Ingredients: 2 Tbsps avocado oil, or olive oil divided 1 pound flank steak, sliced into thin pieces 1 large head of broccoli, broken into smaller florets 3 fresh garlic cloves, minced or pressed 1.5 lbs. button mushrooms, cut into quarters 2-3 green onions, sliced 1 Tbsp sesame seeds Stir fry sauce: 1/4 cup coconut aminos, Bragg's liquid aminos, OR low sodium soy sauce 2 Tbsps fresh squeezed lemon juice 1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger 1 Tbsp sesame oil --- Instructions: Heat HALF of a Tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add broccoli and stir fry for 1-2 minutes, then reduce the heat, and add in 2-3 Tablespoons of water. Cover the skillet/wok, cooking for about 1-2 minutes more, or until your broccoli is crisp tender and bright green. Set aside on a plate. Meanwhile, in a small bowl whisk all stir fry sauce ingredients and set aside. Heat 1 tbsp oil in the skillet and add in the steak. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until cooked to your liking, then set aside. Add in the remaining oil, garlic and mushrooms. Stir fry for 2-4 minutes. Return steak and broccoli to the skillet/wok and pour the stir fry sauce on top. Cook for additional 2 minutes, gently stirring into the pan to get everything nicely coated with your sauce. Keto Loaded fries with ranch recipe: Ingredients: Three medium zucchini One large egg 1/2 cup powdered Parmesan cheese 3/4 cup diced bacon - about four or five strips cooked 3/4 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese or Monterey Jack cheese or cheddar cheese Sliced green onions, for garnish Half cup ranch dressing, homemade or avocado oil based store-bought ranch dressing Instructions: Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Grease the parchment paper with coconut oil spray and set aside. Cut the zucchini into french fry shapes about half inch by half inch by 4 inches. Whisk the large egg in a large mixing bowl. Place the zucchini fries in the bowl and mix well with your hands, coding all sides of the zucchini with the egg. Place the Parmesan cheese in a large resealable plastic bag. Please half of the egg coated zucchini in the bag with the Parmesan. Seal the bag with some air inside it and shake well to coat the zucchini. place the coated fries on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat step five with the remaining zucchini. Take the fries for 13 to 15 minutes, until golden brown. Top the fries with the shredded cheese, then the crispy bacon. Return to the oven for four minutes or until the cheese is melted. Garnish with sliced green onions. Serve with ranch dressing. These fries are best served fresh, but any extra can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. I remember when I used to be in the #dunkindonuts drive-thru TWICE a day as a new mom, and I did not feel bad about it! 🤱🏻I finally switched to making my coffee at home but man that was one hard habit to break. Lately I’ve been going for drives every afternoon to try to get Elsie to fall asleep, because she will only nap in the car, and I hate driving. 🚘 Grabbing an #icedcoffee sure helps though! Składniki: 👉 5 jaj. 👉 60g masła. 👉 100g mąki kokosowej. 👉 30g erytrolu. 👉 200g gorzkiej czekolady 90%. 👉 180g śmietany 30%. 👉 90g orzeszków arachidowych solonych. 👉 120g malin. . Przygotowanie:👇👇. Wbij do miski jaja posyp mąką kokosową i erytrolem. Dołóż masło w temperaturze pokojowej. Zamieszaj całość mikserem, ręką zajmie to wieki i będzie mało dokładnie. Zlokalizuj formę do tarty. Posmaruj formę olejem, może być rzepak. Odradzam korzystania z papieru do pieczenia bo, wtedy nie wyjdzie ta fajna falbanka z boku. Do formy włóż ciasto i rozgnieć tak aby przykryć całe dni formy oraz boki aby powstał wcześniej wspomniany rant. Piecz około 20 minut w 180 stopniach. Po upieczeniu posyp równomiernie ciasto orzeszkami. W kąpieli wodnej rozpuść czekoladę oraz śmietanę. Zalej tym kremem orzeszki. Dobrze by było również równomiernie to zrobić. Tonight I made crockpot pork ribs with BBQ sauce! It was actually really good! I’ve been craving BBQ and this really hit the spot! Ingredients * 4 lbs . baby back pork ribs * 1 tsp smoked sea salt or regular sea salt * ½ tsp smoked paprika & 1/2 tsp garlic powder Barbecue Sauce Recipe: * 2 cups tomato sauce or puree * 1 tbsp tomato paste * 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar * 1 tbsp natural hickory liquid smoke * 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce or 1 tbsp coconut aminos * 2 tsp organic molasses (I used lokanto maple syrup it’s keto friendly) * 3 tbsp erythritol * 1 ½ tsp garlic powder * 1 tsp sea salt * 1 tsp onion powder * 2 tbsp butter INSTRUCTIONS * (Cut with a sharp knife ribs into twos to fit in the crock pot if needed). * Set oven broiler on low, and line a large baking dish or 2 medium sized ones with tin foil or parchment paper. Place ribs in baking dish and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and paprika. * Broil Ribs in oven for about 12 to 15 minutes, just long enough to sear or lightly brown the outside of ribs. While ribs are broiling, start making the barbecue sauce. * Heat a small sauce pan over medium low heat, and add all the barbecue sauce ingredients to the sauce pan. Stir sauce in pan and continue melting and mixing until combined. Remove from heat. Reserve a 1/3 cup sauce for later (used after ribs are fully cooked). Set both sauce and reserved sauce aside. * Remove ribs from oven and let cool a little. * Plug in crock pot and set temperature to high or low (depending on time preference). Spoon a couple tbsps of barbecue sauce over bottom of crock pot. * Use tongs to place and layer some of the ribs with the sauce . Spoon a little of the barbecue sauce over the top of ribs, then add another layer of ribs and top with a little sauce. Repeat until all ribs are in the crock pot. * Cook for 5 to hours on high or 8 hours on low. * When ribs are done, turn off crock pot and cool a little. Carefully remove ribs by gently using tongs or sliding a spatula under them. Be gentle!, the meat will fall clean off the bone, they are really juicy! .

