This is HUGE you guys because if your portions are not "on" these 300 calorie meals can quickly turn into "calorie bombs" without us even knowing it. Trust me, I use my scale everyday because it is that important! - INSTRUCTIONS: 👇 -- 1⃣ Slice the raw chicken breast into strips and fry in a pan with olive oil. Mix the roasted chicken, lettuce, dressing, and cheese in a bowl. - 2⃣ Cook the chicken, and chop into strips or cubes. Combine all of the ingredients except for the tortilla and lettuce in a large bowl. To make a wrap, spread a half a cup of the mixture on a wrap and top with half a cup of lettuce. - 3⃣ Cook asparugus, and spread lemon over it. Mix eggs with goat cheese, and cook on a pan. - 4⃣ Mash banana evenly on bottom of microwave safe dish. Sprinkle with raisins, sugar, and cinnamon. Spread oats on top evenly. Pour juice all over. Apple juice can be used in place of orange juice. Microwave for 2.5 minutes or until oatmeal is tender. Stir. Add water or milk until the oatmeal is the desired consistency. Microwave 30 more seconds or until warm. 👇CALORIE BURN COMPARISON👇 - I always discuss how cardio should never be your main priority while trying to lose fat and that is mainly because you can undo all the burned calories in a few minutes. In other words, if your diet is not on point no matter how much cardio you do, you won't lose any fat. 🍳 - That doesn't mean you shouldn't incorporate cardio into your routine. In fact, I recommend you do so for the cardiovascular health but it shouldn't be your main priority and you shouldn't overdo it. 👍 - On the picture I compared six common cardio alternatives and calories burned are based on the 155lb person doing these activities for an hour. ✌ - My advice is to first prioritize nutrition, then strength training because it will change your body composition, and lastly some cardio. 🙌 - That's pretty much it! 👇SPOT FAT REDUCTION👇 - A great majority of the people still believe that fat spot reduction is possible by doing exercises targeting that body part and that somehow the fat will magically turn into a muscle. Unfortunately, that’s not possible. 😭 - Let’s say that Bob does hundreds of crunches a day, he may develop strong abs, but they'll still be hidden by fat. Therefore, exercises can help you to build muscle, and burn more calories due to activity but it won’t make you lose fat unless you’re not monitoring your diet. 🙌 - To clear that once for all, fat cannot turn into a muscle. Had a couple of days off instagram ( people still look at you funny when you take pictures of food!!) Been trying a bit of Paleo but I think its a bit restrictive for me. Lack of caffeine and carbs is a killer for me but I am going to cut back on my Diet Pepsi as I was drinking far to much and try to just have carbs with 1 meal a day. I don’t eat dairy anyway as I’m Intolerance and I shouldn’t eat bread as it messes with my IBS so Ill be doing a bit of a mix. Today for breakfast I had Bacon (i trim the fat after grilling as its easier) egg and mushrooms and Lunch was beef stir-fry Breakfast = 326cals /syn free Lunch= 364cals /syn free The only thing not Paleo was the teaspoon of soy sauce and the cordial I’ve drank (theres only so much water I can drink before I wanna rip someones head off!!) 📍 4 FAT LOSS MEALS UNDER 500 CAL📍 --- Heyy, part three of fat loss meals series is HERE! So, if you're looking for some low-calorie macro-friendly meals you can incorporate into your diet? Save this post and read below. 👉 - All four of these meals are super simple to make, fulfilling, high in protein and low in calories making them perfect choice while dieting. 🍳 - INSTRUCTIONS: 👇 -- 1⃣ Put the following ingredients (in this order, if you have blender blades on the bottom) into a blender: Oats, Whey Protein Powder, Cinnamon, Egg Whites. Start heating up a medium to large size pan. When pancakes are done, put banana slices on one half of a pancakes, then spread blueberries on the same side, and fold a pancakes in half. Eat it like a taco! - 2⃣ Mix cottage cheese and greek yogurt. Stir in whey protein powder until well incorporated. Top with berries, granola, and any desired fruits; drizzle with honey - 3⃣ In a big bowl, mix all ingredients except frozen blue berries well. Cook in microwave for about 2 minutes. Remove from microwave. Return to microwave and cook for another 2 minutes. Once cooked, add the frozen blueberries and stir them through. - 4⃣ Preheat broiler to high. Whisk eggs together. Heat a 10 inch (25cm) nonstick frying pan over medium heat and add butter. Once the butter sizzles, pour in egg mixture evenly over the pan. Reduce heat to low and cook until set and golden brown (about 5 mins). Remove the pan from heat and sprinkle the top of the omelet with cheese, salt, and pepper. It can maybe be easy to tough up to that kind of a diet for a few weeks but the question is would you be able to stick to it for rest of your life? The answer is always no. 