Buon giorno amici, Il weekend sta per iniziare 🎉 Questa mattina però non è partita con il piede giusto, con sole 3 ore di sonno son dovuta andare a lezione🤦🏻 Per fortuna avevo preparato ieri i miei pancake, che vi assicuro, sono una goduria 😋😋 PANCAKE MELE, COCCO E CANNELLA 🍏🥞😋 1️⃣Prendete 130gr di mela pulita dividetela a metà e riducete in purea una parte e a fettine sottili l'altra, aggiungete 1 uovo, 10gr di acqua, 22gr di Philadelphia active cannella e mescolate ; 2️⃣Aggiungete 11gr di farina di cocco, 20gr di crusca d'avena, 10gr di oatmeal gusto bonbon @prozisitalia e 3gr di lievito; 3️⃣Mescolate fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo. 4️⃣Prendete un padellino e con il cucchiaio create dei pancake e cuoceteli. Un dolce buongiorno a tutti amici miei, finalmente VENERDÌ 😍😍 e apriamo il weekend con questa splendida colazione, come sempre super veloce e super cioccolatosa come piace a me, se poi c’è anche il cocco io 🤤🤤🤤 Contando poi che è senza glutine e low carb vinco facile 😎 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ CHOCO - COCO BRIOSS ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ INGREDIENTI: - 30 gr farina di riso; - 20 gr farina di cocco; - 100 ml di albume; - 30 gr latte di mandorla; - dolcificante a piacere; - bic + limone. FARCIA: - ricotta dolcificata; - marmellata di fragole. TOPPING: - cacao amaro; - acqua q.b. - cocco rapè. Mescolare tutti gli ingredienti così a sentimento e mettere in delle pirofile monoporzione, poi cuocere in microonde per qualche minuto fino a cottura. Aspettare che si raffreddino, tagliare a metà e farcire con ricotta e marmellata. Glassare con la salsina al cacao e mettere in frigo tutta la notte a rapprendere. Decorare con un po’ di cocco rapè al momento e affondare la forchetta come si vede nel video scorrendo le foto. E niente, detto ciò, vi lascio una splendida giornata #fitfam 😘❤️

(Werbung) Versunkener Apfelkuchen ❤️ ja gut eig einfach Cheesecake wo ich Äpfel reingeschmissen hab 😂 aber klingt halt besser. 500g Quark, 100g Frischkäse, 30g Vanille Whey oder Puddingpulver, ein Ei, Süßstoff, Smacktastic Cheesecake @rockanutrition und Cookie Flavdrops @nutriful (Tammy10 für 10%) vermischen und in eine 16er Springform geben. Äpfel vierteln, einschneiden und draufschmeissen. Bei 160 Grad so 40 min backen und kalt stellen, dass er schön durchzieht. Die Werte sind 640 kcal, 8g Fett, 51g Carbs und 101g Eiweiss. Ich hab euch die Story zu meinem geplanten Aufbau der jetzt voll durchgezogen wird in die Story gepackt. Ich weiß jetzt schon, dass ich euch in spätestens 4 Wochen volljammern werd, wie fett mein Face doch is 😂 stellt euch auf Mimimi ein, aber das seid ihr ja gewohnt bei mir. Guten Morgen ☺️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Wie wärs mit Puddingoats zum Frühstück? 🍌🍓 Warum die eine besonders gute Wahl sind (mal abgesehen von sehr lecker) erzähle ich euch jetzt 💁🏻‍♀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Wenn ich euch einen Tipp nennen soll, der eine gesunde Ernährung extrem erleichtert: macht es euch so einfach wie möglich #keepitsimple ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ • kauft TK Obst - vor allem Beeren find ich eine großartige Erfindung! Über Nacht im Kühlschrank sind die morgens super. Wenns besonders schnell gehen muss: ab in die Mikrowelle (und keine Angst vor den "bösen Strahlen" 😉) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ • spart Arbeitsschritte: den Pudding in diesem Frühstück muss man nicht extra vorkochen, stattdessen kann man auch einfach Pudding- und Proteinpulver unter die Haferflocken mischen, bevor diese aufgekocht werden ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ • sorgt vor! Gestern habe ich eine Nachricht bekommen bzgl. einer Situation, die sicher einige von euch kennen: vor der Arbeit ist keine Zeit für Frühstück, in der Arbeit gibt's dann ein Müsli, aber das Mittagessen fällt aus. Auf der Heimfahrt merkt man schon, wie man in ein Hungerloch fällt (wenn man nicht schon vorher bei den Keksen vom Kollegen zugeschlagen hat) und zuhause ist man so ausgehungert, gestresst und erschöpft, dass man zur schnellsten Lösung greift oder alles in sich rein stopft und gar kein Gefühl mehr für Hunger und Sättigung hat 🤷🏻‍♀️ an dieser Stelle solltet ihr also geschickt vorsorgen - z.B. mit nährstoffreichen Snacks wie Nüssen, Rohkost, Trockenobst, Proteinshakes, Energiekugeln etc., die auf der Heimfahrt den ersten Hunger stillen, so könnt ihr Zuhause ganz in Ruhe überlegen, was euer Körper wirklich braucht 🌿 Damit das Frühstück länger sättigt sollte es proteinreich sein - ein einfaches Müsli ist lecker, Puddingoats sind besser 💪🏼 und die lassen sich auch wunderbar abends vorbereiten! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ➡️ 30g Haferflocken, 10g Proteinpulver Vanille, 15g Puddingpulver vermischen, mit 300ml Milch aufkochen, nach Bedarf süßen und würzen, Obst drauf und genießen ⬅️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Nährwerte: 320kcal / 20g KH / 13g F / 25g E at Solingen
