4/30 dzień bez treningu😔 niestety za źle się czułam- bóle głowy i jeszcze byłam wczoraj szczepiona od dłuższego czasu i stwierdziłam, że moje dzieci są bardzo dzielne😍. Ale dieta od #bediet była na piątkę i woda 1,5 litra też😊i nowe postanowienie 10.000 kroków dziennie ✅ bylo 13453. Dlatego wpada do skarbonki za wczoraj 1€ - dziękuję za inspiracje @40latka_na_chodzie 💖 jak mi wyjdzie dieta i trening będzie 2 €🤩 Tag ohne Training 😔es ging mir leider zu schlecht - Kopfschmerzen und dazu wurde ich gestern geimpft nach langer Zeit. Dabei habe ich festgestellt, dass meine Kinder richtig tapfer sind😍-es war nicht wirklich "nicht so schlimm"😉aber ich habe die Diät gehalten und 1,5 Liter Wasser getrunken. Dazu hat es auch mit meinem neuen Vorhaben - täglich 10.000 Schritte zu machen auch geklappt 😊es waren 13453. Starting point. I really want to perfect some Olympic lifts and right now I’m just working on the basic clean. I was initially starting from the floor but there are so many components that I just decided to start higher. Obviously I’m not perfect lol the whole point is to progress and improve. This is my starting point, working on some drills and the overall movement pattern without worrying about weight. It will be a while before I put weight on the bar. • I got some videos in real time from a better angle as well and my main struggles are 1) getting that triple extension at the right time, 2) actually shelving the bar on my clavicle 3) keeping the bar straight. • This is just the beginning. Shifting my focus to performance. I do have a lower body session programmed for later today so I will for sure be eating adequately prior to that session. I’m excited for this new mindset and focus but also need to be sure I’m getting adequate recovery and not overdoing it. I want to get strong! I am not the type of girl who is afraid of “getting bulky”... 🇩🇪🇬🇧 Erstens Krafttraining nach 2,5 Wochen nach meiner Zahn OP mit Ansage von Arzt, nicht soviel zu pressen. Okay, kein Bank drücken, Kreuzheben oder Squaten mit Langhanteln. Ich habe ja nie darauf geachtet, wie sehr das Gesicht mitarbeitet 😂. Ich trainiere zwar vor dem Spiegel, aber mein Face blende ich lieber aus😂🙈. Dazu kam, dass ich durch die Pause tatsächlich Muskelkater vom Laufen hatte. Kann mich nicht erinnern, wann ich das mal hatte, schwere Beine ja, aber Muskelkater 😂🤪!? Also habe ich heute mehr auf Volumen gepumpt, da werden die Arme schwer, aber das Gesicht bleibt ruhig 😂. Alles ist besser als nichts und endlich wieder das Eisen in den Händen zu halten, war toll 😏. Langsam bekommt man die Belohnung für die vielen Stunden Arbeit 😄. Ich sehe wie der Körper sich verändert, ich fühle mich wohl und den Speck am Bauch und Rücken werde ich auch noch los. Mittlerweile glaube ich an mich, auch wenn Geduld nicht meine Stärke (mehr Team Kleinkind) ist😂🙈 Bist du geduldig? First weigth training after 2,5 weeks of my tooth surgery with an announcement from the doctor not to push so much. Okay, no bench presses, deadlifts or barbell squats. I never noticed how much the face cooperates 😂. I train in front of the mirror, but I prefer to dazzle my face 😂🙈. . On top of that, the break actually gave me sore muscles from running. I can't remember when I had that, heavy legs yes, but sore muscles 😂🤪! So today I pumped more on volume, the arms get heavy, but the face stays calm 😂. . Anything is better than nothing and to finally have the iron in my hands again was great 😏. . Slowly i get the reward for the many hours of work 😄. #재활챌린지 03 오늘은 부상부위 2번 왼발목에 통증이 좀 있다. 걷고 양발 뛰기 할때 통증이 살짝 있어서 조심히 움직였다. 스쿼트는 무릎이 아파(부상이 아닌, 약화된) 30개만 하고 좌우로 조지기 동작할때 20개만 하던걸 30개로 늘렸다. 내일은 좀 파장이 있겠다.

“A rolling stone gathers no moss” - Pubilius Syris✨ - Looking for a really simple bit affective work out program to use at home during quarantine? Try this easy little circuit that I’m use when I’m home and pressed for time⏰ - Always been a big fan of this kind of training. Get in what you can, when you can over the course of the day until you complete 100 reps of each exercise and 10 minutes of planking cumulatively over the entire day!🏋️‍♂️ - You can do this in between household chores, homeschooling, working from home, whatever! I also do this workout or sections of it, during the adds when watching TV! 📺 - The idea is to do as much as you can when you can... and remember, you have all day!💥 - Details are as follows: Push ups x 10 Inverted row x 10 Plank x 60 sec Squat x 30 seconds **most ads on TV go for about 30 seconds** (then repeat circuit when you can, ideally in this sequence, through out the day)😎 - Give it a whirl and let me know how you go! “The only person we are in competition with, is ourselves...”✨ - Back and biceps sesh this arvo after work... massive fan of reverse flyes, feel that they work my back and rear delts dramatically. This was the last set and I was tiring, so my form was pretty crap towards the end 😎 - Sticking to the same routine. Bent over rows, single arm rows, reverse flyes, ezy bar curls, dumbbell curls and leg lifts.
