Overnight Strawberry Coconut Chia Pudding 🍓 🥥 This makes two serves and is great for a low carb breakfast, dessert or snack. 1.5 cups coconut milk - I used Vita Soy Unsweetened Coconut Milk 4 tbs chia seeds 1 tbs MCT or coconut oil 1 tbs sugar free maple syrup - I used Queen brand from Woolworths 1 tbs shredded coconut Measure out all ingredients into a blender, mix for 20 seconds and pour into two glass jars or small containers. Top with a little more shredded coconut and let it set overnight or for 6 hours. KETO CARROT CAKE WITH CREAM CHEESE FROSTING 🥕🤤🤤🍰 Who else is a carrot cake fanatic here!?⁠ --- 📋 INGREDIENTS:⁠ Carrot Cake:⁠ 1.5 cups almond flour⁠ 1 can coconut cream⁠ 2 eggs⁠ 1/2 cups sweetener⁠ 1.5 cups grated carrot⁠ 1/2 cup chopped walnuts⁠ 3 tsp cinnamon⁠ 2 tsp ginger⁠ 3 tsp mixed spice⁠ 2 tsp nutmeg⁠ Frosting:⁠ 400g cream cheese�180ml heavy cream⁠ 90g powdered erythritol⁠ 1/4 tsp stevia powder (or monk fruit powder)⁠ 1 vanilla bean (or vanilla essence)⁠ ⁠--- 👨🏽‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS:⁠ 1. Combine all your ingredients in a mixer and mix well.⁠ 2. Pour into a lined loaf tin and bake for 1 hour @ 180C⁠ 3. Allow to cool.⁠ 4. Make an incision in your vanilla bean. Run the back of a knife or spoon along the bean to scoop out all the seeds. Keep for later.⁠ 5. Add the cream cheese to a bowl and whip with your beaters until softened. EASY One-Pan Beef + Cabbage Skillet 🤗⏳⏰ Ahhh....there is nothing better than a Tasty, QUICK, One-Pan Skillet meal on busy weeknights! This one is DELICIOUS and great if you need to feed a few people, then reheat leftovers. This meal tastes even BETTER reheated the next day or two. Makes for an EXCELLENT food prep idea! I like to double or triple the recipe at night for dinner, then dish up remaining servings into sealed glass containers set in the fridge. This is hands-down my FAVORITE way to eat cabbage, and to get picky eaters to try it out! Cabbage is very LOW in calories, HIGH in nutrients and fiber. Definitely a vegetable that we should all be eating more of! makes about 4 servings Ingredients 1.5 pounds grass-fed ground beef 1 sweet yellow onion, diced 1 large green bell pepper, diced 2/3 fresh garlic cloves, minced 1 Tbsp smoked paprika 1 tsp dried oregano 1 large head green cabbage, chopped thinly 1 (14.5-oz) jar diced tomatoes with juices 2 Tbsps apple cider vinegar sea salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste a small handful of fresh chopped parsley, or Italian parsley chopped to garnish Instructions: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add in your ground beef and cook until nicely browned, about 5-6 minutes. Drain the excess fat and return the skillet to the stovetop. Add in diced onion, bell pepper, garlic, paprika, oregano, a pinch of sea salt and pepper to taste, then cook, stirring frequently for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the cabbage, tomatoes with their juices and your apple cider vinegar. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer until the cabbage is soft, about 15-18 minutes. Stir the ingredients every 5 minutes or so, also making sure it has enough liquid. Add a splash of water or beef stock if it get's too dry. Keep covered during cooking time. Once cabbage is cooked to your liking (tender and slightly crisp) remove from heat. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve hot! Makes for an EXCELLENT food prep idea! Tell me below! ❤️ - SPAGHETTI SQUASH ALFREDO 1 spaghetti squash, roasted 1/2 cup dairy-free plain cream cheese (can sub any plain cream cheese) 1/4 cup parmesan cheese 1/2 cup milk (any kind works), warmed in the microwave 1 minute 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon white pepper (or regular pepper) salt, to taste Chopped parsley (garnish) - 2 (4-6 oz) chicken breasts Seasonings if choice (I used garlic powder, dried basil, and dried oregano) 1-2 teaspoons avocado oil or garlic ghee 1). Remove “noodle” strands from spaghetti squash; place half in a large bowl and save the rest for later 2) In a blender combine all remaining ingredients, except parsley. Blend until smooth. Made a broccoli/cheddar flax seed waffle today! Turned out pretty good! I had a bunch of fresh broccoli to use and this was perfect! I combined: 6oz freshly shredded cheddar cheese 1.5 cups steamed and chopped broccoli 4 eggs 1 cup flax seed meal Salt, pepper and garlic powder This recipe makes about 2 standard sized waffles I broke up a waffle and made 2 sandwiches with 2 sausage patties.

This is a click and go kinda page cause you’re girl trying to EAT. I made this bfast sammy after I hiked a million miles so I didn’t feel bad about the calorie count.... BUT: what I will say is that this bad boy was ONLY 4g net carbs. The bun was a heavenly OG crispy chaffle (literally just egg and cheese, no fancy additives) bacon, cheddar cheese, egg, avocado and everything but the bagel seasoning to top off the avocado chunks.
