Chorizo Green Chili Burger⁠ . Ingredients:⁠ 1 package 5280meat Chorizo⁠ 1 package 5280meat Ground Beef⁠ 5280meat Smoked Bacon⁠ 1 yellow onion, diced⁠ 24 oz fire roasted green chilies⁠ 3C Bone Broth⁠ 1tsp flavorgod Himalayan Salt & Pink Peppercorn⁠ 1TBS Basil⁠ 1TBS Oregano⁠ 1TBS flavorgod Taco Tuesday Seasoning⁠ 1TBS Butter⁠ Avocado⁠ Swiss cheese⁠ Lettuce⁠ Farm Fresh Egg⁠ -⁠ Directions:⁠ To make the green chili, melt butter in dutch oven and add onion. Sauté for a few minutes then add chorizo, sea salt, basil, oregano, and taco seasoning and begin to brown. Once nearly cooked, add green chilies and broth. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer. Simmer on low for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400*F add ground beef to a mixing bowl and add 2-3C green chili, mix well. Form into 4-inch burger patties. Heat butter in a skillet and fry burger for a few min each side so that it becomes golden brown but still raw on the inside, then bake for 15 min or until cooked all the way through. Breakfast power bowl: a quick look into why breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. . Here is everything happening this morning: . 1.Jammy eggs topped with Aleppo pepper. I got water to a boil, dropped 2 eggs in for 6.5 minutes, then put them in ice water for a few seconds. Peeled, cut in half, and topped with Aleppo pepper & salt. . 2.Sliced 🥑🥑🥑 . 3.Crumbled feta cheese. . 4.Some walnuts. Soak these in water the night before if you want a crisper, fresher walnut. . 5.Sliced cherry tomatos. . 6.Some fresh mint. . Then devour with a fork, and make sure you get a little walnut, feta, and mint in with each bite. The flavors are a mouth party. 💥 . Wild-caught chunk light tuna in water I find @traderjoes . I made tuna salad & served it with organic romaine heart leaves and sliced organic cucumber. Do you like cheese in your tuna salad, I do? I especially like raw white cheddar cheese by @organicvalley , it adds that extra flavor to the tuna salad by mixing it into the dish. Do I need to eat steak 🥩 to have success with a ketogenic lifestyle? ⠀ ⠀ ABSOLUTELY NOT! Let’s take a step back before I continue. A GIANT misconception with #keto is that you have to eat tons of foods like bacon and red meat to achieve results.