🙀 - Even with flexible dieting, binge eating happens to almost everyone. However, there are many people that start to hate themselves because of that and restricting their diet even further which will only lead to even more overeating and nothing positive at all. After binging, they also do an excessive amount of cardio and literally starve themselves. This kind of approach to your diet is unsustainable won’t lead you anywhere. 🍓 - What people don’t realize is that restricting their diet even more, and doing loads of cardio will just lead them to binge city more and more. Instead of doing this all over again, when you want to eat a cookie, eat it. However, that doesn’t mean you have to eat the whole box. Once you see that you can eat whatever you want and whenever you want it becomes much easier and much more sustainable. Even when binging and overeating happens, put the whole thing behind you and get back to your diet plan as soon as possible. The least photogenic food item ever goes to this power bowl from Taco Bell | I was searching for items for lunch within the @weightwatchers app & I came across this item | It was good & I am FULL buuuut... • • I didn’t look much into the ingredients of the Taco Bell bowl before ordering-just focused on the points but it is higher in points because of the cheese & sour cream instead of broccoli in the El Pollo Loco bowl | All the other ingredients are the same {lettuce, chicken, rice, black beans & avocado} • • I am more of a fan of the El Pollo Loco Black Bean Bowl for {7sp} BUT the Taco Bell bowl still holds its own by packing 28g of protein 💪🏼 at San Diego, California

My lunch time hobby is grocery shopping for Weight Watcher friendly items | I usually only shop at Wal Mart or Sprouts & they don’t tend to have specific items so going to a grocery store for me is like going down a rabbit hole 🐰 • • First off, I meant to buy plain GREEK yogurt, I’m not sure why I got regular 🤦‍♀️ | I usually use Fage for all the Greek yogurt goodness but figured the store brand was worth a shot as it was 2 for $5 • • I’m so excited to try this Digiorno Pizza | Half the pizza is {9sp} • • I am curious to try the Smart Made frozen meals | They scan at {4sp} | Figured not such a bad deal for a quick lunch but we shall see how they taste • • I keep seeing good things about the Light & Fit Greek Yogurts for {2sp} | I know some people add in Rice Krispies but think I may splurge a little and add Golden Grams to the Toasted Marshmallow • • Has anyone tried any of these items?? at San Diego, California

📍 4 FAT LOSS MEALS UNDER 500 CAL📍 --- Heyy, part three of fat loss meals series is HERE! So, if you're looking for some low-calorie macro-friendly meals you can incorporate into your diet? Save this post and read below. 👉 - All four of these meals are super simple to make, fulfilling, high in protein and low in calories making them perfect choice while dieting. 🍳 - INSTRUCTIONS: 👇 -- 1⃣ Put the following ingredients (in this order, if you have blender blades on the bottom) into a blender: Oats, Whey Protein Powder, Cinnamon, Egg Whites. Start heating up a medium to large size pan. When pancakes are done, put banana slices on one half of a pancakes, then spread blueberries on the same side, and fold a pancakes in half. Eat it like a taco! - 2⃣ Mix cottage cheese and greek yogurt. Stir in whey protein powder until well incorporated. Top with berries, granola, and any desired fruits; drizzle with honey - 3⃣ In a big bowl, mix all ingredients except frozen blue berries well. Cook in microwave for about 2 minutes. Remove from microwave. Return to microwave and cook for another 2 minutes. Once cooked, add the frozen blueberries and stir them through. - 4⃣ Preheat broiler to high. Whisk eggs together. Heat a 10 inch (25cm) nonstick frying pan over medium heat and add butter. Once the butter sizzles, pour in egg mixture evenly over the pan. Reduce heat to low and cook until set and golden brown (about 5 mins). Remove the pan from heat and sprinkle the top of the omelet with cheese, salt, and pepper. Place omelet in frying pan