#trempette_citrouille Une recette de ma maman qu’elle nous préparait à base de la citrouille cuite dans la sauce du Couscous ou Oum r’zayem. Elle récupérait la pulpe de citrouille et la faisait cuire dans un peu d’huile d’olive et ail. Un délice ❤ C’est une trempette onctueuse qu’on sert comme accompagnement avec du riz, couscous ou pâtes … ou bien comme tartinade avec du fromage frais sur un pain grillé ou simplement mangée à la cuillère. Sur cette recette je l'ai préparé à la vapeur, c’est une façon très simple à réaliser ... ================ Ingrédients : - 1 cas huile d’olive - 3 gousses d’ail - 500g environ de citrouille - une pincée de cumin - sel ================ Préparation : 1. Peler et couper en petits morceaux la citrouille. Disposer les morceaux avec une pincée de cumin sur un couscousier. 2. Cuire à la vapeur jusqu’à ce que la chair soit très tendre. 3. A l’aide d’une fourchette ou écrase-pomme de terre, réduire la citrouille en purée lisse. 4. Mettre une cuillère d’huile d’olive dans une poêle. Faire revenir l’ail rapé puis ajouter la citrouille. Saler. 5. Baisser le feu, couvrir et laisser cuire quelques minutes (la citrouille va rendre son eau pendant la cuisson et cuire tout doucement) remuer de temps en temps. 6. 4 Cheesy Dips Tray I made last night for game night for about 12 people. It was a HUGE HIT!!! Spinach Artichoke, Bacon Cheese, Philly Cheesesteak, and Buffalo Chicken!!! I used artisan pizza dough around the edges for dipping.

Banana Rama energy balls with a coconut twist and a zing of Maca powder are the best guilt-free snacks to keep indoors🐽 . . Ingredients: •1 cup of rolled oats • 5 dates • handful of banana chips • 50g desiccated coconut • 1 tbsp of maple syrup • 1 teaspoon of maca powder (optional-gives it a slight caramel taste) • 1 tbsp of your preferred nut butter . For the raw chocolate : • 50g raw cacao • 75g (melted) coconut oil • 1 drop of vanilla bean essence • 1 tbsp maple syrup . . Method: • add each set of ingredients into a blender (oat section in one blender/raw chocolate mix in another) • blend both - chocolate mix won't take a a second - oat mix may need some time to fully combine. • If needed add one tbsp of water to mixture to help combine. • Once you've got it a good consistency, roll oat mix into balls. • Place in freezer for 10 minutes. • Ensure chocolate mix is still runny. • Finally dip the balls into chocolate and roll in any left over desiccated coconut you have! #sundaybaking

Let’s talk about 🥒JUICING🥕 today! (also, any excuse to get a shot of this gorgeous snow). When people think veggie juice they also think of apples and oranges and any other kind of fruit with *maybe* some celery in it 🙅🏻‍♀️ You guys, please don’t juice your fruits!!! Unless you have a fussy kid that you’re try to entice the juice with, keep that fruit for later. Here’s why: you need the fiber in the fruit to help regulate the sugar of that fruit. It’s like it’s own, built in, insulin regulator. When you take that fiber out of your fruits you get sugar spikes which strains your blood sugar which leads to cortisol ups and downs which can make you tired long term (heard of chronic fatigue?). So instead juice VEGETABLES!!! And add some lemons and carrots to your veggie juice to “sweeten” the deal. Need help figuring out what’s good to juice? Here’s my list of favorites to start with: Beets (and their stalks and leafy greens!) 🥒Cucumbers 🎋Celery Ginger 🍋Lemons (lots of lemons!) 🥕Carrots (but don’t go crazy with the carrots. 5-10 will do). What about greens? Well, They don’t hold lots of water, therefore you waste most of it. Instead, throw your greens in your smoothies so you can get the wonderful benefits of the fibers in them. These are some options I incorporate into my meal prep. They can easily be prepared and they can always be cooked in different ways so you don't get bored with your diet.

