Ever have those days where you get home from work and grocery shopping and try to muster up the energy to workout? Today is one of those days for me. As you can tell from the video and picture, my dedication was barely there. #WhoNeedsABraWhenYouAintGotNoTitties lol I made myself at least do some shoulders and abs. I didn't add any cardio since I am feeling run down. Since my husband got reconstructive foot surgery, almost a month ago, I've been doing everything. Taking care of him, myself, our furbaby, the house/yard, and work. I went all week with full dedication and cardio. Super thankful tomorrow is rest day! I've never shown myself working out. All week I been thinking about working max effort on deadlifts today and as I was warming up I thought to myself maybe it time to try to change my technique and set up. Asked @daveatops for some advice.. so I brought my stance in closer. Turned feet out slightly.. focused on torquing out. I feel once I can get used to this setup that 600lbs i been chasing for the last 2 years will come! Sometimes it’s not strength you lack it’s a flaw in technique!! This past week has been rough, like seriously super rough. On top of everything going on in my personal life, I feel like I'm comparing myself to people that im following on here. I'm saying "Oh I wish I could look like her." When in reality I should be saying "I want to be a healthier and better version of myself, I should be working hard to improve myself daily." The stress I've been under has been causing my to not focus on what I'm eating, and I haven't worked out at all this week. I'm planning for monday to start a new fitness program a friend gave me, and focusing again on what's going into my body. I've also been worried lately about me gaining all of my weight back, and bouncing back up to 230 or higher. My progress has been slowing down, and it always freaks me out that I'm going to bounce back. I just need to keep focused on me, and my body. I can very much tell the difference physically from when I eat healthy to when I don't.