under the broiler and cook until cheese melts, about 1-2 minutes. Remove frying pan from broiler, place spinach on top of cheese. My workouts LAST week vs THIS week | Lesson of the week: EAT! | I totally screwed up my metabolism this week by doing my {0sp} challenge Monday-Wednesday | It is great eating such clean foods but I think the decrease in calories made my body go into “starvation mode” & store fat | I had headaches all week & it affected my workouts hardcore | I usually have no problems closing my rings on my Apple Watch but this past week I couldn’t even close them bc of my lack of energy • • I gained 3lbs this week because of all of this-THREE LBS! | The most I have ever gained in a week is 1lb! | Needless to say, I was PISSED | I needed to regroup | So I went home & ate massive amounts of Goldfish for dinner {flavor blasted of course} & slept 11 hours | I woke up thinking “hmm should I also take a break from the gym?” | I decided that I was going to go to the gym, kick ass & not leave until I reach my usual 400 calories burned 👊🏻 | So again, EAT EAT EAT | Be aware that your body needs calories to burn | Now I’m feeling 1000% better & here’s to hoping my 3lbs went straight to my ass #gainz at San Diego, California

My {zeroishSP} challenge has officially ended | I made it 2 1/2 days 🤷‍♀️ | Check out a few posts ago to see the details of the challenge • • Overall, it wasn’t hard to stay dedicated since there are so many {0sp} options | My issue was my body getting used to the decrease in calories | I started the challenge on Monday after a total cheat weekend & began having headaches & feeling faintish so I was over it | I indulged in some {10sp} Rubio’s street tacos, chips & beans 🙌🏼 • • I will say this challenge made me appreciate the @weightwatchers program even more because you get to eat normal food & still lose weight | As much as this lunch felt like a splurge after eating all {0sp} foods, it still fits in my daily points 👌🏻 at San Diego, California

A great post from my bud @chadhargrove1 discussing the difference between stuff that matter and stuff that doesn't. He wrote this 👇 - Something you gotta know. - I get quite a few questions via comments DMs and I try and get back to all of it. Here’s what I’ve noticed. - The stuff everyone asks. The stuff everyone’s dying to know, is mostly related to the stuff that doesn’t matter so much. - “Which protein do I recommend”. “What specific exercises target “this”.” “What about cardio?” - Stuff like that. - And although plenty of people ask about macros and where there calorie counts should be, which is important, the answer to that is fluid and all I can do is give a reasonable starting point. - Either way, you gotta focus on what matters. Not sweating your face off, being in the gym 6 days a week or thinking endlessly about which protein powder is gonna make all the difference, it’s not. - The problem is, the important stuff is time consuming, requires organization, and it’s gotta be repeated consistently. Which means you have to be consistent when life gets hard and pick yourself when you fall off. - It means scheduling workouts and meal prepping. - Just be sure to know that the questions you ask often sound like hopes that there’s answers out there that take away the need to be more organized, to plan ahead, and go get workouts in. - I promise you, if you ever hear about anything too good to be true, someone’s just trying to take your money. - This stuff is simple, it’s just work to carry out. The {zeroishSP} Challenge | Decided to challenge myself this week & try to do all {0sp} foods | There will be some exceptions though {see below} | So far today I am feeling really good with lots of energy | The awesome thing about Freestyle is that all the {0sp} options are clean options that are meant to fuel your body so it’s really not that hard | Here is what I’ve had today: • • BREAKFAST: 3 scrambled eggs with salsa & a pear • • LUNCH: Southwest Chicken Salad {used Bolthouse Dressing as an exception} & Strawberries & Redi Whip for dessert {also an exception} • • DINNER: Tilapia & veggies • • SNACKS: Apple, grapes & hard boiled egg 🥚 • • I have exceptions because on any other day I do not track redi whip, bolthouse or powdered Parmesan cheese on my veggies because I figure my workouts cover the little amount I use...plus I am not looking to be miserable doing this so I must have some toppings • • My other exceptions will include: a @wwpounddropper PB Cheesecake made with Greek yogurt {5sp for the entire pie which will be dessert all week} because let’s be real I NEED dessert & {2sp} Quest protein shakes {1 scoop of Quest is 1sp & 8oz of Almond Milk is 1sp} because I won’t deny myself extra protein & could be used a dessert • • Has anyone else tried this?? at San Diego, California

