Oiin gordinhos 😍 Fiz esse brownie ontem e não acreditei no sabor INCRÍVEL e LOWCARB 😋 Ele fica igual se não melhor do que minha receita de brownie que eu vendia 😉ACREDITEM! Testei várias receitas e criei uma versão minha ...Espero que gstem . RECEITA BROWNIE LOW CARB •Ingredientes : ▪200grs de choc 70%cacau ▪150grs de ghee (ou manteiga de boa qualidade sem sal) ▪250grs de farinha de amêndoa ▪8 ovos ▪ 1 1/2 de adoçante (forno e fogão) ou xilytol. ▪30grs de cacau em pó 100% Modo de fazer : Bata os ovos e o xilytol até que dobre de volume . Derreta o chocolate junto com a manteiga acrescenta o cacau em pó aos poucos e mexendo bem . Junte junte tudo e acrescente a farinha de amêndoa mexendo devagar até que fique uma massa cremosa e lisinha 😋 Asse em 180°g por 15/25mints. O ponto exato é qndo vc espera o palitinho na lateral e ela sai sequinho e no centro molhadinho (Eu gsto dele bem molinho igual na foto rs) Ps: Essa receita é uma receita grande,minha forma é 40×30 cm. Yeah, what could kill you first may be the orange juice. Fructose is not like glucose, it's a toxin worse than alcohol. Unlike glucose which can be metabolized and expended by cells as immediate energy, you get zero energy out of fructose. It all goes straight to the liver like alcohol to be dealt with and directly turns into fat. We are very aware of the toxic effects of alcohol because 10% of alcohol actually gets metabolized in the brain, and we feel drunk as overtime it leads to fatty liver and hoards of related liver failure diseases. But fructose does it's damage silently, more deadly without ill side effects and under spotlight that it is natural and healthy. Aside from taxing the liver to its own disfunction and destruction just like alcohol, fructose goes further and acts like glucose on overdrive. It promotes insulin production and resistance dramatically faster than glucose alone. In some studies insulin resistance and disfunction of pancreas was achieved in test subjects within just 8 weeks with fructose instead of decades with glucose. Fructose also reacts with proteins and fats like glucose but promote proliferating tissue 7x faster than glucose. In short fructose feeds aggressive cancer phenotype. Steve Jobs was a well known advocate of fruitarianism and practiced eating only fruit as food throughout his life. His fascination with fruit even gave name to his company, Apple. He died of pancreatic cancer in 2011. Ashton Kutcher, a method actor, in preparation to play Jobs for the namesake movie practiced eating only fruit like Jobs before landing in the hospital for pancreas problems after only a few weeks. And again, fructose does all this damage while listed as low glycemic. Glycemic index is shortsighted and needs to be burned. at Williamsburg, Brooklyn

Last night I had a scoop of the @halotopcreamery Pumpkin Pie with a @gooddeesmix Blondie. The ice cream was way too overpowering so I took it off and ate them separately. Not worth the 10g net to me, so the hubby will finish the pint. Recap of day 1 and moving onto day 2 of my #ketoos experience. After my drink yesterday (see last post), husband and I took the dogs for a long walk in the woods. I still did feel pretty tired because we woke up early so I ended up taking a nap when we got home. Not sure if the #keto helped with energy or not because I was tired prior to drinking it 🤷‍♀️ I had every intention of taking the other half packet when I woke up but then we ate and it slipped my mind. Didn't feel much different yesterday tbh. Day 2 - today I woke up and had some coffee and a cheese omelet, decided to have my #ketones a little early today to see if I feel more energetic throughout the day. I went with the #mauipunch flavor, and since my stomach wasn't upset at all yesterday, I decided to drink a full packet. The flavor is good! Still has a tiny bit of a fake sweetener aftertaste but it's not unbearable, it mixes fairly well with water just like the orange. The flavor is very tropical and it's really pretty! I feel like I should take it down to the pool with a little umbrella in it 😂 I'll be back with updates.

Isto acontece com você? • ➡️Na prática, percebo e costumo dizer que a PRESCRIÇÃO NUTRICIONAL (o planejamento e a orientação nutricional) por si só NÃO É EFICAZ no longo prazo, se não for acompanhada por mudanças no COMPORTAMENTO ALIMENTAR!!! • ☝️😉Não adianta apenas SABER o quê e quando comer se sua MANEIRA DE PENSAR sobre a comida não mudar também! Se você continua cultivando a mentalidade "8 ou 80" ("tudo ou nada"), acha a mudança alimentar um sofrimento e conta os dias para atingir seu objetivo e ela acabar... suas chances de voltar aos velhos hábitos e perder os resultados alcançados são garantidas! Digno de feed! 👌 100g de frango + 50g de feijão + salada + 100g de legumes (comi + 100g de refogado de abobrinha por fora, que nem conta mt, pq abobrinha e mt pouco calorica, 100g tem apenas 19kcal 😉) - Pós rodízio, poderia me desesperar, fazer cardio em jejum, passar o dia só com salada, frango e água, mas prefiro seguir a dieta normalmente, KAKAKAKA só adc um chazinho pra ajudar na retenção 😹 mas enfim, sobre ontém, cara eu me desconheci, sabe uq é vc ir pra um rodízio e não passar de 5 fatias?? Heute gibt’s #schokokuchen. . . . Rezept für den Schokoladen-Kuchen 🍫 Für den Boden 📍 150 g gemahlene blanchierte Mandeln 📍 40 g geschmolzene Butter 📍 1 Prise Salz 📍 2 EL Erythrit 📍 1/2 TL Lebkuchengewürz (@justspices) - alternativ nur Zimt Für die Füllung 📍 250 g Mascarpone 📍 100 g Schokolade (90% Kakaogehalt) 📍 2 EL Erythrit 📍 25 g Butter 📍 25 ml Milch (1,8% Fettgehalt) 📍 1 Prise Salz 📍 etwas Zimt . . . ▶️ Für den Boden die Mandeln mit Butter, Salz, Erythrit und je nach Geschmack Lebkuchengewürz oder Zimt vermischen und in eine mit Backpapier ausgelegte kleine Springform geben. Die Masse festdrücken und einen kleinen Rand formen. ▶️ Den Teig im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 175 Grad Umluft auf der unteren Schiene für ca. 10 Minuten backen. ▶️ Für die Füllung Mascarpone mit Schokolade, Erythrit, Butter, Milch, Zimt und Salz erhitzen bis eine gleichmäßige Masse entsteht. Bei Bedarf etwas mehr Milch dazugeben. ▶️ Die Füllung auf den fertig gebackenen Boden geben und mit ein wenig Salz bestreuen (dann schmeckt er noch schokoladiger). ▶️ Den Kuchen abkühlen lassen. This might seem like a pretty straight-forward concept to most people, yet a lot of beginners struggle to understand how diet and training have different impacts on body composition. Can you lose weight through diet alone? Absolutely. The thing is, you'll likely lose some muscle mass in the process as well (this is dependent on how much fat you have to lose in the first place). Because of that, the end result might not be the toned hard body you've always wanted: muscular definition can only be achieved through resistance training. Conversely, could someone lose weight through weight training alone? Since weight training increases muscle mass retention, IF an individual did manage to create a caloric deficit through training alone (which is very unlikely as your body does not burn many calories during weight training), they'd likely lose mostly fat. However, dietary protein intake in a caloric deficit is one of the main determinants of muscle mass retention during fat loss. We've already established that training helps spare muscle loss, however the protein intake would not match the protein requirements by the body. So they'd be slightly better off than if they were not training at all, but still would not be optimizing results.
