Небольшой отек сойдет на нет за день, а результат будет с тобой от 6-18 месяцев, будет зависеть от препарата, и конечно, вашей особенности! Чёткого срока нет! И я всегда говорю от и до. . ❌Учти, что у безоперационной коррекции формы носа есть тоже список «запретов». В него входят системные аутоиммунные заболевания, герпес, инфекционные и воспалительные заболевания кожи в месте коррекции, эпилепсия, некоторые заболевания сердечно-сосудистой системы, период беременности и кормления грудью, нарушение системы свертывания крови.

[Squat] After only ONE session, her squat form improved a lot: 1. Deeper squat, larger ROM 2. More upright torso 3. Activation of glutes 4. Bar path stays closer to mid-foot 5. No lower back soreness Still need a lot of practice to do a stable squat. . I always see a lot of people in the gym doing half squat or quarter squat. Tho the majority of them are just ego lifter, trying to impress others by lifting a weight that they can’t handle, one of the main reasons for a limited ROM is poor ankle mobility. When the range of dorsiflexion (flexing your feet upward, towards the shin) is limited, your knees cannot travel forward much. So in this case, whether you do a half squat or you lean forward to keep the balance. Lifting your heels can temporarily fix the problem, but in the long run, you should increase your ankle mobility. It would not only improve your squat improvement, but also other lifts. Remember mobility is always the key.

Last paired exercises to finish off a deadlift centered back day with client @harryhxl . Some mid back focused assisted pull-ups immediately followed with whatever you want to call this variation of back extensions. Maybe Jefferson extensions since I got the idea from Jefferson curls. - I started doing these during my warm ups as an activator for the hamstrings, glutes, low back and lats. Found they were great for not just muscle activation but also decompressing and as a finishing movement for any posterior chain centered day. For the pull ups just slightly tilting the rib cage up provides a better contraction on the lats and mid back. Keep your feet in front of you so your center of gravity is further back. - For the Jefferson extensions (if these have a name please tell me lol) do these slow and controlled. If you’re not actively tensing the muscles involved it defeats the purpose. It’s essentially a normal back extension followed by flexing the abs while curling up as much as possible stretching out the low back. As you come up focus on squeezing the glutes and pressing the heels of your feet against the backboard activating your hamstrings. Come up slowly and imagine stacking each vertebrae. It’s important to keep abs contracted throughout the movement. At the top notice how the arms come down to the side and close in squeezing at the elbows to contract the lats. Try these out 4x6-8 reps at the start, finish or even between deadlift or squat sets. Makes a huge difference with activating the muscle.

10 DAYS? To good to be true right? Of course it’s too bloody good to be true. Nothing worth doing is easy. It takes consistency. A little bit of discipline. Alot of sweat. A fair bit of whinging (in my personal experience) and maybe sometimes a little bit of compromise. If you truly want to lose fat, build muscle and improve your quality of life by getting healthy and staying healthy (far beyond your New Years resolution runs out of puff) then my next challenge is going to be for you. My challenge takes a lot longer than 10 days. It’s not a quick fix. It will be hard. There is even room for a beer or an occasional wine (if that’s important to you) What you will soon realise is with a fair bit of hard work from you, me and huge amounts of support from like minded people with similar health goals, not only will you start seeing results you might even start enjoying it. Actually, I guarantee you will. No fad diets. No starving yourself. No fasted this and fasted that. No pills or potions. RARELY USED/LESS COMMON EXERCISES, PART 6: ISOMETRIC STANDING CABLE CURLS This is another curl variation that definitely gets used but isn't nearly as common as lots of other curl variations. I wouldn't say this is one of the very best bicep exercises or anything, but it's a good one to throw in if you are looking for a new exercise to try out. These can be good in particular for Time-Under-Tension, since they can be performed so as to keep tension on the muscle throughout the whole set. They also do a good job of forcing the biceps to work independently of one another. Today is a two post day since I haven’t posted in awhile. It was great to be back in the gym today. It was nice to see friendly faces and talk to some friends that I haven’t seen in awhile. Lately I’ve been extremely off, mentally. I know I’m in a bulking phase right now, but I’ve been unhealthy about some parts of it. I’m really not proud of that because I wanted to bulk the correct and healthy way. I’ve slipped with not working out as consistently as I was when I first started this. I feel that I have become weaker and I know I’ve gained weight. Yes, some is muscle, but definitely have more fat because I can feel it. I’m extremely lucky for good genes because somehow I barely still have abs. It’s time to turn things around. No more letting this “off” feeling take control. No more slacking. I have to wonder that maybe this was a blessing in disguise? Maybe from time to time you need to take a step back and reflect on who you are, what you want, and where you plan on going. W3D1: squat AMRAP 75% of 1rm @ 235. I got 3 reps. Form felt kind of weird. When I went into the hole the weight would shift forward to my toes. Probably just an off day for squats but at least I got an RPE PR 🤷🏻‍♂️

Does anyone love leg days as much as me? I guess that’s why I do them twice a week l, but I just love these workouts the best!