Before I dive in the recipes I just want to quickly say that I just posted full info and features of my 8-Week Challenge "Kickstart your fitness" launching 17th April! You’re in the right spot, save this post and read below. 👉 - All four of these meals are super simple to make, fulfilling, and low in calories making them perfect choice while dieting. 🍳 - INSTRUCTIONS: 👇 -- 1⃣ Quick oats with banana and berries - Combine all ingredients in a small microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave for 3 minutes. - 2⃣ Chocolate high-protein oats - Bring 2/3 cup water and salt to a boil over high heat. Turn heat down to medium and add oats. Cook until nearly thick, about 3 minutes. Add sweetener and cocoa. Stir and cook until thick, about another 30 seconds. Remove from heat, transfer to a bowl, and mix in whey powder. - 3⃣ Chicken burrito bowl - Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Spray with non-stick spray. Add chicken to the pan and cook 5-8 minutes per side until cooked through and no longer pink. Let rest 5 minutes before chopping into bite sized pieces; set aside. Chop avocado, lettuce, green pepper, and tomato. Toss to get in a bowl with the tomatoes, corn, beans, and chicken. - 4⃣ Slice avocado and set aside. Heat olive oil in a small pan over medium heat. Chop pepper and Canadian bacon and sauté until peppers begin to get tender. Crack an egg into the pan and mix around. Let cook without stirring or mixing for about 5 minutes until egg has no translucency. @Regrann from @ivicafridrih - 💥 WHAT TO DO AFTER BINGE EATING? 💥 - Usually, diets that are very restrictive, very often lead to binge eating because they do not allow you to eat any of the food you enjoy. It can maybe be easy to tough up to that kind of a diet for a few weeks but the question is would you be able to stick to it for rest of your life? The answer is always no. 🙀 - Even with flexible dieting, binge eating happens to almost everyone. However, there are many people that start to hate themselves because of that and restricting their diet even further which will only lead to even more overeating and nothing positive at all. After binging, they also do an excessive amount of cardio and literally starve themselves. This kind of approach to your diet is unsustainable won’t lead you anywhere. 🍓 - What people don’t realize is that restricting their diet even more, and doing loads of cardio will just lead them to binge city more and more. Instead of doing this all over again, when you want to eat a cookie, eat it. However, that doesn’t mean you have to eat the whole box. Once you see that you can eat whatever you want and whenever you want it becomes much easier and much more sustainable. Even when binging and overeating happens, put the whole thing behind you and get back to your diet plan as soon as possible. The key is to not overstress about it and move forward. ✅ - Know someone who needs to hear this? 💥 WHAT TO DO AFTER BINGE EATING? 💥 - Usually, diets that are very restrictive, very often lead to binge eating because they do not allow you to eat any of the food you enjoy. It can maybe be easy to tough up to that kind of a diet for a few weeks but the question is would you be able to stick to it for rest of your life? The answer is always no. 🙀 - Even with flexible dieting, binge eating happens to almost everyone. However, there are many people that start to hate themselves because of that and restricting their diet even further which will only lead to even more overeating and nothing positive at all. After binging, they also do an excessive amount of cardio and literally starve themselves. This kind of approach to your diet is unsustainable won’t lead you anywhere. 🍓 - What people don’t realize is that restricting their diet even more, and doing loads of cardio will just lead them to binge city more and more. Instead of doing this all over again, when you want to eat a cookie, eat it. However, that doesn’t mean you have to eat the whole box. Once you see that you can eat whatever you want and whenever you want it becomes much easier and much more sustainable. Even when binging and overeating happens, put the whole thing behind you and get back to your diet plan as soon as possible.
