This Creamy Garlic Tuscan Shrimp is so popular for a reason😝 Creamy, rich, decadent, keto-friendly and ready in 20 minutes. . Ingredients 1 ½ lb Shrimp peeled and deveined 2 Tbsp Butter or Ghee 4 Garlic Cloves pressed 1 Cup Heavy Cream 1 Tsp Gluten-free Flour ½ Tbsp Lemon Zest 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning Mix 1 Tsp Chili Flakes or to taste 1 Tsp Cayenne Powder ¼ Cup Sun-dried Tomatoes Chopped A handful of freshly chopped basil leaves picked and chopped Sea salt and pepper, to taste Instructions Melt butter in a large skillet or nonstick pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant. Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk flour and heavy cream until well combined, then pour it into the pan. Stir in the lemon zest, Italian seasoning, chili flakes, cayenne powder, and sun-dried tomatoes. Lower the heat and simmer for about 3-4 minutes, or until the sauce starts to thicken. Add the shrimp and cook until becomes pink and curly. About 4-5 minutes. Take off the heat and stir in the basil. Season with salt and pepper if needed and enjoy! . If you have the chance please do your research into the standard american diet and what has been pushed to us since the late 70's. Yes heart health needed to be addressed but it was botched and my generation is the testing bed. At this point we have children with adult types of heart conditions and are pre-diabetic. I try my best to give Amber whole foods and I do not restrict her breads as much but she eats Keto friendly ice cream, loves keto friendly bagels, and is using stevia for any berries she eats. Amber is thin but in a pretty good place as far as health thank god. Got a mixed breakfast plate going this morning with all the right stuff: halloumi, bacon, jammy eggs, avocado, and strawberries. . Weekend breakfasts are the best breakfasts, don’t you agree? After a quick 1.5 day trip, I’m back in action and ready for a long day. So much to do, so little time… . On the menu clockwise starting from the bacon: . 1.Pan fried some @porterroad bacon (I did more, but saved the rest for meals throughout the week). . 2. I sliced up some halloumi and pan fried for about a minute on each side in some of the bacon grease. . 3.Sliced up half an avocado and topped with everything but the bagel seasoning. . 4.Sliced up a couple of organic strawberries. . 5.Served with 1 @peteandgerrys egg. For this yolk, I boiled the egg for 6.5 mins and put it immediately in an ice bath. 6.5 mins gets a jammier egg and 8-9 mins get a firmer yolk. I just sliced the egg and probably dip some of that halloumi or bacon in it. .

It’s crazy to think that almost 2 years ago, I was getting surgery to hopefully remove the ovarian cancer that had taken over my little body at only 23 years old. Ovarian cancer is know as the SILENT KILLER and that’s because symptoms don’t usually appear until the later stages, like myself. I was diagnosed at Stage 3 and unfortunately it ended up in my spleen and lymph nodes making the new diagnoses Stage 4B...the last stage. Looking back, I HAD EVERY SINGLE SYMPTOM of ovarian cancer and I had no idea!😭 - - I am extremely blessed and thankful that God placed me in the hands of my doctors and we were able to catch it when we did because in November I will be celebrating 1 year of no evidence of disease! 🙌🏻 There is a TON of miss-information about ovarian cancer and testing! - - THERE IS NO TESTING FOR OVARIAN CANCER! A yearly pap CAN NOT detect ovarian cancer! A vaginal ultra sound CAN NOT detect ovarian cancer but can show signs of a mass. A CT/MRI scan can show signs of cancer but CAN NOT determine if it is OVCA! The only way to 100% determine if it is ovarian cancer is by a BIOPSY and that’s it! The CA125 tumor marker level is the way the doctors monitor ovarian cancer once it has already been confirmed that it is OVCA and even then, it’s not always correct! - - The most common signs and symptoms of OVCA are: Bloating Frequent urination or the need to go, a lot! Feeling full quickly Abdominal pain or lower back pain - - Tag at least 2 ladies down below and spread awareness for the cancer know as the SILENT KILLER, you could possibly be saving a life! Ps.
