Try to incorporate different kinds of training to your routine every once in a while in order to stay motivated but also to “shock” your body and feel some other muscles activated. It is essential to alternate your workouts in order to get uncomfortable and grow your muscles. BUT... don’t do it too often. This one is for getting it done, waking it all up and changing what happens next in your body. What if it is AWESOME? 🙌 Start Where You Are. 1️⃣Lunge/Lateral Raise to Single Leg Hip Extension/Tricep Kickback. (Watch all of video): 10x lunge into 10x triceps kickback each leg. Lunge R leg in front, hips square, core active, lateral raise elbows lead. Right into Single Leg Hip Extension using glutes, square hips, microbend standing leg, hug into mid back, elbows up, long spine! 2️⃣Squat Jump Taps: 30 seconds: 🔥 Love to hate them. 3️⃣Curtsey Lunge with Bicep Curl: 10x each leg. Cross leg in back, focus on standing leg, use core as soon as you start coming back to upright with curl. EVERY EXERCISE IS A CORE EXERCISE! ❤️ 4️⃣Bent Over Flye: 10x. Bend knees, hinge forward at hips with the longest spine you can create. Get as parallel to the floor as possible, hug Abs in and keep it out of your neck! Repeat 1-3 Times. ❇️ فاصله بین وعده غذایی با ورزش چقدر باشد بهتر است؟؟ ❇️ اگر می خواهید بعد از صبحانه ورزش کنید، حداقل یک ساعت فاصله زمانی بین صبحانه و آغاز ورزش را رعایت کنید، به دلیل اینکه در این مدت خون اطراف معده تجمع می کند تا به هضم سریع تر و راحت تر غذا کمک کند اما برای ورزش کردن شما به حضور خون در عضلات نیاز دارید و این دوگانگی به نفع شما نیست. این نکته لازم است حتی برای سایر وعده های غذایی نیز رعایت شود و بسته به نوع ماده غذایی مصرف شده باید فاصله زمانی را رعایت کنید به طور متوسط کربوهیدرات ها 2 ساعت؛ پروتئین 3 ساعت و چربی ها بین 4 تا 5 ساعت زمان برای هضم و جذب نیاز دارند.پس زمان تمرین خود را حداقل 2,5 ساعت با آخرین وعده غذائیتان فاصله دهيد #bootcampgirls #bootcampfitness #fitness #fit #cardioworkout #cardio #hiitworkout #healthyfood #healthylifestyle

I’m that kind of person who will do crazy exercises for fun. Why? Because I can. Because YOU don’t want to. 😁 . ***Full burpee with a tuck jump*** . Want to get more out of your training? Add in 10 of these between sets of resistance exercises and you’ve got yourself a HIIT session that challenges the mind as well as muscles! 🔥 . Let’s get this straight right off the bat. No, you don’t HAVE to do burpees. There are many other exercises out there that will lift your heart rate and that is its primary goal. However, if you are going to do burpees, better do them properly! 😁 . The reason I don’t usually program in full burpees to clients’ training is that the technique can get sloppy when we’re tired and when technique goes then we are learning bad patterns or putting ourselves at risk of injury. . With the full burpees, you must make sure your torso touches down and rises off the ground as one whole unit, like a press-up. You’re not meant to peel yourself off the ground like we see happening so often in a very popular sport who makes you do hundreds of these. ☕️😌 . When you peel yourself off the ground in such a manner, you are teaching your body poor patterns and you’ll also struggle with press-ups since the strong mind muscle connection between the relevant muscles is never built. . So, as an alternative, you could do shorter range burpees or froggers, where you only jump into a plank or bear crawl start position and come right back up again. This way you will keep your core engaged throughout the set and won’t strain yourself. You will also move faster and more efficiently. It’s a win win situation! . Home workout this morning 💛 As you guys know our gym is full to the brim with moving boxes so I took my workout indoors. Little miss was also awake so it’s much easier to do a quick HIIT workout while she plays. Due to lack of floor space I’ve been spending a lot more time on the treadmill than I used to. The good thing is my running and CV fitness has improved greatly as I always try to increase the time of my running intervals. No matter what exercise you’re doing it’s always good to be aiming for improvements. Keep them small and achievable, for example maybe you ran one minute longer without a break than last week, or maybe you did 10 more reps of HIIT this week. Here’s my workout today and after breakfast we’re going for a long walk. Today my programme scheduled a HIIT cardio followed by a yoga workout but over the course of the week I’ll also do weight training, core conditioning and agility training. Today’s endurance workout truly pushed me to a place I almost thought I would either barf or pass out. Luckily, I didn’t do any of them. Instead, I was surprised to achieve my highest personal record for splat points.