Here’s a quick and easy semi-homemade dinner idea! . Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Bake . Here’s what you need: 2lbs of Chicken (I used chicken breast) 1 can of @ragu Alfredo sauce (Not the cleanest ingredients but okay in moderation-homemade is obviously better 💁🏻‍♀️) 1 cup of heavy cream 2-3 bags of frozen broccoli Mozzarella cheese Garlic Salt I used @redmondrealsalt Pepper Italian seasoning *Optional 2 tablespoons of cubed unsalted butter . I used thinly sliced chicken that made in the crockpot earlier that day. Then cut them into bite size pieces. You can also use shredded chicken. Add all ingredients to a large baking dish Top with mozzarella cheese Cover with foil and bake at 375 for 30 mins Cool for 20 mins . Loaded Cauliflower - An easy recipe for loaded cauliflower that is the keto-friendly and a low-carb substitute to loaded baked potatoes. - Ingredients - 1.25 lb cauliflower head, cut into florets 6 Green Onion, chopped into the green and white parts 2 tbsp Salted Butter 3 Garlic Cloves, minced 2 oz Cream Cheese 1/2 tsp Natural Sea Salt 1/4 tsp Black Pepper 1.5 tsp Homemade Ranch Seasoning Mix, optional 3/4 cup Organic Heavy Whipping Cream 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated 4 slices Sugar-free Bacon, crumbled Olive Oil for roasting the cauliflower Dollops of sour cream, optional - Instructions - Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Toss the cauliflower with ~2 tbsp of olive oil then add it to a baking sheet. Roast the cauliflower on a baking sheet for 25 minutes. The cauliflower will get tender and some parts will brown up. While the cauliflower is roasting, make the cheese sauce: Add butter, the white parts of the green onions, and the garlic cloves to a skillet on medium heat. Sauté until the onions are translucent (~3 minutes) Add heavy cream, cream cheese, salt, ranch seasoning (if you’re using it), and pepper to the skillet with the onions, garlic and butter. Turn the heat to medium low and continue to cook until the cream cheese is melted. Stir in 1.5 cups of the cheddar cheese to finish the cheese sauce. Mix the cheese sauce and the roasted cauliflower, then add it to a baking dish. Top it with the remaining cheddar cheese and roast for an additional 20 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender. Air Fried Steak and Asparagus Bundles [email protected] INGREDIENTS 2 - 2 1/2 pounds Flank steak - cut into 6 pieces kosher salt/black pepper 1/2 cup Tamari sauce 2 cloves garlic - crushed 1 pound asparagus - trimmed 3 bell peppers - seeded and sliced thinly 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 1/3 cup beef broth 2 tablespoons unsalted butter Olive oil spray INSTRUCTIONS Season steaks with salt and pepper. Place steaks into a large zip top bag. Add: Tamari sauce and garlic. Seal bag. Massage steaks so that they're completely coated. Transfer to refrigerator and allow to marinade for a minimum of 1 hour up to overnight. When ready to assemble, remove steaks from marinade and place on a cutting board or sheet. Discard marinade. Equally divide and then place asparagus and bell peppers into the middle of each piece of steak. Roll steak around vegetables and secure with tooth picks. Preheat air fryer. Working in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer, place bundles into basket of air fryer. Spray vegetables with olive oil spray. Cook at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Remove steak bundles and allow to rest for 5 minutes prior to serving/slicing. WHILE steak is resting, into small-medium sauce pan heat: balsamic vinegar, broth and butter over medium heat. Whisk to combine. Continue cooking until sauce has thickened and reduced by half. Season with salt and pepper. Pour sauce over steak bundles prior to serving. .