Krem: ✔250g batata✔10g oleju kokosowego✔ok.35g kakao -słodzidło wedle uznania (polecam próbowałam😁)✔2 łyżeczki żelatyny + ok. 50ml wody✔150-180ml mleka (u mnie ryżowe✔opcjonalnie aromat rumowy✔3 duże łyżki amarantusa ekspandowanego 👉Bataty gotujemy i czekamy aż ostygną. A lot of my clients BALK 🙅‍♀️ when I tell them they need to eat vegetables at every meal, even breakfast. But this potato, spinach, tomato frittata couldn’t be easier. I use frozen hashbrowns (check to make sure they don’t have and weirdos like dextrose in them) and brown them in a skillet. When browned, place them in a glass baking dish and press them down like a crust. Then cook one bag of frozen spinach in the skillet. When it’s cooked, add it to the potatoes. Scramble 18 eggs, and pour oven the mix. Last, slice the tomatoes and throw over the top. Bake for 20 minutes. 💥 BAM 💥 you’ve now got breakfast all week. ⠀ •⠀ •⠀ •⠀ •⠀ #teacheatrepeat #loveandlettuce at New York, New York

Nowhere to be and nothing to be doing as i feast on this delicious breakfast while reading my book and watching little snow flurries coming down outside. My last Sunday at home called for this slow and relaxing morning with, not even gonna lie, the best pancakes I’ve ever had. So dense, so fluffy, and made with all plant-based ingredients. Recipe is below ✨💛 sending you all the Sunday vibes today • • Vegan, GF, refined sugar free pancakes 🥞: - 1/4 cup almond flour - 1/4 cup garbanzo bean flour - 1 tbsp coconut flour - 1 tsp baking powder - 1/2 scoop @alohamoment vanilla protein powder (optional) - 1 tsp coconut sugar - 1/2 tsp cinnamon - 1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax meal + 2 tbsp water combined in a dish and set aside for 5-7 minutes to thicken) - 1 tsp melted coconut oil - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract - 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp almond milk Preheat pan/griddle to medium heat and spray with coconut oil spray. In a small dish combine your flax egg mixture and let thicken for 5ish minutes. Whisk with a fork for 10 seconds when finished thickening. In a mixing bowl, add all of your flours, baking powder, protein powder, and cinnamon and thoroughly combine. Add in flax egg, melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla. Fold in with spatula. Let sit for a minute or two to thicken then spoon the batter into little pancakes onto your heated pan. Cook until golden brown on each side and serve with toppings! 🍔HAMBURGUESAS VEGANAS🍔 👉DE TRIGO BURGOL ✍Vas a necesitar: 2 tazas de trigo burgol (se consigue en los supermercados en el sector de legumbres o en cualquier dietetica) 1 cebolla 2 dientes de ajo 1 taza de tomates deshidratados (puede ser fresco picado o morrón) 1/2 taza de semillas de chia Condimentos a gusto (yo usé oregano, mezclade pimientas Ahumadas, pimentón y sal) Semillas a elección (yo usé lino, Sésamo negro y blanco, calabaza, girasol) 👩‍🍳Preparación: en un recipiente colocar el trigo burgol y cubrir con agua tibia (2 cm por encima),dejar en remojo por media hora. Por otro lado saltear las cebollas y el ajo picados, junto con los condimentos. Remojar los tomates deshidratados y picarlos (si son frescos solo picarlos) y agregarlos junto con las cebollas. También fejar durante 15 minutos las semillas de chia con 1/2 taza de agua. Unir el trigo, con los vegetales salteados, las semillas activadas y las no activadas hasta formar una pasta homogénea. Easy peasy zucchini fries! Take six dark green zucchini and cut off the tips, chopping roughly into French fry shape. Dip them into eggs (I beat 4.) Then dip into 1 cup breadcrumbs or cornmeal, 1/2 cup Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Roast at 425 for 25 minutes, turning over once. Week one is almost done and I survived 🎉😂. I know 80 days sounds like a long time (at least it does to me!) so I’m breaking this program down into one week increments and celebrating every little victory along the way! This week, my WIN was attending a birthday party at Chuck E Cheese and not indulging in pizza, cake, or wine 🙌. Don’t worry, I’m not cutting those things out of my life forever (I’m not about deprivation and not enjoying life) but at least for the next little bit while I work on some GOALS...like being able to do triceps push ups on my toes 💪 and feeling good in a bathing suit because that season will be here before we know it ☀️🏝👙! . You'll be surprised how big of a difference it can make, especially during practices that involves being on your knees a lot, like in my most recent Deep Stretch videos. As promised, we are excited to share quick and easy healthy meals from Grace! If you haven’t made it to the store yet today, pick up these ingredients and incorporate this recipe into your meals this week! • Balsamic Chicken and Veggies • Ingredients: • 1 lb. chicken breast • Your favorite vegetables - Grace used: carrots, green peppers, squash and mushrooms • 3 tbsp. traditional balsamic vinegar • 4 tbsp. Milanese Gremolata olive oil • Directions: • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a large pan with nonstick spray and set aside. • Prepare chicken: cut breast into smaller pieces and toss in a bowl with balsamic vinegar and oil. Let sit in the fridge while you prepare the vegetables. • Chop vegetables into smaller pieces. Place on prepared pan and drizzle with oil and balsamic. Add chicken to pan. • Place in the oven for about 10 minutes, flip, and place back in over for about 10 minutes. **cook time will depend on the vegetables used** Enjoy over rice or quinoa! • What is your favorite quick and easy meal using our oils and vinegars?

