Más creaciones con los productos que recibí de @planetahuerto la semana pasada. En este caso, usando manteca de coco, maca y cacao en polvo. Es un receta de bombón helado, perfecto ahora que se va acercando el calor y apetece algo refrescante. . BOMBÓN HELADO ▫ 3 dátiles ▫ 100 gramos de manteca de coco ▫ 100 gramos de aceite de oliva ▫ 50 gramos de cacao en polvo ▫ 80 ml de leche vegetal ▫ 1 cucharada de canela ▫ Una pizca de sal ▫ 5 cucharadas de maca. . Derretimos la manteca de coco en el microondas o al baño maría ⏩ Mientras, batimos la canela, los dátiles y la leche vegetal ⏩ En un bol separado, añadimos el aceite, el cacao en polvo, la maca,la sal, y os aconsejo que añadáis algo crujiente, como semillas de cacao o nueces partidas. Podéis añadir más cacao si preferís un sabor más intenso ⏩ el siguiente paso es mezclar la manteca de de coco, llevamos al congelador media hora, añadimos la capa de cacao, al congelador otra media hora y por último, añadimos de nuevo la capa de manteca ⏩dejamos en el congelador una hora más, hasta que esté endurecido y listo. Теперь разберём, что входит в состав Омега 3 и какие источники этой незаменимой полиненасыщенной кислоты предпочтительней😉 В пище и препаратах Омега 3 встречается четырёх видов: - Альфа-линоленовая( ALA) или АЛК - Эйкозапентаеновая ( EPA) или ЭПК - Докозагексаеновая( DHA) или ДГК - Докозапентаеновая (DPA) или ДПК Альфа- линоленовая кислота содержится в растительных жирах, особой важности и дефицита в ней нет. При нормальном функционировании организма из АЛК организм синтезирует две наиболее важные Омега 3 кислоты ЭПК и ДГК. Однако возможности преобразования составляю всего 5-6%, соответственно только растительные жиры не удовлетворят потребность человека в Омега 3 кислотах. Растительные источники Омега 3: - Лён - Тыквенные семечки - Грецкий орех - Конопляное семя - Семена чиа Самые ценные для нашего организма Омега 3 - это ЭПК и ДГК. Источники: - Холодноводная рыба( красная рыба, макрель, сельдь) - Икра чёрная и красная - Моллюски - Морепродукты - Китовый жир - Некоторые виды водорослей. - Рыбий и рыбный жир ДГК играет важную роль для здоровья мозга, снижает триглицериды в крови, делает мембрану клеток более пластичной, что облегчает процесс передачи нервных импульсов😊Она составляет более 90% Омега 3 жирных кислот в мозге и до 25% от общего содержания всех жирных кислот! ЭПК обладает мощным противовоспалительным эффектом, уменьшает риск болезней сердца и обладает онкопротекторным свойством. ДПК обладает такими же свойствами как ДГК. Источники: - холодноводная рыба - Печень белой рыбы - Морепродукты и некоторые водоросли - Тюлений жир - Рыбий и рыбный жир Для меня наиболее правильным источником Омега 3 являеться рыбный и рыбий жир. И да, это абсолютно разные понятия.В чем же разница😉 ✅Рыбий жир добываться из печени холодноводный рыб. Все мы знаем, что печень - это фильтр, поэтому, в данном случае, очень важно покупать качественное сырьё, которое тщательно очищаеться и контролируется. ✅Рыбный жир( или ихтиеновый) - это жир, полученный из мышц рыбы. POTAŽ OD KARFIOLA - Ako nemate ideju šta da pripremate za ručak i večeru, ovaj lagani potaž je uvek moj izbor. Sa potažima uvek možete da se igrate i da kombinujete različito povrće ( pa čak i ono koje ne volite da jedete 😃 ). Preporuka je da minimum 3x nedeljno za jedan obrok jedemo čorbe, potaže, supice na bazi povrća. Kako da napravite ovaj potaž: 🔸cvetovi sveže karfiola, 🔸2 glavice crnog luka ( može i praziluk ), 🔸1dcl bademovog mleka, 🔸so + biber + kurkuma, 🔸semenke lana i suncokreta. Često mi kažete da ne umete da pravite potaže, to je zaista lako. U jednu šerpu sipate vodu i stavite povrće ( da bude prekriveno vodom ) i stavite da se kuva ( gotovo je kada omekša ). Povrće prebacite u blender ( može i štapni mikser, ali postoji mogućnost da vam ostanu komadi povrća ), dodati malo vode u kojem se kuvalo povrće i sve blendirati oko minut. Na kraju dodati začine i semenke. I have to brag about this amazing woman real quick. 5 weeks ago we went on a little run together and she proceeded to tell me she always wanted to run a half marathon before her wedding in June but was too busy with life priorities and she stopped running and wouldn’t be in shape for it. I told her there’s a race in 5 weeks I know of, if we train from this moment on she could complete her goal. I challenged her to the @locoraceseries Forest Ranch 4 because I KNEW she could do it. Sure enough, here we are 5 weeks later and this girl CRUSHED her FIRST HALF MARATHON. I’m so proud of her. It just goes to show if you put your mind to it, it will happen. . . . As for me, I DNF’ed my first race BUT I did end up going 10 miles barefoot today! . #happyearthday #gobarefoot #barefootrunning #bucketlistcheck #halfmarathon

Mother Nature, Mama Gaia, Source: let’s honour her every. single. day. As important #earthday is, it should act more as a reminder to love this gorgeous planet and treat her with the upmost respect. After all, look what she gifts us daily. Even on the snowy days (which can last 7 months here in Alberta), she still deserves our deepest gratitude. Because what is meant to come is resting just below the surface. 🌏 At our #undietandrewild retreat yesterday we had an abundant spread of fresh, delicious food. A feast took place. So did sisterhood.
