Check our link ▶️▶️BIO and start NOW ! @ketosisforu ——————— ✳️INGREDIENTS 200g skinless hazelnuts⁠ 75g butter⁠ For the cheesecake:⁠ 300ml full-fat sour cream⁠ 600g full-fat cream cheese⁠ 2 tbsp powdered sweetener - (erythritol)⁠ 3 large eggs⁠ 6 large egg yolks⁠ 1 tbsp lemon juice⁠ 1 tsp vanilla extract⁠ For the blueberry compote:⁠ 400g blueberries⁠ 1 tsp powdered sweetener - (erythritol)⁠ 1 tbsp lemon juice⁠ ——————— ✳️STEPS 1️⃣Start by making the base: Pre-heat the oven to 180 C / 160 C fan. Place the hazelnuts on a baking tray and place into the oven. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes, until the hazelnuts smell toasted and are starting to turn golden. Add to a food processor and blitz until a fine crumb is formed- be careful not to over blitz though as you don’t want to make nut-butter. ⁠ 2️⃣Melt the butter over a medium heat until slightly brown and nutty smelling then tip into the food processor and pulse to combine.⁠ 3️⃣Press the toasted crust into a 23cm spring form tin lined with a circle of greaseproof paper and smooth out with your hands or the back of a glass, then bake for 8 minutes.⁠ 4️⃣Remove the crust from the oven and allow to cool whilst you get on with making the cheesecake filling. ——————— ⁠🎥 @tastemadeuk

I added dash of Brandy thick cream (half tea spoon) and it was delicious. #transformationtuesday in a wedding dress on a bridge edition . I’m feeling extra grateful for my Husband this week. He’s my rock when it feels like I’m surrounded by quicksand. He has always loved the girl on the left just as much as the girl on the right, but the biggest difference is that now so do I. It didn’t happen overnight, and it’s still a work in progress, but the new photos symbolize that I stopped giving up on myself, and started to realize my worth.