Want to up your brunch game? Give what I call my Avocado Toast 2.0 🥑 a go! It’s insanely delicious and easy to throw together! The avocado has a little lime and green tabasco and is topped with arugula, a poached egg wrapped in prosciutto, a garlicky tomato jam, grated parmesan and watercress. TO MAKE: FOR THE TOAST: Heat cast iron pan on medium heat. Coat bread w/ butter or olive oil. Season 1 side w/ salt and both sides with pepper. Place in pan and cook each side until golden brown. FOR THE AVOCADO: Take 1/2 avocado and smash in bowl. Add juice of 1 lime and salt and green tabasco to taste. FOR THE EGG: Heat water in pot to 180 F. Crack egg into ramekin. Once water is hot, add a couple tablespoons of white vinegar (which will help bind the white of the egg). Give the water a gentle stir (to create a whirlpool, which helps keep the egg from plummeting straight to the bottom and sticking). Add egg and cook for about 4 mins, until the whites are fully cooked, but the yolk is still soft to the touch. Gently wrap egg in 2 slices of prosciutto. FOR THE TOMATO: Preheat oven to 350 F. Roast 1 can of crushed tomatoes w/ 2 cloves of minced garlic, 2 bay leaves, oregano, salt and sugar to taste until the liquid has evaporated and tomatoes have thickened. TO PLATE: Spread avocado over toast. Top with a little arugula, then gently rest the egg on top. Top with a large dollop of tomato jam, grated parmesan and a little watercress to finish. Chocolate smoothie with chia pudding base ✨ It‘s again a super easy breakfast idea for everyone, for the chia pudding base mix 2 tbsp chia seeds with 200ml plant based milk the day before and let it soak overnight. Next day mix 1 banana, 1 tbsp almond butter, 1 tbsp cacao powder, a pinch of cinnamon, 1 medjool date and some almon milk. Place half of the chia pudding (or how much you like) in a glass and fill the rest with the smoothie! If you like top it with some granola or coconut chips and enjoy your breakfast ☺️🍌🍫🥤 #smoothie ———————————————————— 🇩🇪 Schokoladen Smoothie mit Chia Pudding Basis✨ Wiedermal eine super einfache Frühstücksidee die für jeden machbar ist. Für den Chia Pudding gib 2 EL Chia Saamen mit 200ml pflanzlicher Milch am Tag vorher in den Kühlschrank und lass es über Nacht quellen. Am nächsten Tag mixe 1 Banane, 1 EL Mandelmus, 1 EL kakao-pulver, eine prise Zimt, 1 medjool Dattel und ein wenig Mandelmilch. Dann gib die hälfte vom Chia Pudding (oder jenachdem wie viel du magst) in ein Glass und füll den Rest mit dem Smoothie. GRAIN FREE & GLUTEN FREE GRANOLA 🌰 esta granola es libre de granos y aunque tiene miel, es relativamente baja en carbs - ojo- son todas nueces y semillas entonces no se vayan a sentar a comerse toda la lata que es alta en grasa (en grasas buenas, pero grasas)😜 pues, aunque si quieren, go ahead, es difícil controlarse 🙊 todos los ingredientes los encuentran en @la.cesteria . 👩🏼‍🔬1/2 taza de: •coco deshidratado sin azúcar. •almendras enteras o laminadas, las que prefieran. •walnuts (nuez nogal). •pecans. •1/4 de taza de semillas de girasol. •1/4 de taza de semillas de calabaza. •1/4 de taza de semillas de linaza. •2 cucharadas de chia. •1 cucharada de aceite de coco. •1 cucharada de miel, yo usé de abejas. Para hacerla👉🏼 mezclan todos los ingredientes en un bowl hasta que todo esté “empegotado” con miel y aceite de coco. Después la esparcen en una lata con papel aluminio o parafinado y la meten al horno previamente calentado a 325F o 162C por 20 min. La sacan, la dejan enfriar y listo! A mi me encanta ponérsela encima a los pancakes, el chia pudding, la avena, a casi todo!
