salt, pepper, sugar & sweet corn. Cook till the sauce reduced & thicken. Add diced tomatoes, stir & off the fire. Add chopped italian parsley. Stir well. ✨ Sliced cooked chicken. Spread salsa sauce over steamed rice, place chicken over the sauce, sprinkle with sesame & chopped italian parsley. ✨ We shared one chicken thigh, so I saved the other one for another day. That’s one less meal to cook!! at Hong Kong
