Took a little clip of Leg Day today and decided to focus my energy on the workout instead of getting half decent video angles of every exercise🤪. Some days we have to pick our battles. That was today. I have to admit, the hardest thing for me after 2 weeks of not hitting the gym as per my usual, was seeing how I had ‘shrunk’. Maybe it was in my head, but it had looked like I had gotten smaller. 😫 Which is ironic, since a lot of the time, the majority of people (I’ll say mainly women) aim to be smaller.... 🤷🏻‍♀️ I have fallen so much in love with the process of getting bigger and stronger, that the time off from the gym was kinda depressing and really hard for me.
