----------- If you have a posterior pelvic tilt at the bottom of your Squat, test your Hip Flexion. It could come from there. ↪ 120° is a normal hip flexion. Keep the knee in the axis while testing, don't let it go outside. #mobility #mobilitybypp #thereadystate #crossfit #move #health #movement #improve #perform #breathing #preventinjuries #inmotion #inmotionpp #mobilityseminar #mobclass #hips #hipflexion #squat #pistol@thereadystate @_brianmackenzie @mlm_crossfit

Here is the slice version of the new fan shroud. I had to add a weird side and some support to make it work. I really didn’t plan for this fan shroud very well. It should have been incorporated into the initial design, but oh well. I'll make it work! It's unhealthy to hold on to things that are toxic in our lives. Sometimes it’s the things that we love that become toxic and this makes it very difficult for us to erase that source from our life. Whether it's a job or a relationship with a friend, a partner, or a family member, we owe it to ourselves to make better decisions. First try addressing the issue. Have you talked to the person about the behaviours or decisions that they keep making that affect you negatively? How did that go and did they make an effort to change? Have you thought of why your job has become toxic, about what you'd rather be doing? Is it related to a person at work, the work environment, or just the type of work you do? Why has it become toxic and can you fix it? If there's nothing you can do about the situation you're in and it is causing a decrease in your mental well-being and your energy then it's time to get out. It's time to make some changes and it's time to move on to better things. Change can be hard but there will always be opportunities for you if you look. Cut the source of toxicity and negativity out of your life. Love yourself enough to accept nothing less than being in a state of happiness and peace, a poison free life. Who's ready for some life changes? . . . . . #poisonfree #negativity #free #negative #toxic #thoughts #emotions #feelings #experiences #people #healing #recovery #change #life #decisions #selflove #peace #happiness #mentalhealthmatters #improve #mentalhealth #mental #wellbeing #wellness #healthyliving #mind #psychology #advice #lifeadvice #lifecoach

So are donuts healthier than I thought? Seriously though, I work with some really freaking In-Shape dudes, and I see them eat a donut almost every day at coffee break. Is it that Donuts are healthier than you think? No. It's that they helped themselves to a donut almost everyday, but they work their ass off the rest of the day but you didn't really well-balanced, healthy foods and they work out. Every. Single. Day. If you're struggling to lose fat, it's simply comes down to the fact that you're consuming more calories than your burning. It's that simple. You don't have to sweat your ass off in the gym for 4 hours a day, or eat like a bird. What you have to have some idea of is how much you're eating, how many calories you're burning in the Run of a day. There are a bazillion different ways of eating healthy, and every Fitness expert out there will try to tell you that their way is the best way so that you buy their program. I'm here to tell you, they all do the exact same thing. They are all just different ways of helping you consume a calorie deficit. It's that simple. So if you're intermittent fasting, is restricting your time frame of eating to help you get in that deficit. If you're following a Paleo, Keto, whatever-eo diet and it's working, it's because you're eating in a calorie deficit. If you're following a vegan, plant-based, high protein, low carb, low protein, it doesn't matter from a fat loss perspective. It's the deficit that matters. The program that I follow is a very non-restrictive, lets me have a donut once in awhile As a treat, doesn't tell me I can't have something, eat lots of veggies and fruit high-fiber carbs good proteins, really easy to follow, sensible, sustainable program. I actually got certified in it to help others more effectively navigate and sustain the results with it. Program that I follow work so well for me and dozens of our clients, because it makes the calorie deficit easy. And the fact that is heavy on the plant-based Foods is perfect for my current preference and what makes me feel the best possible way. So if you want a donut, eat a donut. The key is not to beat yourself up over it.

Improving in ability ( like 27 to 40 max pushups) is the ultimate goal. Being able to perform better is a better mark of progress than the scale. By working hard, improving in ability and staying consistent, you can be sure you'll see the physical appearance changes in the long run. . . . #fitnessmotivation #fitness #improve #progress #strength #catdad #dogdad #fosterlife #fosterfail #thework #rcmp #vetmed #veterinarylife #police #policefamily

. . . . #training #gym #workout #fitness #legs #unilateral #work #healthylifestyle #improve
