Wohoo! Gaining some solid weight! I probably have been bulking a little too fast, but progress is progress! Started this journey in the low 190’s, and quickly approaching 210! Currently at about 16% body fat, which is the most I’ve been in a long time, hopefully I can stay between the 14-16% range during this bulk. Let’s go!

Just finished off the Monday with an insanely pumped lifting session - PR on incline bench 1.0x body weight for 5 reps! Also did some weighted pistol squats and some killer sets of ab training. Remember that 70+ percent of your long term muscle gains and density will come from lifting heavy in the 4-12 rep range with proper form. Some style of pyramid training will be perfect for those compound movements. Leg press machine was closed down at the gym so after squats I went heavier on my barbell lunges aiming for a 10-12 rep range and followed with this reverse V-squat machine squats. I really like this as an accessory every once in awhile, it is really easy to focus on a slow controlled movement, and I feel these help with my hip/knee/ankle flexibility. Sooo die Fitness-Fragen versuche ich jetzt alle in einem Text zu beantworten 😁 also wer sich dafür nicht so interessiert darf hier abschalten 😂 . Mit dem Training angefangen habe ich mit 16, mehr zwanghaft als alles andere - bedingt durch mein Untergewicht. Meinen Freunden habe ich zu der Zeit gesagt ich habe Lust auf Training und will mit Pumpen kommen , was aber nicht der Fall war( ich glaube das wissen die meisten bis Heute nicht 😂). Eigentlich wurde es mir vom Arzt empfohlen um meinen Appetit anzuregen und mein Gewicht hoch zu bekommen . Wirklich mit "richtigem" Training begonnen habe ich mit Anfang 17, mein bester Freund hat mich mit genommen, ab da habe ich richtig gefallen an der ganzen Sache gefunden und mich sehr viel mit dem Thema beschäftigt( Trainingspläne, Essen, Supplements etc . Die ersten "Erfolge" kamen ungefähr nach einem halben Jahr, als das den ersten paar Mädchen auch aufgefallen ist war es um mich geschehen 😂🤷‍♂️ aber ich glaube so geht es den meisten jungen Typen die mit dem Training anfangen - Start for the girls and stay for the passion. Wann aus dem Training für Frauen die Liebe an dem Sport entstanden ist kann ich nicht mehr genau sagen - ich habe einfach irgendwann bemerkt das ich dadurch meinen Alltag besser bewältigen kann und von Menschen anders wahrgenommen werde ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Heute kann ich mir mein Leben ohne den Fitness bzw. PHYSIQUE UPDATE⚠️ Pretty dang happy with how this lean bulk is going thus far. Some areas I’m doing my best to bring up; my back, arms, calves, and hamstrings (pretty much everything in this pic 😂) so far so good. Leftover veggies from meal prep! I love to do veggie medleys so that it doesn't get boring and I can use seasonal veggies like squash! This one is very obviously (but in case you can't tell 😉) yellow squash, mushroom & spinach with @flavorgod everything seasoning and a tiny bit of coconut oil. Other than this I did spaghetti squash with chives and some taco seasoned turkey meat! Bulk season is here 🔥‼️ . Some people may call it the bulk season but I like to see it as an improvement season 👍🏻 . It is normal to be in a surplus in order to help the building muscle process (in fact that’s the beauty of the bulk season)❤️ but many people will eat excess amounts of calories per day (roughly 500 or even 1000) thinking that it is the best way but trust me, it is not 😞. . If we spend a lot of time in a surplus our body will eventually add a lot of fat 👎🏻. . So, instead try to cycle your calories and keep a low body fat percentage for a longer period of time. The 🔑 is to spend most of the time in a surplus but not every single day. Have some high calorie days when needed (high volume training days) and always remember to eat your veggies and brownies. .
