My new go to lunch | {4sp} hot chipotle cheese chicken breast sandwich 👌🏻 • {1sp} for chicken breast [up to 5oz which is A LOT] • {2sp} for 2 pieces of bread • {1sp} for 1 piece of cheese • {0sp} for chipotle mustard [up to 3oz] • • I bring all the ingredients & store in my work fridge for a quick low point lunch | I also pair with a side of veggies | I make the sandwich then microwave it to melt the cheese but if I were at home I would definitely grill it! at San Diego, California

First of all my figure skates BROKE so I wasn’t able to train the 100 minuets that I had planned, only 20! Secondly my dad made apple pie again... Served with vanilla ice cream AND vanilla sauce! Had it as dinner, but I had quite a lot oops. I’m just happy my intake was below 1300, but now that my skates are broken exercising almost every day will become problem until I get new ones. I also think I gained, we’ll see tomorrow. Anyways I hope you had a good day, better than mine lol.

Lunch was okay but I ate a lot of different foods so I couldn’t fit all the pics within the limit of 9, therefore the collage lol. Tomorrow I’m going to a friend’s birthday party and we’re having tacos for dinner, and probably snacks and sweets. Should I make it a cheat day? Idk.

Let me explain: the wrap was served at our school trip and it was really terrible, it tasted twice as junky as mcdonalds and I honestly felt ill afterwards. There was too much sauce and even though I removed some it was still too much and I my belly just wasn’t happy at all. The second thing is that I felt like I actually ate TOO LITTLE before practice (even though it seemed like a lot) because during the last 50 mins I was very hungry and had no energy to perform well, I hate that :( So if I would relive this day, I’d eat something else for lunch (whatever is literally better than that disgusting wrap) and bring a snack to practice. Tomorrow will be better :)

Although I’m a little hungry rn I’m really proud because I had almost no snacks (a banana doesn’t count, it’s healthy and low cal lol). My day wasn’t great but my eating was, an I hit 1k today! - 👇CALORIE BURN COMPARISON👇 - I always discuss how cardio should never be your main priority while trying to lose fat and that is mainly because you can undo all the burned calories in a few minutes. In other words, if your diet is not on point no matter how much cardio you do, you won't lose any fat. 🍳 - That doesn't mean you shouldn't incorporate cardio into your routine. In fact, I recommend you do so for the cardiovascular health but it shouldn't be your main priority and you shouldn't overdo it. 👍 - On the picture I compared six common cardio alternatives and calories burned are based on the 155lb person doing these activities for an hour. ✌ - My advice is to first prioritize nutrition, then strength training because it will change your body composition, and lastly some cardio. 🙌 - That's pretty much it! Monday | September 10, 10:10 pm CALORIES TODAY * BREAKFAST (320) - oatmeal with milk, mashed apples, cinnamon - cracker bread with honey * LUNCH (500) - pasta bolognese/veggie bolognese with veggies - veggie thing and chicken leg * SNACK (215) - small homemade bar - sandwich with ham and lettuce (no butter) * DINNER (500) - apple pie * EXERCISE (-347) - figure skating 65 min * TOTAL 1535 - 347 = 1188 netto * Ig crashed when I finished writing this so I had to redo it all 🙄 Anyways, to some this might seem like a lot but honestly I like it this way. I’m ok with slow progress, I can’t manage to eat 0 cals a day, I just can’t. Tbh eating more has benefits: you’re not cold, your never dizzy, you have energy and feel healthy. I feel skinny when I’m hungry but if I eat too little I usually end up binging later. Idk. I like it this way, it’s a more sustainable diet which makes me happy :)

Hot mess express was an understatement at the gym today • I started the day laying in bed & not going to the gym until noon-I was not in the zone {problem #1} | I don’t usually eat before the gym so figured it would be smart to buy a protein bar at the gym counter | One of my airpods was not working which is always a downer especially when you have to hear the sound of a jump rope hitting the group exercise room over & over | I power on | I then realize I put on my sports bras on in a different order & side boob was in full effect | I power on | While doing sit ups I notice something strange in the mirror, oh a hole in my work out pants-right in the crotch | At this point I was going to give up & call it a day but I POWERED ON • I figured if I left the gym because of all this, not only would it be a waste of time but also a waste of a Celsius, protein bar & gas | Missing my workout especially after already being at the gym would have made my day even worse | Of course I had the fear that the little hole would unravel like the magic carpet on Aladdin while running on the elliptical but I was took my chances & it turned out fine • • Don’t let life’s distractions get in the way of your work out | Just get there, do the damn thing & go on about your day 😝 at San Diego, California

Monday | September 3, 8:49 pm * Ok so Imma just show you this. I’m failure lmaoo, how am I gonna lose weight if I eat this much? At least I burned about 350 kcals by figure skating but still. Fatass. Ugh. Why do I let myself do this? I should have stopped, regretting it a lot now :( I don’t want to be fat yet I do this to myself, sometimes I don’t understand what goes through my head. * Alright, tomorrow is a new day, I wont gain for eating normally just once and I did exercise so it’s fine. Ain’t that the truth for EVERYTHING in life | I feel like I’m going through this right now for diet & exercise | I know deep down I am not giving 💯 like I used to & I need to own it in order to see results • • It occurred to me at lunch today that I have been lax & picked up some bad habits these past few months | Every Thursday I go to lunch after weighing in and at these lunches I started sharing cookies if at Subway or having bites of my nephew’s burrito & chips if at Rubio’s | I would NEVER do this in my first year on a WEEKDAY and recently I’ve just chalked it up to “oh I work out hard that’s why I’m so hungry” but really it just negates the work out | I do work out hard 90% of the time but the other 10% of the time I am late to the gym & just getting the bare minimum in | I have become aware of this bullshit, I own it & I’m ready to change it 💪🏼 • • #accountability #stoplyingtoyourself #ownit at San Diego, California

Also I have no clue how many calories I ate for lunch!! We went to a museum with my school and were told we would get a “lighter lunch” but ended up getting a buffet? Lmao what I wasn’t prepared for that but it was so good. And I resisted popcorn, all of my family had except ya girl ;)
