😋 Keto Crack Chicken by @wakeupketosleeprepeat - 👇Tag someone who would love this ⁣ ⁣ Kids and husband were CRAZY about it!! Even our little 16 month old fed himself his entire bowl! ⁣ ⁣ Follow me @keto2beginner ⬅️ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ 📒 Super simple recipe!: The entire dish is:⁣ ⁣ Meat from two rotisserie chickens ⁣ One container of sour cream⁣ One block of Philadelphia cream cheese ⁣ 1.5 packets of Ranch seasoning⁣ Half a block of Kerrygold reserve cheddar grated⁣ 1 package of Peter Lugars extra thick cut bacon, cooked then crumbled⁣ 1 head of broccoli washed and chopped⁣ ⁣ I mixed the ranch seasoning with the sour cream first, then added in the cream cheese and whipped it until smooth, then added everything else except for one strip of bacon, I sprayed a pan with avocado oil and spread the entire mixture in it then topped it all with the last piece of bacon crumbled and extra grated cheddar⁣ ⁣ Cook at 350 until bubbly and crisp (about 25 minutes in my oven)⁣ ⁣ This dish served the five of us very generous sized portions with more for left overs the next day.⁣ ⁣ If you make it, tag me to let me know!!! 🔥🍗Buffalo Chicken Dip🍗🔥 Not the prettiest dish I've made, but one of the tastiest and always a hit at parties 🥳 Plus... It's so easy! . ➡️ Keto Starter Guide - Link In Bio! ⬅️⁣⁣ ⁣--- 🔥 If you want to lose several lbs with ketolifestyle , 👉 FOLLOW @lowcarbgreat for daily ketorecipe and keto tip --- . 💖 𝙄𝙉𝙂𝙍𝙀𝘿𝙄𝙀𝙉𝙏 . •Whole rotisserie chicken, shredded (remove skin or don't, do you) •8 oz cream cheese softened •1/3 cup Frank's red hot sauce (depends how hot you want it) •1 cup shredded cheddar cheese •1/2 cup ranch (I mix 1 part mayo, 1 part sour cream and a ranch packet) . 💖 INSTRUCTION . Mix it all together (reserving half of the shredded cheese). Place in a baking dish, top with leftover cheese. Bake at 350 for about 15-20 min or until cheese gets bubbly. You can Bleu cheese crumbles and green onions too. Serve with celery, carrots, and pork rinds! .

End of week 6 sees me 600grams lighter! I was slightly disappointed to start with but you know what. I stuck to my goals and had no slip ups, I’m doing my best so I will trust the process! A loss is a loss at the end of the day ☺️ also this is the weigh in that dropped my bmi from ‘obese’ to ‘overweight’ so I’m happy with that!
