2019 goals: bigger gluteus, smaller waist, bigger shoulders, a decent back and some arms would be nice. Here is a hip thrust pyramid that you guys should try. This was taken post 5x5 on both squats and sumo deadlifts so my gluteus were so tired. I wanted to go heavier but I don’t think my gluteus could handle it 😂. I couldn’t sit down probably for the next few days. Hip thrust pyramid: 1. 20 x 80kg x 1 set 2. 15x 90kg x 1 set 3. 12 x 100kg x 1 set 4. 10 x 110kg x 3 sets. Good luck! Oh and I superset this with heavy walking lunges. 😁

Stretching activites are an important part of any exercise or rehabilitation program. So with that being said, we would like to introduce to our followers our Sunday Stretch series, 'Stretch Yo'self'. First up is the trusty Samson Stretch, demostrated by Head Coach Khang. The Samson is a great stretch for hip flexor mobility and hip opening. If you are concerned about too much static stretching before a workout, you can perform these in a series of lunges to make this a dynamic stretch. When done correctly, you will appear to be in an exaggerated lunge. To perform the stretch, step forward with your leg and drop your alternate knee to the ground. You should push your hips forward to reap the most benefits from this stretch. That pain in your lower back or knees just might be caused by your tight hip flexors. I stumbled across my e-book on Amazon that I made and published years ago when I didn’t even have Facebook or Instagram and had forgotten about it. I know there is free information everywhere these days but I am completely natural and transparent and I feel like their are much faker identities in this industry charging astronomical amounts of money in receipt of basically lying to the customer and providing an outlandish product or service, but still making a fortune and following from it. I am completely natural and I always try to be what the industry needs so I consider my small charge almost a donation for what I do, I’ve never made a buck from fitness while others have chimed in on the cash train, systematically lying to their audience and secretly showing no loyalty to their following which is ridiculous. What i thought of while squatting; it makes sense for your mind to tell you”I can do another rep” before you reached your actual limit. Most people stop at this warning. But when you have to keep going to make a change !! your body is still able to work on. It is just a pre (safety) warning your brain is giving you because it realizes your muscles now have to work..
